This is the draft preparation file for the United Nations Seminar to be Sponsored by the Free Trade Zone in Lake Victoria, East Africa.

Mr. Yang, the person in charge of bringing high technology to the Zone, is interested in alternative energy.  He contacted alternative energy researchers such as Dr. Liang in China.  He is willing to help to fund the research and development of such projects.

Mr. Yang contacted Mr. Lawrence Tseung in early April.  The plan is to do some seminars/workshops first.

Mr. Lawrence Tseung believes in Divine Revelations.  He stated that he was NOT the inventor.  The Revelations came from the Almighty.  He will not seek wealth, fame or any benefits from the Divine Revelations.  Such knowledge is to benefit the World.

He compared the Divine Revelations to the Miracles in the Bible.  Jesus turned water into wine.  He is just a server of the wine.

The common objection to Bring-in Energy research is to quote the Law of Conservation of Energy.  This Law states that energy cannot be created or destroyed.  It can only change from one form to another.

The top figure is the traditional machine.  If we input 100 units of energy, there will be some losses (e.g. 10 units).  The output energy must be less than 100 units.  In this case 90 units.

The middle figure is the impossible perpetual motion machine that creates energy from nothing.  The Input energy is 100 Units.  The Output energy is more than 100 units.  This violates the Law of Conservation of Energy.

The bottom figure is the possible Lead-out/Bring-in Energy Machine.  The supplied input energy is 100 units.  The machine will bring-in additional existing energy from the environment (e.g. gravity).  In this case, 50 units.  The total effective Input Energy is then 150 units.  Thus the Output energy can be more than 100 units but less than 150 units.  Such a machine does not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

The study then focuses on “how energy can be brought-in”.

In this slide, we would like to focus on the concept that we can use a certain amount of energy (e.g. X units) to start the Bring-in Energy Machine.  The Bring-in Energy Machine then brings-in Y units of existing energy from the environment.

If there are no losses, the Output Energy will be equal to X+Y units.  If we feed X units back to Input, we can have Y units to do work or generate electricity.  The feedback X units of energy can again bring-in Y units of existing energy from the environment.  The cycle repeats.

Thus after starting, the Bring-in Energy Machine can  continuously bring-in existing energy from the environment.  The starting energy source can be removed.  The machine will self run and do work or generate electricity using the brought-in energy from the environment.

We shall talk about three sources of pollution-free, abundant energy sources from the environment.  They are:
Energy from Air
Energy from Gravity
Energy from Electron Motion

God already provided Humans with clean, almost inexhaustible, free energy.

We do not need wind (moving air) to use the kinetic energy of the air molecules.  There is air on the surface of the Earth.  We must learn to use this energy.  Mr. James Kwok in Australia produced the Hidro.  It is now available as a commercial product.

Gravity is available everywhere including outer space.  The simplest device using such energy is the pulse-pushed pendulum.  Two parts of horizontally supplied energy can bring-in One part of gravitational Energy.  The two stage Milkovic Pendulum is an example.

An orbiting electron is effectively a tinny magnet.  The random orientation can be changed into a pulsing order.  This pulsing order can bring-in the electron motion of the orbiting electrons.  FLEET is an example.

The first Divine Revelation is the use of energy from Still Air.  We do not need wind to use the energy in the air.

The simple example of the tuning fork will be explained in the next slide.

A working Bring-in Energy device called Hidro has been produced by Mr. James Kwok and team in Australia.  The detailed information is in:

Hidro is a new discovery which can advance education. The technology parallels that of a submarine, which uses buoyancy, gravity, gas density and hydrostatic pressure gradients to ascend and descend. Hidro does the same but drives a generator through this motion. All these factors produce CONSTANT motion and make it possible to harness energy freely from the environment.

One can imagine the Hidro as a “water+air” rocket firing upwards in a water column.  When it goes up, it will generate electricity.  At the same time, it will help to bring down another rocket full of water.  Energy Input Ein is Epump + Eair_in.  Eair_in is the bring-in air energy.  This is in addition to the supplied Epump energy.

This is a standard Physics Experiment.

