Hello,

I am finishing this winter my diploma about combustion engine control where I build small ECU for gaseous fuels working on temporal abstraction and fuzzy logic.
Basically it act like human and control engine on fly, changing ignition timing and amount of fuel injected. Engine can learn his fuel.

I would like to try hook it up with some bigger HHO cell to see if we can really get some gain or not. I can see there is a lot of pseudo-science and different opinions.

If somebody can borrow or sell me one functional cell, I can make nice series of videos with real tests and measuring. I guess there must be plenty of not used one laying around, right ?
If you have something to offer let me please know.

Thank you
M.

temporal abstraction and fuzzy logic.

That sounds like a nice approach for an open source project ,without being too specific ..what part of the planet are you from ?

quite certain someone could get you a cell to play with !

can you post more on your concept ..?

thanks
Chet

An interesting project that I feel would have more impact if you could demonstrate fuel flexibility:

Honda EU2000i generator operating with propane

With the OU underground heavily into Methane as the gas of choice the simple and relatively cheap petrol generator gas fuel capability self conversion will give you the option to gather a baseline on four different fuels:

Gasoline, Propane, Natural Gas, and Methane.

With a baseline established you can add the hho gas from your separate cell via a venturi on the air intake to the generator and compare performance curves.

As you switch to HHO, you need to be able to alter the timing by a large amount.

I am from Czech Republic. About logic it is really is simple decision making. System can ask himself question like : "Is my RPM correct ?", "How much fuel I need in next cycle" e.t.c. From programmatic point of view it is little bit more problematic (and buggy right now), this is where temporal abstraction kicking up. I am not working with hard coded values but with differences between cycles.  So each cycle i am looking back in last 5 of them and comparing if situation is getting better or worst and act upon it.

This approach have have one big downside that i cant react as fast as performance maps, so it is not suitable for cars. But for multi-fuel electric generators it should be awesome !!.

Right now i am working with Mbed and simple arduino modules. I have somehow working prototype but i need to clean code and make it portable between developer boards e.t.c.

Whole stuff will go open source anyway after graduation. Right now i need to make diploma solid (deadline is burning close to my ass) and then i will start translation.

Hope it make sense :D

Yeah i was thinking about this kits like this but my ultimate goal is to make my own bio-gas. Quality of this gas will vary and it will be nowhere close to PB sold in shops. Thats why i need smart electronic to be able to compensate that. All this mechanical stuff cannot learn or remember profiles.

good to see you started a topic here too

http://overunity.com/16986/hho-cell/msg495903/#new
perhaps next time you update the thread at OU.com,   add your approx. location for persons to consider?

your sharing/path is in tune with the planets needs and should be commended and supported whenever possible, please keep us updated
on whether or not you gain access to an HHO cell [to borrow].

respectfully
Chet K
