I have recently gone thru my very tight budget to save costs.
one place was the cable tv,I learned that UHF can be had over the air in this country with very good programming [all major networks]
as well as no cost whatsoever.[i'm saving 1200.00 per year ]

I had picked up a directional antennae [horizontal beam ]and really like it.

My question ,
I have some older folks I would like to help with a UHF antennae but the budget is not there to just give them away to everyone plus putting them up on towers and such.

this antennae came into view [for inside]

and I am wondering is there a formula for these Bowtie arrays to increase senstivity [or gain].
Since I'll be giving these away ,I want to build something  Myself to cut the cost.
any help would be greatly appreciated and I will post comparisons to my horizontal array[which i do understand "how it works"]
thx
Chet
