The Book - The Chinese Dream - by Helen Wang is worth reading.

It gave insight to how and why China is developing into the most influential Country in the World.  It pointed to the ONENESS as the goal.

One of the reasons given is the cooperation between Government and the Private sector.  Things get done.

Handling the problem of Paul Chan, the Hong Kong Housing Development Chief.

Newspaper reported that the wife and son of Mr. Paul Chan had owned Land in the proposed development area.  His wife sold the land to her brother after Mr. Paul Chan took office.  The land was bought 19 years ago at HK$340K.  The proposed compensation is now at more than HK$10m.

Mr. Paul Chan is under pressure to step down.  What can be done?

The deeper problem:  Is the Hong Kong Government policy biased towards the Rich or the Speculator?
What should be the long term policy?

Hong Kong Government started public consultation on Dec 4, 2013.  Website =

The preliminary discussion documents on the 10 year Hong Kong Housing Consultation Plan.

That plan focused on providing housing for the low income group.  The Private Property Value in Hong Kong has increased so much that many earn too much to qualify for Government Housing but cannot afford Private Housing.  That issue is not adequately addressed in the consultation document.  One solution is proposed here.  The other important issue is to link the new town development with tourism and other business activities to create more jobs.  Hong Kong is blessed with large number of high spending tourists from China.  Their needs can be combined to produce a win-win situation.  The poor will benefit more.

Reconstruct Hong Kong.  Draft document for discussion on Oct 28, 2013.

The Hong Kong Government has announced the relative Proverty line. (Income lower than HK$3,600 for a single person).  It also highlighted the importance of providing Public Housing.

This document tries to look at the global view including the interaction of an individual with Government and the various possible projects.

How many professions allow you to charge yearly management fee in millions or even Billions?

Hong Kong with the Mandatory Retirement Fund structure created the Investment Fund Industry.  Many Fund managers/owners came from modest backgrounds.  The yearly fee allowed under Hong Kong Policy is 2% of the amount of funds managed.  The total fund managed by such professional in Hong Kong is over 400 billion USD.

Why China can continue to grow at around 8% for the next 20 years.

Let us focus back on innovation.  In the policy speech 2014, there was the proposal to reactivate the Innovation, Science and Technology

This time, there should be some focus.

We propose the focus should be on:

(1)   Remote monitoring and control of Companies all the way to the Investor level.  These Companies may include restaurant, retail, and service chains initially.  The expansion into Model Farms, Model Villages, Model Towns, Model Cities, etc can come later.  For fast development, such models are highly desired.

(2)   With Mutual Credits or Win-win Government Currency Swaps, Hong Kong can look at opportunities beyond its borders.  For example, a model farm suitable for a place in Africa can be a good project.  There may be good sunlight.  There may be good combination of crop and animal farming.  There may be vast improvement in production with the latest technology.  There may be chance to develop energy efficient or even self sustaining systems.

(3)   The Hong Kong Government should develop such projects until they become commercial entities.  Since every Citizen can be regarded as an investor, the models will be available to all citizens to comment and improve.  Then sell shares on the Stock Exchange.  The private sector (both Hong Kong and/or the Targeted Country Citizens) can then take over and improve the day-to-day operations.  The Hong Kong Government will look good both as supporter of the projects and creation of a new revenue stream.

Your main point is to increase the money supply in step with the increase of Meaningful Economic Activities. The increase in money supply will make Citizens wealthy. Meaningful Economic Activities will improve their standards of living.

Creators of money (Governments and Banks) should help the Citizens to increase their individual Meaningful Economic Activities. Forgive their debts if they really tried hard. Treat them as troops in the Global Economic War.

Another comment

The average person thinks that money should be earned. Some may earn it the hard way via physical labor. Some may earn it via the professions such as Doctors, Lawyers and accountants. Some may earn it via Businesses. Some may be lucky to win it in the lottery etc.

Your book says that money is created from thin-air by Governments and Banks. Anyone with ideas of Meaningful Economic Activity in China can get support and get a portion of the thin-air money.

Is this the real secret of the Chinese Dragon? If so, getting rich is within the grasp of every Nation and every individual. Can it be this simple?

The most important secret of the Chinese Dragon revealed in one slide.