We have two or more identical tuning forks placed in proximity.  When we strike the first tuning fork, the others will pick up the vibration. 

The resulting sound will be louder and last longer.

The extra sound energy comes from the kinetic energy of the air molecules.

The requirement is identical tuning forks.  The phenomena is called resonance or sympathetic vibrations.

The first person who proposed that the Pulse-pushed Pendulum could bring-in gravitational energy was Mr. Lee Cheung Kin in Dec. 2004.  Mr. Lawrence Tseung then did the mathematics and confirmed that for small angles, two parts of horizontally supplied energy can bring-in One part of vertical (gravitational) Energy.  The work was then extended to the magnetic pendulum.  It was again extended to the pulse rotation wheels.  The Tong Wheel achieved overunity and was demonstrated at the Inno Tech Design Expo 2009 at the Hong Kong Convention Center.  Thousands saw the Demonstration. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBRCs6sWjQw

FLEET is the most powerful and conclusive demonstration from Mr. Lawrence Tseung so far.

The FLEET prototype stands for: Forever Lead-out Electromagnetic Energy Transformer.

The most inexpensive prototype cost less than US$3.  It is an enhanced Joule Thief Circuit with a secondary winding.  Tuning was achieved with two oscilloscopes.  A standing wave can be produced.  Standing waves are associated with resonance and multiple LCR circuits.

In this slide, four waves from the Instantaneous Power Curve of one of the FLEET prototypes produced in July 2010 are shown.

This is a very clear confirmation of a standing wave.

A standing wave can be produced by two identical waves travelling in opposite directions or by the same wave reflected back.

Note that the amplitude is very high.  In this example, it exceeded the coverage of the display area.

The top LHS diagram is the Input.  The top curve is the Input Voltage.  The bottom curve is the Input Current (voltage across a 1 ohm resistor).  The Middle Curve is the Instantaneous Input Power Curve.  This Curve is reproduced on the top RHS for analysis and comparison.

The Bottom LHS diagram is the Output.  The top curve is the Output Voltage.  The bottom curve is the Output Current (Voltage across a 1 ohm resistor).  The Middle Curve is the Instantaneous Output Power Curve.  This Curve is reproduced on the bottom RHS for analysis and comparison.

It is clear that the Output Power peak-to-peak value is much higher than the Input Power peak-to-peak value.  The Energy in one wave is the area (either positive or negative) as that is Power x Time. 

The Input Instantaneous Power Curve shows positive and negative areas.  The negative area represents energy flowing back to recharge the battery.  Note that either the positive area or the negative area of the Input Curve is much less than those corresponding areas in the Output Curve.

Mr. Lawrence Tseung did not realize the significance of this standing wave in July 2010.  The Divine Revelation came to him in March 2011.

Many of the inventions displayed on the Internet are OPEN systems.  Energy from the environment flows in and out of the system.

Such energy include air, gravity, magnetic and electric.  Thus they do not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

The FLEET prototypes and the standing waves are conclusive scientific evidence of resonance and that the COP (Output/Input energy) can be greater than 1.  The result is achieved via tuning multiple LCR circuits using two oscilloscopes.

A high profile (United Nation sponsored?) workshop will help to educate the General Public.  The Divine Revelations are to benefit all.  Amen.

A Hidro+ system is composed of a column of water with two mobile chambers capable of ascending or descending. One of these chambers positioned at the bottom of the column is filled with air. It will then float to the top due to buoyancy. Once reaching the top of the column air is released from the chamber and it is depressurized. It will then sink to the bottom to be filled with air, pressurized, and ascend once again. The second chamber undergoes the same process, but is always at the opposite part of the cycle as the first chamber. Electrical energy is produced by the motion of the chambers in three ways. First, a linear electrical generator (positioned beside the column of water) produces electricity as embedded magnets pass one or more vertical coils. Secondly, a series of cables attached to a gearing mechanism convert the up and down movement of the chambers into rotary motion. This powers a flywheel based electric generator. Finally, the motion of the chambers compresses the contents of hydraulic or pneumatic cylinders. The pressurized contents can be released into a turbo generator to produce electricity.

