Not a very good demo at all.
He will need to load the motor before any of what he is doing will be meaningful.
He seems to using the same or similar effect Thane is using. Neither have proved anything yet though, based on these videos.

Are you talking about the stargate motor? He has it under load in this video..
Well, something is odd there...he ended up with a voltage on the caps (which drive the motor) of about 20V, yet the motor was barely rotating a couple hundred RPM. With 24VDC demonstrated before, it was over 3400 RPM.
I'm not drawing any conclusions, as there isn't enough information to do so. But I'm not impressed really.

In general (see also conditions for the OUR.com award):
1. Quantitative measurements of input energy and output energy, showing HOW the measurements were taken.
(Note: showing an increase of voltage on batteries is not likely to be convincing to me.)
1b. OR -- If the device operates in a self-sustaining mode while producing a continuous excess output power of 15W (minimum), and can be properly demonstrated as such, that would impress me!
2. Replications (at least two) by independent persons.
3. Quantitative measurements of input energy and output energy, showing HOW the measurements were taken, by an independent lab/skilled person.
4. Willingness to publicly open-source the device, for the benefit of mankind (rather than seeking beaucoup-bucks; a fair return is understandable!)

I looked at the one vid, running off of caps and charging them at the same time -- impressive! I don't know about the 15W output excess; but the vid is one of the more interesting I've seen, for sure.
Will he permit replications -- and does he intend to release publicly open source, for the benefit of humanity?
I never trust a source that uses background disco music.
I want a true demonstration not a slide show. These are not teachable moments but supposed to be deliveries.
