Thank you Peter

all very interesting, confirms some of the things I have seen in one of my reactors, H2 + CO2 = CH4. When I ran the reactor without any gas input, only air, just to see that the plasma was working (runs on DBD's), there was a distinct lack of NOx gases produced at particular frequencies. Normally a huge amount of O3 and turning to NOx gases, I really did not notice heat as I was not looking for it with air, H2 and CO2 is another matter, it is highly exothermic in the presence of nickel and has to be kept below 400c or you get thermal runaway until it destroys the nickel ;D

Now looking at ORC/refrigeration and generator to control the temperature and use that heat to generate power for the H2 production O0  also the exiting CH4 has to be cooled and compressed giving more power potential 8)

Peter and all

That latest paper gives us an idea possibly why SM used twin conductor lamp cord in most of his devices. It also explains why the phase inverter from the signal generating source is required. This could be accomplished with the common mode choke. He shows the opposite end of the signal generator feeding the far end of the pair by comparison. (fig2)

With a little circuit re-arrangement a simple oscillator feeding the CM choke will yield the required phase inversion.

It also seems to be parallel to the Spheric's proof of concept circuit test, and also your explosive noise testing.

Just a thought.

Hi ION
Indeed  :)

I have noticed that all Aries patents are applied for within a couple of years, i am willing to bet he had some very bad experiences trying to get some of this stuff patented in the US, infact i found a quote where he called them Bastards LOL, he does have a whole load of solar and wind turbine patents in the US though.

Now bearing in mind that the world international organization patent i found was in 2002 then there is a very good chance SM even copied the work of Arie, i have no evidence of this off course but it certainly helps to have some maths behind your device and Arie seems to be handing this stuff on a plate to us.

The only thing i have found that makes me nervous is that it would appear he was the head of Shell Oil Company's Strategic Planning Group, unless there is 2 Arie De Geus that are both Dutch.

ION, with those two caps being of "pico farad" size, can you speculate what the approximate operating frequency for such a device might be?

Hi Matt

I saw that he claimed 1/2 picofarad each. I questioned that also when  I read it. It is impossible to know the operating frequency without knowing the length of the line and how much ether disturbance is required for a given power output or in other words, what is the power gain of the device.

I think he is talking about 8.5 megahertz, but will give it another read. He says "at least 1/2 picofarad each" implying it could be more.

He does stress the driving sinusoidal wave must be "clean". (same as Steven Mark!).

Who has ever used or seen a .5pF capacitor?

The described winding capacitance would easily exceed those capacitors.
Title: Re: Public Release & Translation of Dutch Patents by Arie De Geus
Post by: Itsu on 2014.06.04, 11:06:25

Under "Conclusions" he states (among other things):

6. A Method and Equipment, as in any of the preceding claims, wherein
both electron-conductors are at one end connected to each other by means
of two capacitors placed in series

10. A Method and Equipment, as in (6), wherein the capacity values of
said capacitors are less than 10 picofarads.

So somewhat "below 10pF" would be a more realistic value.

In my day they were called "gimmicks" made of a very short 1" pair of insulated wires with one more twists, usually used in home brew FM or UHF receiver design, but could be found in consumer HF radio or TV sets. You twisted it more or less to tune the circuit. Google "gimmick capacitor" or "gimmick loop"

Things get crazy with strays at that low level.

I agree the winding capacitance will exceed 1/2 pF, but he says "at least" 1/2 pF implying it could be much higher in practice.

How he came to say 1/2pF as a lower limit is beyond me.

On page 6 of the aforementioned document he says some interesting things:

Quote"The control of the regular alternation of the two windings is difficult to control"

Here I believe he is talking about the physical alternation of the windings (a twist per turn), not electrical, as it is in the paragraph pertaining to winding methods. We can see this alternation if looking closely at the SM 6" toroidal unit, under the tape and sometimes at the top of other units. Note SM disguises it in the smallest unit with lots of silicone on top. On the large toroidal units e.g SM17 the twists are probably at the bottom. Also note the recommended spacing in the pair windings.

He also says the toroidal form is most efficient and produces up to 10% power gain. How this power gain is collected is not mentioned.

I had forgotten about gimmick loops & caps  O0

Some FYI...

1. 'Alterations', in this case, may be referring to the method to introduce phase shift between each conductor of the bifilar windings. Controlling this with gimmick caps would work but trimming one of the conductors also works. Of course, none of this makes sense to most as making a low turn count coil resonant at low frequencies is impossible unless you use huge capacitance. Unfortunately, when you use a capacitor and coil with good performance in-mind the impedance of the cap and inductor should balance at the intended freek. (I know the books say otherwise but they are wrong.)