(1) Support Innovative people or company with policy and money.
(2) If successful, pour in more support and replicate success.
(3) If failure, forgive and try again.  Since money is created from thin-air, nobody gets hurt if all debts are forgiven.  Meaningful Economic Activities have been generated.  A Country cannot win the Economic War if it punishes its warriers.
(4) The mechanism must be used with skill and tact.  Need to train all parties.
(5) It is the atomic bomb of the Economic War.  It is the most powerful weapon.  A Country can keep increasing its Modern Wealth - the quality and quantity of its Meaningful Economic Activities.
(6) If there were no shortage of technology and capital, any Developing Country can be developed within a generation.  This is the most important secret of the Chinese Dragon.
(7) Learn the technology.  Print the Money.  Work in harmony.  Ignore the slanders.

Conversation with Mr. Cheung - an engineer interested in implementing the QMOGEN and the Flying Saucer.

Cheung: "I am still checking on the kind of motors and generators to use.  I think the Unbalanced Cylinder is the best."

Tseung: "Have you been reading the information at overunity.com?"

Cheung: "Yes.  They are very interesting.  I am happy to get involved.  Can you explain the energy lead-out process more?"

Tseung: "The Unbalanced Wheel provides the vertical oscillation.  You can think of an athlete on a trampoline.  The effective weight going down is higher because of the centrifugal force when the Unbalanced Weight is going down.  The effective weight going up is less.  If there were no loss of energy, the height going up will be higher."

Cheung: "This was never taught in school or university.  However, it makes sense.  The Physics is correct."

Tseung: "Gravitation energy is lead-out and if that energy is extracted via the shaft, the resultant system has higher torque and maintains high speed of rotation.  The power is torque multiplied by rpm.  That means increased power."

Cheung: "If gravitational energy can be extracted this way, magnetic or electromagnetic energy can be extracted in a similar fashion.  The energy source of the over 60 QMOGENs can be explained.  This is a paradigm shift technology."

Tseung: "I can only provide the theory.  Others have to do the experiments and build the working prototypes or products."

Cheung: "I have my machine shop.  Count me in.  Money is secondary.  It is a worthwhile challenge."

Design of the Flying Saucer using the difference in Centrifugal Forces.  Some Christians call it the King David Sling Technology.

Note that it has elements of the Pulse Motor.  The 225 HP Pulse Motor leads-out gravitational and electromagnetic energy.  It is quite possible that the Flying Saucer as designed can do the same.

Have China and USA military mastered the technology already?  Will this top secret be disclosed to benefit the World?

One group in Hong Kong interested in QMOGEN and Flying Saucers is St. James Settlement.

They are a non-profit organization funded partly by the Hong Kong Government and the Hong Kong Jockey Club.  They have a new facility with plenty of space.  They have many voluntary engineers and scientists.  One of their tasks is do job training for the disadvantaged.  Many members of the St. James Church already heard my presentation.  They were the ones to come up with the name - King David Sling Technology.

The Flying Saucer development should benefit the World.  Profit orientated organizations may not be suitable. 

King David did the impossible with the sling killing Goliath.  Can the miracle be repeated?

The design is for the "thrust unit" of the Flying Saucer.  Two counter rotating units may be needed to control the "free rotation" as in helicopters.

You are right.  In the Pulsing Circuit, the low speed is the deciding factor.  If the top angular velocity is 600rpm and the bottom is 60 rpm, the consideration of the Pulsing Circuit is the 60 rpm.

The resulting rpm is much closer to 30 rpm as most of the time is spent in the low speed.

This makes the design even simpler.  May be the Garage Mechanics really have a chance.

Continue the useful comments.

We still need to solve the problem of supplying the energy to the Pulse (Drive) Coil – using the energy from the Collector Coils.  If using the right ferrite core, we can collect more energy than supplied, the lead-out energy flying saucer will be a reality.

Not doing any builds by me turns out to be the right thing to do.  Now, the top engineering entities of most Nations have a chance.

Meeting with a former physics teacher.

Chance to present Lead-out Energy

Dear All,

We now have a chance to present our ideas together with St. James Jockey Club Upcycling Center and the Hong Kong Government Environmental Agency.  There will be an annual event in June with emphasis on Energy and Environment.

We have been invited to participate in a number of ways.
1.   Think about a gift to be given out in the event.  One possibility is the improved Joule Thief circuit with super capacitor.  The charging can be done by hand winding.  The resulting lighting can be much longer.  We can already demonstrate charging by an AA battery for 10 seconds and the LEDs remain ON for over 10 minutes.
2.   Improve the standard exercise bicycle charging/lighting so that the Public can see electricity generated by their own efforts.
3.   Introduce the Lead-out Energy Flying Saucer concept so that the General Public and the Media will talk about it.