FLEET stands for Forever Lead-out Electromagnetic Energy Transformer.

It uses the principle of bringing-in electron motion energy via multiple LCR circuits in resonance with the electrical components and physical setups.  The particular FLEET prototypes shown used the Joule Thief Circuit as the Pulsing Source.  That can be thought of as the first LCR circuit.

A transformer type secondary winding was added on the toroid.  This can be thought of as the second LCR circuit.

The value of the LCR values and physical layout of the electronic components were tuned (adjusted) until resonance was shown with the help of two oscilloscopes.  A standing wave shown on the Output Power Curve was confirmation of achieving resonance.

At resonance, the Output Power can be greater than 200 times the Input Power. (COP > 200)

Multiple LCR resonance

Once we understand Divine Revelation 1 - tuning fork at resonance bringing-in kinetic energy of air molecules via changing random order to pulsed order,

and understand Divine Revelation 2 - bringing-in magnetic energy via pulse-push or pulse-rotate.

We can tackle Divine Revelation 3 - bringing-in electron motion energy via changing random orientation of dipoles to pulsed order.

The trick is to achieve natural resonance - use two oscilloscopes and a variable pulsing source to hunt.

Divine Revelation 3 is the easiest to implement.  Amen.

I dug up an old Newspaper article on our presentation in Dec. 21, 2004.

I used the supersoaker water gun to explain the leading-out/bringing-in of energy from Still Air.  Initially we wanted to use the water rocket but the supersoaker was much easier to carry.

The adiabatic expansion of air (rapid expansion of compressed air) will cool the Air plus water gun.  This thermal energy is similar to the water rocket principle.  It is energy from Still Air - in addition to the mechanical pumping energy.

We work according to the timing of the Lord.

Understanding the Wave forms

We obtained standing Power Wave forms since July 13, 2010 in Hong Kong with two oscilloscopes.

When I moved to visit my daughter in USA in Oct. 2010, I no longer have access to the oscilloscopes. Prof. Steven Jones is kind enough to take on the verification and additional research. He confirmed that the COP can be greater than 1 (8 in his case).

The following diagram is the best explanation I can come up with so far.

Without the oscilloscopes showing the waveforms, it is not possible to tune for resonance in the "Hong Kong" way.

Paradigm Shift and Leadership
 
I got an interesting email and a follow-up phone call from an Educator interested in the Lead-out Energy Theory.  He mentioned that he was working on the Pulse-Gravity Motor as described in Patrick Kelly’s Book.  The plan was to demonstrate that in a Seminar/Course in June or July time frame.  The Seminar will be aimed at training Leaders.  One aspect of Leadership is to identify paradigm shifts before the masses.
 
For example, a Leader should understand the impact of the Internet in the 1970s before it was popular.  A Leader should realize its potential to change the lifestyle of millions.  Many old jobs would be lost and many new jobs would be created.  Are there technologies with similar impact today?
 
The training will use the Lead-out Energy as an example and comment on whether it represents a possible paradigm shift.
 
The traditional scientists might have been blinded by the imaginary brick wall – the inflexible application of the Law of Conservation of Energy.  Perpetual Motion of any form or type is absolutely impossible.  There is no need to waste time and resources in such research.
 
The Lead-out or Bring-in Energy Theory accepts the validity of the Law of Conservation of Energy.  However, it also accepts that machines can continuously lead-out or bring-in energy from the environment.  Examples of such energy include Energy from Still Air, Energy from Gravity and Energy from the Orbiting Electrons.
 
The demonstrations will likely include:
 