2. There are ways to make a single or two turn loop have an electrical length magnitudes larger than the actual circumference/length. Some of the text makes me think he knows about this (also not found in the 'books' according to my searches but the method was used to lower the operating frequency of loop antennas in the early part of the last century).

Could you expand on point two, are you meaning the introduction of ferrite material to the loop? or using a transmission line or some other method which you have not described?

Also the point you made about trimming one of the wire lengths, SM was said to have done this also.

Oh Crikey Patent 1030697 maybe even more applicable to the TPU, speaking of the TPU we were told the control circuit was patented, well it may also be buried in the NL patent system, infact if i can ever get enough time it maybe a good idea to do a search for free energy devices because we now know that Arie patented in the NL because it would not get refused  O0

Google translation of the second half of the first paragraph of patent 130697, on page 1:

Een van deze methodes, zijnde de essentie van deze aanvraag is: het oscilleren van een elektro-magnetisch veld binnen de begrenzingen van een primair permanent magnetisch veld, waarbij de zo genaamde krachtlijnen van beide genoemde velden, voor beide richtingen van het electro-magnetisch veld, zoveel mogelijk parallel moeten zijn.

One of these methods, which is the essence of this application is, the oscillation of an electromagnetic field within the confines of a primary permanent magnetic field, wherein the so-called lines of force of the two said fields, for both directions of the electro-magnetic field, , as far as possible have to be parallel.

EDIT: he says also that the zero point energy is in the first part of the wave equation (Planck's formula) on page 3.

permanent magnetic field is not in the material...

I double checked,  the translation was ok:

afwisseling van beide draden

translates to:

alternation of the two wires

I thought he "twisted" the both parallel wires together and thats what he means with "alternation of the two wires", but i can not confirm that they
really should be "twisted" as it is nowhere specifically mentioned or drawn.

My post should have used the word 'alternations' instead pf 'alterations'.

Point 2....... using transmission line design practices. This method isn't simple or intuitive and requires empiric understanding of magnetic field interaction. It would require a pic or drawing - which would lead to requests for detail design and assembly info.... which would lead to many not seeing the same results.... etc. etc. etc.

I should keep such comments to myself until I have time to help repeat the experiment over Skype.
The last three times I've done that each of them either went underground or left the public experimenter scene ???

Anyway, the most basic version ... consider a simple conductive loop. This loop is best kept to an absolute minimum number of turns. 2 turns usually provides best results. Call it LT.
Wound over LT, in the poloidal direction, would be an even number of bucking winding pairs. Each pair is connected in series-opposing fashion and all pairs are connected in series opposing fashion. Call these LPa, `a, b, `b, etc.. These windings would equate to his 'alternations'.

A coil set described above may be made to show the property of increased electrical conductor length and/or toroidal circumference without the normally expected increase in resistance, reactive values or propagation time.

The most interesting results are when you make the electrical results work with the acoustic properties.

Title: Re: Public Release & Translation of Dutch Patents by Arie De Geus
Post by: ion on 2014.06.06, 12:49:01
Thanks Itsu for checking the translation and to WW for expanding on the method of effectively  increasing conductor length.

Can I assume the two turn loop and the multiple series connection of all poloidal bucking pairs is also connected in parallel (to the loop),  or in series or does it matter?

Tell us about the interesting acoustic properties of such a winding if you have the time.

Thanks in advance.

On another note trying to test AMDG 3C coil, I have wound a 6" x 2" x 3/4 inch toroid with 85 turns of thin speaker wire,  turns relatively equally spaced 5.5" per turn 467 total inches of wire. Inductance is around 24 uH each.

Putting this on the signal generator wired with two capacitors per AMDG, I can tune and null the radiated EM field at about 1.8 Mhz, as witnessed by a field probe.

However, my scope shows the driving is in phase to each winding with the capacitors placed as shown, not 180 degrees out from each other as AMDG teaches. Is this an error? I would expect it to be in phase since the capacitors are the same value. Both capacitors are tunable, but there is no change in phase shift respectively to each others windings at the drive point. I questioned it to myself when first I saw the wiring in the patent.

I will try driving one coil through an inductive delay element while tuning the other capacitively to try to get the out of phase condition. (I remember that SM spoke of trying for the "worst case scenario", can't find the exact quote)

One of the conductors is open at the end. Is it not?

If so, how can the current of each not be out of phase with one another? I'm pretty sure his information suggests a phase shift between the current of one conductor and the current of the other conductor. With the open conductor end that coil current would be almost completely due to capacitive coupling while the other would be affected more by the inductive component.