I shall focus on point 3 here.
a.   We shall leverage on the many UFO sighting news recently.  We shall have articles on whether UFOs can be man-made.  The articles in overunity.com under the "UFO Propu" thread will be useful.
b.   We shall build a large Milkovic Two Stage Pendulum.  The emphasis will be to show the leading-out of gravitational energy.  We shall direct attention to the weight remaining stationary when the amplitude of swing is small.  After a certain amplitude is achieved, a tiny push from the fingers will lift a heavy weight.  (Refer to the Rhead youtube video).  We shall clearly mark when the lifting occurs.  The banging noise is expected to attract attention.
c.   We shall do the electromagnet repelling magnet experiment.  We can explain the leading out of magnetic/electromagnetic energy.  We shall improve with pulse circuits so that the duration of the pulse is consistent.  We shall also add the advantage of using ferromagnetic materials.
d.   The theory of the lead-out energy diagram will be heavily promoted.  Lead-out energy machines are NOT the impossible perpetual motion machines.
e.   The design diagram of the Lead-out Energy Flying Saucer will be thoroughly discussed.  (We may not be able to have a working prototype this time but we shall try.  Miracles?)

Happy Chinese New Year of the Monkey.

This presentation has been updated multiple time.  The first presentation focused on leading-out or bringing-in energy from still air.  It is well known that one can get energy from moving air (e.g. sail or wind turbine).  Air consists of molecules in motion and thus have kinetic energy.  The first thought was – can we use such energy?  The first experiments indicated success in 2000.  A hand beach pump was used to pump water plus air via one-way valves to more than 5 floors.  The water plus air temperature gets cooler at exit.  Similarly, the water rocket gets cooler after firing.  Some of the kinetic energy of air molecules may have been converted into mechanical energy.

The late Mr. Lee Cheung Kin, a retired rocket scientist trained in USSR, learned of the experiments and visited Mr. Lawrence Tseung.  Mr. Lee suggested that gravitational energy can be led-out or brought-in.  He showed videos of the Laing Car, the Wang Shen He Device and other "free energy" research work in China.

That started a full research and lead to a presentation at Tsinghua University in 2006 where we learned about the 225 HP Pulse Motor and the Energy Multiplier.

In this presentation, we shall focus on the Milkovic Two Stage Pendulum and show how it can lead-out gravitational energy.

After the Tsinghua University presentation, we learned that the lead-out energy technology might have become top secret in both China and USA.  The reason is the potential military applications.  If we can bring-in gravitational energy, we must be able to bring-in magnetic or electromagnetic energy.  We can have a plane that can fly forever.

We soon realized that we could actually design a man-made flying saucer.  The principle is relatively simple and will be discussed in slide 6.

In our research, we found that many people are also researching in the field of "free" energy.  Some believed that the energy source is the Zero Point Energy.  Zero Point Energy refers to the energy that is still available when the temperature drops to absolute zero.

We took a slightly different approach.  We believe that anywhere in the Universe, there will be gravitational forces and electromagnetic waves.  Such energy sources can be used.  There is no violation of the Law of Conservation of Energy if we can use such energy.

After years of research, we found that the most convincing and the simplest explanation came from the Milkovic Two Stage Pendulum.

When we realized that UFOs could be man-made, we knew the potential political and military significance.  If an UFO can:
1.  Use virtually inexhaustible energy without carrying chemical fuel;
2.  Fly to outer space;
3.  Hover and make sharp turns;
4.  Propel itself without ejecting hot gases or pushing air;
5.  Effectively make cars, trains, ships lighter...

Such a technology will wipe out the military superiority of USA.  USA Government will want to keep such a technology top secret.  China will want to build up as large a lead as possible before disclosing such technology to the World.
UFOs made in USA and China are flying.  Many individuals have mobile phones with video capabilities.  The sightings can be captured and shared.

One of the dying wishes of Mr. Lee Cheung Kin was to share his findings with the World.  He also realized that the technology might be used for evil and endanger the entire Human Race.  Thus in disclosing the technology, we should also preach World as One.  The best way to create lasting peace is to get every Nation rich via knowledge and hard work. 

We should Love Our Enemies and turn them into Brothers and Sisters.

When we first presented the concept, some people, including scientists, immediately dismissed the whole concept as stupid and unscientific.

Some established scientists said: "You are trying to produce the impossible perpetual motion machine again.  You have a degree in Physics.  How can you be so stupid as to waste your time and our time?"  They refused to  review and study our information.  When we preached Mutual Credits to make every Nation rich, some laughed at us as impractical dreamers.