1.      The Sound Resonance Experiment.  A constant sound from a signal generator will have its amplitude recorded.  Then a resonance box with height equal to ¼ wavelength will be brought into resonance.  The sound will be much louder.  The new amplitude will be recorded and compared.  The participants will then comment on the source of this extra sound energy.
2.       The Gravity Wheel Experiment.  The participants will first see a Milkovic 2 stage oscillator video.  They may also see a Pulse-Gravity wheel without any batteries.  They will also go into the mathematics of the pulse-pushed pendulum and see if they agree that 2 parts of supplied horizontal energy can lead-out 1 part of gravitational energy.
3.       The Magnetic Pendulum Experiment.  The participants will replace the bob of a normal pendulum with a magnet.  Another magnet will be placed to increase or decrease the attraction force.  They will check whether the period of oscillation changes.  They will answer the question – if gravitational energy can be led-out via a normal pendulum, can magnetic energy be led-out via a magnetic pendulum.
4.       The Output and Input Power Waveform Comparison of a FLEET prototype.  They will see that the Output Power Wave is much larger than the Input Power Wave.  They will be asked – if you are in the right position of power and influence, will you support this type of research?
5.       They will then be asked to comment on the possible paradigm shift.  How would the life style of people change if such technology is well developed?
 
 
There may be different “free energy” prototypes or videos.  There may be different questions.  But the direction of such type of training is clear.  The future Leaders will be trained to predict and guide the future based on possible paradigm shifts.

Comment of the Paradigm shift from a retired Chinese Official M

M: “I do agree that a paradigm shift will have important impact.  In the days of Mao, the Official goal was Communism.  The Party line was – everyone contributes according to his ability and takes resources according to his needs.  It denies the concept of the higher the contribution, the higher the reward.”

Tseung: “It led to the same pay for everybody – RMB36 for everyone.  Everyone went to the Communes to eat.  Everyone blindly followed the Party Leaders.  When things failed – such as the building of dangerous dams; production of useless iron and poor harvests; Mao put the blame on 'Capitalistic Elements'.  He started the infamous Cultural Revolution that set China backwards.”

M: “The Paradigm shift was simple – it does not matter whether the Cat is black or white, so long as it catches mice, it is a good cat.  China became result orientated.  Whatever works is right.  Ideology no longer played an important part.”

Tseung: “Another important Paradigm shift is the printing of money or controlled increase of money supply.  Previously, Officials used the excuse of no money, no infra structure development.  Nothing got done.”

M: “The Paradigm shift is that – we have to match USA and other nations.  If they increase the money supply, we have to keep pace.  Spending one Billion RMB in building a road creates work and meaningful economic activities.  China must increase the money supply for its citizens to get  them wealthy.  China did not need to borrow.”

Tseung: “Can you comment on the new Paradigm Shift?  If we have inexhaustible, pollution free, readily available lead-out energy, how would China change?

M: “The air quality of all major Cities will improve.  If the inventions are from Chinese sources, the inspiration will be immense.  The Chinese Government will motivate its citizens to become the number one nation in the World.  Catching up and exceeding the financial and technological edge of USA is no longer a dream or a wish.  It will be certainty.”

Tseung: “Can you expand you vision to cover the World?”

M: “Let the World compete on equal grounds.  It is like the Olympics.  The Internet has provided the same level of knowledge to everyone.  The inexhaustible lead-out energy will bring-in undreamed levels of meaningful economic activities.  There will be friendly competitions in every field.  Everyone will have enough to eat.  Everyone will have opportunities beyond what we have today.  There is no need to conquer another nation for its natural resources.  The progress of mankind will be faster than any period known in History.”

Phone call with Mr. Lee Cheung Kin

Lee: “When are you coming back to China?”

Tseung: “I would like to test drive the Wang electric car.  It looks like the South Africa 5KW generator project will be delayed.  I plan to come back in the next few weeks.  How is your progress with the Chinese Military?”

Lee: “All information is obviously confidential.  However, I can say that we are much more advanced.  Even the Wang electric car is kindergarten stuff compared with our work.”

Tseung: “What do you think of my posts on the Internet?”

Lee: “I do not read English.  I now follow the Chinese Website (translated as Sea of Energy).  Much of your work is translated there.  The quality of posts are very high.”

Tseung: “Have you kept in touch with the other Inventors?”

Lee: “The Hong Kong Inventor Association had an annual meeting a few weeks ago.  Mr. Tong (builder of the Tong wheel) was there.  He is famous now.  People are begging to work with him.  You can find out more from him directly when you come back.”

I had to admit that I did not read the 133 pages of the Milkovic thread at overunity.com.  I thought the Physics and Mathematics was worked out since 2004 when Lee Cheung Kin and I published the Lee-Tseung Lead-out Energy Theory.