DeGeus teaches that A and B are the output of the transmission line, but any attempt to load this will upset the wave amplitude / phase in the line.

Any ideas anyone?

Up to 5 MHz I did not see a current input phase shift with 0.2 ohm CSR's. I'll try something other.

Post by: Itsu on 2014.06.06, 19:59:13
ION,

The patent is talking about parallel conductors / wires, so this is in my mind something different as a coil.

Also it says somewhere in the PDF:

An open end (other than at the said capacitors ) acts as a mirror, and so the length of the two wires
have to be not only equal, but must also be a multiple of a half wavelength,to get pure " bellies" and "nodes" and resonance,
making maximum absorption of zero-point energy possible.

So taking your 1.8MHz which means a wavelength of 160m, which is realized with only 467 inches of wire = 12m.
So we are talking here of a coil, right?

A multiple of half a wavelength of conductors / wires would be 1, or 1.5 or 2 etc. wavelengths = 160m, 240m, 320m etc.

My idea of this is that we need say resonance of 8.5MHz (as mentioned somewhere) which is a wave length of 35 meters.
So then we need double wire lengths of 17.5m, 35m, 52.5m etc some distance away from each other to avoid creating a coil

Fig. 3b
cylinder length 33cm = 330mm
od 16.5cm = circumference of 51cm

1.1mm magnetwire =  double winding = 2.2mm

leaving 2.2mm between these windings mean we have 4.4mm / winding.

On 330mm that is 75 windings, each with a length of 51 cm means a total length of 75 * 51 = 3825cm = 38m.
38m = wavelength 7.9MHz

By the way, we need it to be in resonance, so we would always see sine waves, even when we input square waves,  right?

Yes Itsu, correct on all points, however I was under the impression that the balanced transmission line would work. I could be wrong.

My original test was with an old SG and it only went to 2 MHz. I will have to re-do the test with a different SG and a much higher frequency according to what you have stated.

I was probably looking at a lower harmonic.

Here are the reviews from that page:

QuoteJoseph Phelan   CRITIC   May-06-2002

This is THE most groundbreaking printed work since Sir Isaac Newton's Principia Mathematica in 1687. I predict that nothing shall ever be the same. Much of the radical technological advances in this century will be underpinned by the theory outlined herein.

QuoteMichael McDonnough   CRITIC   Jan-13-2004

Excellent piece of work. The author takes on the physics establishment and wins with his work, advancing fluid mechanics into the realm of the subatomic. I just had to read all other titles by this author to find out more.

Yes I noticed that after looking a little deeper. Do you think they might get a share of book sales?

Maybe 35 years ago I was interested in the writings of C.F Krafft's "Structure of the Atom" upon which DeGeus vortex model is built. Pat Flanagan included references and drawings to Krafft's work in his book "Pyramid Power". Krafft's document may be available on Borderland Research. I have a copy somewhere which I might scan.

Oh for sure, they were part owners of the AMDG Scientific  :)

Each patent seems to push the book as well, but i can understand that, Arie started researching in the 70's energy crisis, so i am sure he must have put a lot of his own money and time into his work, Phelan and the others were probably there supporting the effort as well, financially and for the hope of gain, back in 2002 free energy must have been like the new gold rush, little did everyone realize that there would be no hope of money of selling a working device, very few made real money, although SM probably did pretty well LOL

Interesting statements:

Inventor can not come up with any other cause then that gravity has a certain influence in the 'polarisation' phenomenon.

Inventor's tecnology does not reach so called super-conductivity by means of exotic matrix development, but by the change of the 'electron-in-motion' itself.

QuoteInventor's technology does not reach so called superconductivity by means of exotic matrix development, but by the change of the 'electron-in-motion' itself.

In other words the Inventor has achieved Superconductivity by the change of the electron-in-motion, now that would be a nice thing to achieve  especially in a transformer configuration or motor armature  :o

QuotePatent No NL1033157 by Arie DeGues

Version Date 2005-12-17

Translated by Overunityresearch.com                                June 2014

Cyclotron electron accelerator at Zero point energy.

Extract.
A method and apparatus, wherein "free" electrons, as specified in (a) thin conductor (s), in which sections in an alternating-voltage-increase with the amplitude envelope is effected by means of permanent-magnetic fields, in such a way that their kinetic energy is sufficient to be able to charge a direct current over a rectifying purpose of storage threshold; this using a "signal" generator, the energy which is obtained from the energy produced.

Subject.
A Method and Apparatus derived therefrom have been found to give high kinetic energy for "free" electrons, which make a high direct voltage storage is made possible via a diode. wherein use is made of (a) high-frequency signal generation,
(B) high-frequency oscillation resonance in main circuit,
(c). permanent magnetism in the main circuit,
(d) super-conductivity in thin metallic film in main circuit,
(e) a main-circuit going around many times by the same permanent-magnetic fields,
(f). Zero point energy as a power source.