A true scientist should always be prepared to challenge existing concepts.  Scientific Breakthroughs often come from thinking outside the box.

This is the most important technical slide.  If we can lead-out or bring-in external energy, we do not violate the Law of Conservation of Energy.

The discussion then turns to whether we can bring-in such energy.

If we can bring-in such energy, how much can we bring-in?

This is the slide Mr. Tseung presented and passed out at Mr. Lee's funeral service.

It showed that Mr. Lee first suggested that the pulsed pendulum might lead-out or bring-in gravitational energy.  (This can be confirmed with the Milkovic Two Stage Pendulum in slide 10.)

It also showed that an UFO can be built with net thrust produced by differences in Centrifugal Forces.
The Pulsed Drive Coil brings-in magnetic or electromagnetic energy similar to the 225 HP Pulsed Motor.

The secret of the lead-out energy flying saucer is shown in this single slide...

This slide emphases the circular motion concept again.  The magnet moves in the clockwise direction.  It can be started by hand.  When it just passes the center of the Drive Coil, pulsed DC current is passed.  The Drive Coil becomes a magnet to repel the magnet, giving it energy and higher angular velocity.  The angular velocity can be built up via each passing.

When the angular velocity is high enough, we can use the Collector Coils to extract some energy and generate electricity.  We can then produce the situation as shown in the above slide.  The velocity of the magnet at the top of the circular path will be much higher than that at the bottom part.  This will result in a difference in Centrifugal Force.  The difference in Centrifugal Force will provide a Net Thrust.  In the diagram shown, the Net Thrust will be upwards.  But this Thrust can be in any direction.

Note that the generation of the Net Thrust does not require ejection of any hot gases.  Such a device can be thought of as a propulsion unit.  A flying saucer can have multiple propulsion units.

One way for China to keep increasing its GDP and maintaining a high level of meaningful economic activities is to trade.  In trade, China needs other Nations to be wealthy to sustain and expand the trade.  Thus it makes sense for China to help African Nations to get rich.  One way is to help to develop the global view and the necessary infrastructures.  The infrastructures include modern agriculture to ensure food security; building dams for irrigation and electricity; roads, bridges and trains to facilitate transport; building modern cities with the Internet structures, the housing, the hospitals, the schools and the recreational facilities.  It is government planning at its best. 

The Deng policy of letting some to get rich first worked wonders for China.  The successful entrepreneurs inspired the rest.  The creativity and innovation spirits of the average citizen is stimulated.  "If he can do it, I can do it also."

The above video shows how China is promoting and supporting its technology.

The technology was to combine solar panel with fish farming to make better use of space.  The story was:

1.  A lady rented the space below the solar farm to raise fish.  The rent was less than one fifth of the normal fish pond.
2.  The lady thought that it was easy and used the normal technique of having multiple species as practiced in other normal ponds.
3.  It was a disaster.  The lady lost money heavily and was about to give up.

The key concept is that the pendulum can be 99% efficient.  If we examine the seesaw action carefully, we will see that the weight is lifted twice with every push.  The lifting occurs when the pendulum bob is at the lowest position.  At that position, the velocity is highest.  That also means the centrifugal force is greatest. The lifting of the weight is due to the weight of the pendulum bob plus the centrifugal force at that instant.  The pendulum must be swinging with a large amplitude to have a large enough centrifugal force component to lift the weight.

So long as the pendulum is swinging with such a magnitude, the seesaw action will remain.

The money will not come from higher taxes.  The recently Rich do not need to worry about Government redistributing their wealth.  Government must print more money for its citizens to get wealthy.  If the Government does not print money, person A getting wealthy will mean person B getting poor.

The previous 5 year plans focused on pumping money to build infrastructures, building  factories etc.  The thirteenth 5 year plan is to put money and resources to ensure that there will no longer be "poverty" in China.  Every remote village will have electrical power.  Internet will be available to every citizen. 

Does that mean that every Chinese will know the ufo technology?

*** At the start of 2016, there were still 70m Chinese below the poverty line.  The plan is to get ALL above the line by 2020.  Impossible?
Now EVERY household has electricity.  It is only 7 months...
Innovative approaches include:
1. Put every poor family on databases.  Develop a plan for each family.
2. Have thousands of University graduates to act as Village Officials.  Their primary task is to get the villages wealthy.  They can immediately enable every village to have Internet Experts.
3. Develop many Village resorts.  Some "Village Hotels" have modern facilities all funded by Governments.  The Villagers are encouraged to move in to taste and test the facilities.  Many will get training, jobs and lodgings...

