Par contre quand je peux utiliser mes instruments de base , chez moi , dans mon petit labo, ,(vraiment basique ) et que pour la première fois par rapport aux expérience stipulées plus haut , j'obtiens un cop qui montre > 1 , que je peux repliquer en variant la sauce, sans rentrer dans des conjectures de résonances , de coupling ou impedance matching et toute sorte d'autres truc monstre compliqué,
Je me permets de penser que la LENR est vraiment une recherche qui en vaut la peine
Je ne promets rien mais j'ai l'intention de bosser ferme sur le sujet

Note that Woopy's experiments do not PROVE that other methods are impossible -- just that, with his broad-based experience and a degree of carefulness in measuring -- he has found the plasma electrolysis method to be most promising...
I have asked Woopy to do the SMD high voltage test and I am awaiting for a result.
He has been using half rectified AC "positive pulse" which is where he gets his results. Also he was using a coil in the positive line which I think would give a negative fly back voltage "not sure on that one" when it drops down to zero volts.
The big problem with high voltage will be the high voltage high capacitance cap, that is why I have used a motor "RUN" cap, 440v @ 100uf is the biggest I can find. The only thing I am thinking of is with the high voltage what will happen at the electrode 2 as far as complex reaction, I do not know, but should be interesting I think, when at low voltage there is a huge reaction.