Summary.
In the period 2002 - 2005 it was found that, if 'free' electrons oscillate by very thin conductors are at higher frequencies, they lose much of their ohmic resistance in conductors and connected on short circuits. If said conductors with "free" electrons, which are to find almost no ohmic resistance, in a primary permanent-magnetic field located,which-the lines parallel to said conductors are, then its primary permanent-magnetic fields being capable, by any oscillation, from the southern direction, a driving force to exercise the 'free' electrons mentioned that simultaneously with the oscillations, a directed flow triggers.

This patent has a lot of similarities to the SM unit, except that SM may have used magnetized iron wire instead of spaced permanent magnets with small holes. Later I believe SM used an overwinding for the magnetic bias.

Reading the patent, he talks of a progressive acceleration of free electrons in a stepwise manner with each cycle of the SGen similar to a cyclotron.

Could this be equivalent to the turbine like wind up effect of several seconds that SM spoke of?

This also has some similarity to the Barbat patent app which extols the virtue of accelerating free electrons.

Lots of gems in that patent, but I lack the knowledge base to critique it. I'm flying on mostly intuition.

Maybe Smudge can give it a look.

and much of his work stems from around the early year 2000, i think we were told that SM acquired the knowledge from someone else, maybe Arie is the answer to the TPU riddle, only time and bench work will tell unfortunately.

Attached is my simplified drawing from DeGeus 33157.

Many things do not add up if you study the original drawing carefully. Maybe we can discuss some of this.

I left out the variable power supply to the signal generator and the electrostatic motor which is supposedly just a load.

We need to find out what is the item 10 electron polarizer unit, and why is it wired to a short circuit.

I believe there are errors, perhaps purposely introduced to the original Fig1 drawing to avoid replication (maybe by DeGeus himself)

If you study it you will see what I mean.

I read somewhere item 10 is exactly that a switched short circuit, but not sure where i read that, it may have even been in another patent electron-polarizer unit = switched short circuit. Dam at the time it raised an eye brow because SM and his electrostatic speakers used short circuits as part of their delay line, lets hope it turns up somewhere.

Google does not know either  :'(

It's mentioned here, there maybe a trnaslation error hiding the short circuit somewhere as a possiblity, this is from an early google translation i did below but in Itsu's translation the work Short Circuit has gone, maybe we need Itsu just to double check the translation just in case it could be short circuit in there.

The most important thing to discover is the action of the magnets i.e. how can they possibly add kinetic energy to the electrons passing through them?

Smudge can you give us your opinion on this?

It would not be difficult to plate thin wall Cu tubing with silver. I was thinking also that small rod magnets could go inside the tubing with spacers. SM probably used silver plated iron wire or thin wall iron tubing to keep it lightweight. I wonder if you can plate silver directly to iron or do you need to go to copper first?

Regarding the shorted loop, as shown it would get very hot and develop very small voltage across the pickoff points which is an even shorter length of the wire, which leads me to believe there is an error in the schematic.

Note: I made a minor correction to the simplified schematic posted above.

Peter,  ION,

i remember this sentence, and was kind of puzzled what he was trying to say.

itsu cleanup:

The Dutch "korte circuits" does not mean "short circuit" in the sense of a shortenend circuit.
It means more a small or close by circuit and for me did not had any meaning here and could have caused more confusion in my mind then that it was usefull.
If he would have meant a short circuit in the sense of a short, the Dutch to be used would have been "kortsluiting" or "kortgesloten circuit" not "kort circuit".
But.... as Arie was living and working in the USA for a long time it could have been a mixup from his side and that he did wanted to mention a connected short circuit so please keep this option open.

We've been plating Nickle Silver for centuries on top of iron for Spoons EPNS Electro plated Nickle Silver

I do believe pure silver will go straight on Iron as well.

No problem.

Looking at this patent NL1033157, i wonder if it ever has been tested,  i mean those holes in those magnets, that is not an easy task.
And if one has such magnets with holes, how do you get this silver plated tubing through all those holes, seems impossible for home workers like us.

Anyway, looking into this electron polarizer item 10, seems no more information is found in the patent.
Also scanning his book Fluidum Continuum Universalis attached earlier in this or the closed thread does not show any hits.

Google however gets some info on it all pointing to manipulation of the electron spin, mostly in electron microscopy.
I understand from it that this item 10 electron polarizer is used to align the electron spin direction so all point/spin to one direction (bias current?)