Will every home be reachable by car?  Will every home have clean water?  Will every child have good education?  Will every family be "moderately" wealthy by 2020?

Many "special" Village Officials became millionaire in RMB terms in front of the villagers.  That inspired the villagers to copy, learn and get rich.  (A big change from the days when Mao sent the intellectuals to villages to learn from the farmers.)

In some democracies, that will be considered as conflict of interest or corruption.  But this time, it is the deliberate policy of the Chinese Government!!!

I have no doubt that the many special Village Officials with University training can do that.  With Developed Countries, if a problem is identified, resources can be allocated to solve it.  By 2020, China will become a Developed Nation.

Some envy those born into a rich family.  Some envy those born into a rich nation.  Some now envy those who can create wealth for their family and their nation.

With Internet, there will be many schools of thought.  Every thought will be judged and examined on its own merits.  There is no need to totally follow any one school... 

There are more than one way to get a Village wealthy - including move the entire village to a new location.  The CCTV documentaries on "how to get rich" are fun to watch...

Money is created from thin air.  Citizens cannot get richer if the Government does not increase the money supply.  But the increase must be linked to growth of Meaningful Economic Activities.

For Example, Ethiopia gave a five year contract for China to manage the new Railway.  Meanwhile, it will learn and take over that role after 5 years.  Technology can be learned.

Much more infrastructure work is being done in Ethiopia.  Where does the money come from?  That question was asked by China many years ago.  The answer - learn the technology.  If a Nation prints 1 billion dollars to construct a road, the road will be an asset.  It will facilitate communication.  It will provide many jobs.  It will stimulate many related industries.  Can the Nation use its own resources to build the road?  If it can, print the money.

If it cannot, get help and learn.  Build a small section first.  If help can come from a Nation wanting to increase its influence like China, study the terms.  When the Global Pie increases, all can enjoy.  If the Pie grows in Ethiopia, Ethiopia will enjoy more.

Developing Cities is even easier.  The jobs will be local.  The buildings will benefit the locals more.  Citizens can see the buildings.  Examine and study every detail of how China rises.  Avoid the mistakes.  Improve on the successes.

(2) Each camp will help to increase the GDP of some of these poor Nations.
(3) The winning criterion will be based on many mutually agreed standards such as food security, educational achievements in global tests, Olympics performance, industrial output, income from tourism, international patents granted etc.
Instead of having wars in the under developed Nations to show "superiority", the two camps can compete on how good they are in helping others rich.  The end result will be a more peaceful and prosperous World.  One Camp can be USA and his Allies.  The Other Camp can be China+Russia and their Allies.

At present, a poor Nation would have to sell its resources or ask its citizens to accept low wages and work hard to compete (as the lowest cost producer).  The "investors" from outside are more interested in profits and will exploit (taking advantage of the ignorance). 

The new competition will provide a new paradigm...

 I was at a seminar organized by Alibaba.com. Their success is no accident. The Seminar had speakers covering Government Funding, Using the Alibaba platform, logistics and selling via an Alibaba partner when one only focuses on manufacturing.

I was given a few minutes at the end to talk about Forex Trading under the attack of Hedge Funds on RMB to those interested. I was challenged to justify the statement that a 200K account can be traded to have a balance of over 3m in six months.

I used historic data and selected a six month period. I randomly started in Aug 2017 buying the pair at 6.6300 and closing at 6.8611. The gain was 2,311PIPs. At HK$100 per PIP, the gain before the daily premium was HK$231,100. That was using a margin of around HK$20K. If we use PIPs, the average daily gain in PIPs is 12.8(2,311/180)PIPs. Assume a daily premium of 4PIPs, the daily gain should exceed 8 PIPs.

If after 30 days, the gain is 240 PIPs, I Close the position. I Open 2 units using a margin of around 40K. The gain in the next 30 days should average 16PIPs. After another 30 days, I use the total gain of 480PIPs to Open 4 units etc.

With initial 1 unit (HK$20K margin), the monthly gain would be:
240 480 960 1,920 3,840 7,680

At the end of six months, the total gain would have been 7,680 PIPs.  There were no significant dip in the period selected.  Thus the net gain per Unit invested would be HK$768,000.

If I had invested 4 units, the total gain would have been HK$3,072,000. Many eyes popped out. Most did not understand the mechanism of FOREX trading. One immediately placed an Open Order. He said, "Let us plan to meet again in six months."