I shall summarize the understanding of the Milkovic 2 stage pendulum and why it is an efficient overunity device here again.

1.   When we pulse-push a pendulum, we lead-out or bring-in gravitational energy.  For a simple horizontal push, we can use 2 parts of horizontal energy to lead-out 1 part of gravitational energy.  I am attaching the xls file for those who want to see the equations.
2.   The best pulse-push is actually tangential.  The COP will even be higher compared with 1.5 in point 1.
3.   When we consider the two stages: pendulum as one stage and lever as another stage, we can see that there is another mechanism leading-out gravitational energy.  This mechanism is most evident in the video:  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gC6Qlj1Mbo8
4.   Note that the pendulum bob weight (46 pounds) is not enough to lift the Weight on the LHS (74 pounds).  The additional mechanism is the centrifugal force due to circular motion.  The centrifugal force is highest when the velocity is highest.  This occurs when the pendulum bob is at the lowest position.
5.   Now the centrifugal force plus the pendulum bob weight can be slightly more than 74 pounds and thus the LHS weight is lifted.  Work is done.  Note that the pendulum continues to swing with a lower velocity.  The centrifugal force will then be less.  The 74 pound weight will fall back with a much less opposing force.  This effectively is another mechanism of leading-out gravitational force.
6.   To repeat, we are using a 46 pound weight (Wp) plus a varying centrifugal force (Fc) to lift a 74 pound weight Wg.  The centrifugal force is a “freebee” due to the oscillation motion of the pendulum. This “freebee” force helped to lift the weight Wg.  We can assume that this “freebee” force is at least equal to 28 (74-46) pounds.
7.   To summarize, the Milkovic 2 stage pendulum has TWO mechanisms to lead-out or bring-in gravitational energy.  Thus it is more efficient than the pulse-pushed pendulum.  The pulse-pushed pendulum by itself is already overunity.  This improved 2 stage pendulum must be overunity also.  The resulting COP will be better.

That is the entire logic, physics and mathematics principle behind the Mikovic 2 stage Pendulum.  It is not a hoax.  It can be and has been replicated multiple times.  I do not replicate it myself because I already know that the pulsed oscillation can be changed to pulsed rotation for higher efficiency.  I already know that the less than USD10 FLEET can have COP >>100.

I still like the Milkovic 2 stage pendulum because it is a direct confirmation of the Lee-Tseung lead-out energy theory.  We used the single pulse-push pendulum for analysis.  We proved the existence of overunity.  We do not need to build our own prototype.  Milkovic has build many excellent prototypes independently aready.  (Note: the mathematics can be further improved.)

His argument was that I should just focus on the tension of the pendulum string.  So long as that tension is equal to or just exceed the LHS weight, that LHS weight will be lifted.

He used the example of releasing the pendulum bob from a horizontal position.  At the starting position, the tension in the string will be equal to zero.  The pendulum bob will tend to go straight down.  But since the string is inextensible, it will pull the pendulum bob into a circular motion.  That force is not constant because the pendulum bob will increase in velocity.  The common explanation is that the force is called centripetal force and is directed towards the pivot.  That force is provided by the tension in the string.  The value is Mp*v*v/r where Mp is equal to the mass of the pendulum bob, v is equal to the velocity and r is equal to the radius (length of the string).  The highest value for this centripetal force is when v is highest or when the pendulum is swinging at the lowest point. 

He said that I should use only this term in the calculation.  In particular, Mw*g =Mp*v*v/r where Mw is the Mass of the LHS Weight and g is the gravitational constant.  I should not use the weight of pendulum as a separate term any more.

I need to think more about this idea.  Any comments from the Forum Members?

This is the second draft of the spreadsheet for the Milkovic 2 stage pendulum.  The bob can be started in any position.  Or the position can be gradually built up.

Everything now makes sense for the second mechanism to lead-out or bring-in gravitational energy.

The pendulum bob mass was taken to be 46 Kg and the Weight on the LHS was taken to be 74 Kg.

Much can be learned from this spreadsheet.  Play with it.