That's a really good point Itsu because in the other patents he says they already worked and makes a point of that as if to boast they worked for some time.
Maybe it will be worth us looking for proof he had it working in the patent next time to help prioritise the translation effort.

The proof of concept would be a basic stripped down version of the device in the patent.

I will use a single large loop of silver plated tubing that goes into the single hole of magnets.

Note that the magnets can be replaced with individual coils for test purposes, the power into the coils can be "not counted" since you know the equivalent can be accomplished with permanent magnets.

The point is deriving the proof that free electrons can be accelerated. Searching for cyclotron

Thin wall silver plated tubing is used in radio transmitter tank coils. I have a large piece on hand, about four or five feet long by 1/4" O.D.

In this patent he claims the thin film metal polariser restricts the electron to "spin" only and spiraling motion  is disallowed. This he claims has the tendency to lower the ohmic resistance up to 500X.

Figure 2 & Fig 3 are the ones to look at

It shows an output transformer in Fig 2 and in fig 3 he says
QuoteIn Figure 3, a z.g.n. 'Clapp' oscillator 'driven' by the system of this invention. Oscillators with other embodiments, such as, e.g. the "Hart1ey" or the "Colpitts' oscillators can also be" driven " The oscillator in figure 3 is located within the dashed-line rectangle. (20) is a ground connection. A fairly decent AC voltage can be expected at point E, where the appropriate values for the circuit components are used.

I am presuming he uses the Clapp oscillator to produce a sinewave output in Fig 3 and in Fig 2 he is using a transformer to provide a sinewave with losses in the core, so i assume the Fig3 Clapp oscillator is much more efficient.
Could be worth simulating this circuit to see if it can be got working.

This is quite interesting Peter.  I have heard about long-haul truck drivers adding acetone to their fuel mix.  I always thought the process of doing this simply caused the burn rate to better match with the bore/stroke of the engine creating better combustion efficiency.  I had no idea this was actually setting up some sort of nuclear chain reaction.

I haven't tried this myself as I'm leery to how acetone might deteriorate pump and injector seals.  Just a tad too expensive to find out the hard way.

Post by: Peterae on 2014.07.29, 11:04:32
Indeed Lithium Sterate (Lithium Soap) is mentioned in the patent, the Acetone is purely to dissolve the Agent, it has to be metered and injected in very small quantities, so small the gain would be obvious, for instance, if you knew how much liquid was injected each time an injection nozzle was fired then the Lithium/Acetone mixture would be 1000th of the amount of gasoline to give 50 times the combusted power.  O0

It can also be applied to oil burner's & i don't see why not Rocket Fuel's  O0

Even with a 1000th volume for the mix Arie works on only 1% of this takes active part in Nuclear Fusion to create the 50 Times, one would need to be very careful with this patent just in case a refinement was stumbled upon, for instance if 100% of the mix was Fused then you would be looking at 5000 times the power.

To stop damage Arie suggests the gasoline mix is greatly reduced because of the 50 times increase in power, so instead of 40 MPG you would be looking at 2000 MPG  :o

The main problem i see is in metering such a small amount of atomized mix & gasoline.

There is very little doubt in my mind Arie had this working, he hints at this and we already Know his Fusion experiments worked as described in the Lab and were independently verified.

I am coming to the conclusion that this is Stanley Meyers secret.

Arie requires 3 things for Fusion, Lithium, Hydrogen, combustion plasma, he gets the Hydrogen & plasma from the combustion of the hydrocarbon, but note both these things can also be obtained by splitting water into Oxygen & Hydrogen and then Igniting them, you would need to run a Hydrogen rich system to promote Lithium Fusion though.

So it would totally be feasible to run on water & a very small amount of Lithium Hydroxide, tap the alternator to make the H2O the energy gain comes from the fusion.  O0

Oh well that's Stanley Meyer's little secret solved as well  :)

Stanley probably accidentally discovered by stripping the engine down and adding Lithium Grease to the injector threads as he was assembling  :o and didn't even realize it LOL
Title: Re: Public Release & Translation of Dutch Patents by Arie De Geus
Post by: ion on 2014.07.29, 16:21:15
You may have nailed it Peter.

Seems like an opportunity for Grum to run that little Diesel into his alternator to measure performance, dissolving some Lithium grease in the fuel and sucking a little Hydrogen made on demand from electrolysis (via rectified alternator output) into the air intake.

With the alternator hookup, it would also be easy to measure a performance increase.
Title: Re: Public Release & Translation of Dutch Patents by Arie De Geus
Post by: Peterae on 2014.07.29, 16:29:29
I would be much more inclined to use Either Lithium Sterate dissolved in either ethanol or Acetone, the grease probably will gum up the valves.

Borax dissolved in ethanol will also work in place of the Lithium Sterate and is probably a cheap additive.

One thing you need to be aware off, Nuclear Fusion creates mostly heat and some Helium atoms, it creates extra power by further heating the Exhaust gases produced already from combustion of the hydrocarbons, Temperature maybe a real issue, Arie deals with this by injecting water as needed, this has a 2 fold benefit, it absorbs the large amount of Fusion heat and the Steam expands creating further chamber pressure.

water injection can only occur once the engine is warmed up to running temperature.
Title: Re: Public Release & Translation of Dutch Patents by Arie De Geus
Post by: Peterae on 2014.07.29, 16:44:59
So this is what i would do.

Take 1 gram of Borax and dissolve in 1 liter of either Ethanol or Acetone, then feed that into the fuel line at a ratio of 1 gasoline & 1 Additive

or

Take 2 grams of Borax and dissolve in 1 liter of either Ethanol or Acetone, then feed that into the fuel line at a ratio of 2 gasoline & 1 Additive

or

Take 3 grams of Borax and dissolve in 1 liter of either Ethanol or Acetone, then feed that into the fuel line at a ratio of 3 gasoline & 1 Additive

I think you get the idea for 4 grams  :)

QuoteThe highest specific impulse chemistry ever test-fired in a rocket engine was lithium and fluorine, with hydrogen added to improve the exhaust thermodynamics
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liquid_rocket_propellants

When you look at the Element Chart Arie uses, it shows Flourine as a good candidate as well for Fusion with Hydrogen  O0

The important thing then would be chamber pressure, the higher the chamber pressure the more likely and higher % Fusion energy would occur  O0

It has also occurred to me that this may make a fantastic compliment to Hydrogen Peroxide decomposition, Boric acid may possibly be a good catalyst for decomposition as well negating the need for a sliver catalyst bed, if a gain of even 10 could be had then it would make a very clean compliment to a clean Rocket power system.

I have been thinking about this some more and an idea would be to use a bingo type reactor with lithium soap in water.

A base line can be achieved by running first with water and NaoH, a time/temp: graph can be drawn along with power input. The test then done again maintaining same power input with an equal amount of water with lithium soap as the ionic conductor. The two graphs placed on top of one another.

If the two running conditions can be maintained equal, any change in temp/time will show a change in reaction.

Here we will see the hydrogen/lithium reaction under extream conditions of a plasma ignition, if he is right then we should see a huge increase of temp: to time, also possible to see if we get OU in joules of input to heat output.

Arie knew what he was doing and emphasizes that it is a totally clean and safe technology, you still need fissionable material in your above scenario to provide excess neutrons, we never make Tritium anyway and also never have the harsh pressure/temperature conditions required.  ???

Interesting that they use Berilium though, that's probably the best element of Arie's Chart, i wonder why they don't admit cold Fussion, it must be known about with the amount of work that has been done in this area, i suppose because it's mostly military that it gets buried.

Don't use Lithium Mike use Boric Acid, should be a lot easier to work with  and is a lot cheaper O0

It has become quiet obvious that Arie was using his Dc- AC converter (need to get this working at some point) to drive all these Nuclear Fusion experiments because of it's 99% efficiency it was easier to verify OU with such low losses, notice that the new fusion patent uses a triangular waveform to create the rotating magnetic vortex in which the fusion and Photons can be seen to swirl around the wall of the vortex.

This new patent adds the possibility of making heavier atoms by the combination of some lighter elements like Aluminium, he uses Lithium, Berilium or Boron as the fusion catalysts.

It's an optimization of the fusion reactor to release energy in the spectrum of Infrared region to create a heating effect, he captures some of the IR energy using special IR solar cells or Bi Metalic strips to power the device.

I looked over this patent and find it interesting, especially the idea of a Tungsten (Wolfram) glow coil that runs without wires by induction from the main plasma arc. The bi metal electrets need more understanding. I don't pretend to understand the reactions, maybe someone else can chime in on those.

This should not be that difficult to try if one is so inclined as the reactor vessel is fairly simple in construction, unlike some of his other patents of reactor vessels.

Very interesting indeed as a heat source. I like this. It can be used as a heat source without the inclusion of bi metal electrets or photo cells thus making the device a lot simpler to prototype. In the patent it is shown in a looped mode for sustaining power to the arc, but a device that uses mains power and produces excess heat over input would be a great simplification. The looping can come later when a stand alone, battery initiated unit is desired.

Thank you Peter (and Itsu?) for your work in translating this and wrapping it into a pdf.

Indeed ION

All of his patents beg further work, but when viewed as a collection, there are a number of improvements in each which could be combined.

I already know which ones i will replicate at some point  :)

For instance in his N2 fusion reactor we can use air which is 79% N2 , if we were to consume 28.35 Litres of air we would have enough energy to heat 3430 Tons of water from 0 Deg C to 100 Deg C. and as a by product you get new elements, for instance using an Aluminium Cathode then you get pure iron.

If you were to consider that air is free then that sounds like a great deal to me  ;D

The electret is just the source of the electric field. While it is static the changing capacitance convert the motion + static charge into a source of electricity. This is induction by motion within an electric field.

Some small-scale energy harvester devices use the electret or a piezo element.

The bi-metal part oscillates between cold and hot areas and can be quite energetic.

Nitinol would be handy with this concept. Use a Nitinol heat engine to drive the changing capacitance to produce electricity.

Not sure how any of this could produce much power.

The snap acting piezo converter in the paper only produces about a 5 uW sharp pulse.

Better would be an acoustic Sterling driving piezo stack or electrodynamic transducer for continuous sine wave output.

Arie always says which ones have been built and working in the patents, all the fusion ones have, and the free energy ones have also.
Only 1 has been independently verified, there is no one else to ask apart from Phelan and the other member of the group Wheelan I think it was.

Just before Arie died he was working with a funder, they were trying to push Arie's fusion stuff commercially, When he died they continued trying to push it, and as far as i am aware they still are, not surprisingly they have to date got no where  O0

NL1031962   Energy generating process for producing electricity, comprises electron discharge in flow of nitrogen or air in order to cause nuclear transmutation of nitrogen into carbon monoxide
Arie de Geus
Abstract -- A flow of nitrogen or air, or a plasma thereof, through a reactor (1) is exposed to an electron discharge, resulting in the nuclear transmutation of gaseous nitrogen into carbon monoxide, followed by oxidation of the carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. A method for generating energy comprises passing a continuous flow of nitrogen or air, or a plasma thereof, through an optionally enclosed reactor in which electron discharge takes place, resulting in the nuclear transmutation of gaseous nitrogen into carbon monoxide, followed by oxidation of the carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the process apparatus, comprising a reactor with a pressure reducing means (6) and an inlet (7) for providing an intermittent supply of nitrogen or air; at least one cathode and at least one anode on the inner side of the reactor space ends; a means connected to the cathode (4) and anode (5), used for generating high voltage pulses with a predetermined waveform and frequency between the cathode and anode; a casing around the reactor, through which air flows in order to be heated by the process heat from the reactor; and optional conduits for recirculating the heat-laden air back to the casing.

Resonant Transmutation of Nitrogen in Lung Tissue
http://www.human-resonance.org/lungs.html

Someone needs to test the black compound that forms in a car bulb when it blows, the car bulb either uses 98%Nitrogen & 2% Argon or 100% Nitrogen and with a Tungsten Filament as a Catalyst, when filament blows a DC current forms a magnetic Bias Field and a hot plasma transmuting the Nitrogen to Carbon, we need to prove this, it is also noted that when a car bulb that has a halogen like Xenon gas instead of Nitrogen then the black does not form ;)

Peter

Some years ago now, I and another who goes by the name of Tutanka (Alex) from Florence in Italy, we built a reactor for doing just that. The idea was to be able to break down gas such as CO2 into burnable CO.

Transmutation I do not know, radiation burns, yes I had a bad one on my arm which I put down to RF and no other. Well I had no means of testing other, and the fact we were using high frequency at 70Kv I would have thought of nothing more, maybe that was wrong :-\

Did it work? well the result was, using straight air, a plasma, using expelled air from breathing (higher CO2 content) the plasma was at least twice as bright. So it was assumed that the CO2 was converted to CO and that CO burned up in the plasma (slight pink tinge to the plasma, not stark white).

We try these things but without the correct lab equipment, we do a lot of guessing ???

A very hard vacuum was needed and X rays are a big problem if no protection is used.

Now here in the attached you can see you can do this without direct electric power, but if you combine various principles and combine them into an injector plug, what do you have?

Chet posted this earlier but then deleted it, I think it is possibly significant and so I will repost.

http://www.accelinstruments.com/Applications/WaveformAmp/Magnetic-Field-Generator.html

It claims to double the current in the resonant inductor and therefore doubling the associated magnetic field.

Now when I first had seen the circuit I thought I had seen it before.

Turns out Arie DeGues had a cryptic patent which at a previous attempt seems to be mostly garbage until you realize the only part of the patent that is meant to be of use is the circuit Fig3. the dashed area, I attach the circuit below.

http://www.overunityresearch.com/index.php?action=dlattach;topic=2469.0;attach=14476

Interestingly it matches the circuit pretty much in the above link but has added a centre ground and a series trimming capacitor.

I just simulated the circuit and it appears to run efficently at resonance but with twice the current in the inductor and hence twice the magnetic field strength.
I am not an expert at simulating things but wanted to raise awareness of this circuit.

Hi MasterBlaster,

All you need to do to have the English text for that patent is to change the suffix  /nl  to  /en at the end of your url, like this:

  https://patents.google.com/patent/NL1029488C1/en (https://patents.google.com/patent/NL1029488C1/en)

Obviously Google does not give human translation quality but close.

PS You can have other foreign patent texts translated into English by this method, it is a built-in feature.

Sorry for off topic, but I wonder if Jes Ascanius could be someone used to be close to Arie deGeus work, where correct type of capacitors and diodes should be used for a decent gain of power ?

Also, his fantastic inverter with almost no loss must be great for a signal generator for those who wants to play with Schumann resonance.

The reason behind such a small capacity is the system described is pumping something that i being replenished fast, the higher frequency the higher rate rate of pumping is ... and you don't want to use more energy than necessary to move more fluid at a time to keep the system at high efficiency.

So, small capacity is really good for this purpose. Have a look if you want at his inverter were he explain how to obtain between 1 and 0.25% loss in a simple inverter. Most of his inventions including 95% resistance reduced in copper wires (nearly a superconductor) are based on high efficiency and extremely low losses.

So somewhat "below 10pF" would be a more realistic value.

Regards Itsu

Oh crap ! After I've finished the text i realised that instead of answer i edited your text so itwas easier to use bold text than re write everything. I apologise for inconvenience.
Title: Re: Public Release & Translation of Dutch Patents by Arie De Geus
Post by: Classic on 2023.09.23, 23:56:13
Opps, it seems that my explanation won't stand, such a little capacity is used for the simple reason it won't affect significant overall impedance of system when we corroborate with later observation that the 2 capacitors needs to be less than 10 pico Farad and another clue that the impedance in coil is not necessary very small as plenty wire need to be used, suggesting that we need to aim for lowest possible impedance in respect with capacitance and frequency, while voltage might not need to be increased from power source.
Also i can share my observation that similar disclosure i found in different places by different people which have described the same phenomena and some smart users where fast to launch stupid remarks about shorting transformer ... and here Arie deGeus use open circuit instead, but, both methods only stimulate and use standing waves as they are known by many. Basically is time-space relationship to be used and I can guess next invention/patent will show similar effect with just magnetic field instead of electric field as they are indivisible and both work with/under gravitational field in the same aether in spite of mainstream science which deny its existence (as The Inquisition did).

The explanation of use is to obtain 180 degree shift and respective 135 degree when one of them is half capacitance of the first but no more than 10 pico in total, where 135 degree will double the frequency.

We can observe the use of 2 cap in series in his patent for an inverter with 1-025% loss where the explanation is that system works with at least 99% efficiency is just because of use of caps in series. And that inverter it truly amaze me as consist of just 3 components and yet we can't find anything similar on the market.

So, "small" things increase efficiency or just overcome losses in system, while the "non" existent aether brings extra energy which is collected and delivered on the other end of the wires.

If we lean to mainstream science that deny existence of aether or however you want to call it, it means this invention do not produce any benefit and whatever we can benefit from use is non existent either despite working device accompanied the patent, which has played a decisive role for granting patent under undeniable evidence before anyone's eyes, also scientific explanation, operation method and calculus to prove were delivered and they are part of the patent.

Nice one, how is the translation coming? Would be interesting to read in full.

The large coil appears to be shorted or a continuous loop.

Only a small segment is picked off to the rectifiers.

Is the conductor copper (item1)?
Are items 2 the permanent magnets?
And what is item 10?
Why the SG has 3 connections? is it a balanced output or sync pulse input?

I am very interested in this patent.

Item no 10 is made of electrets please see patent NL1032043

It claims to double the current in the resonant inductor and therefore doubling the associated magnetic field.

Now when I first had seen the circuit I thought I had seen it before.

Thanks for sharing this Peter, it was really quite interesting. I've found some seemingly unrelated threads and have tied them together.

I started reading about regenerative and super-regenerative radio receivers a while back and they sounded rather magical. Here's a good article from 'Cathode Ray', Wireless World (June, 1946) that goes into a good level of detail to explain the basics: http://www.r-type.org/articles/art-285.htm

This image stood out:

QuoteIf oscillation is started from, say, 10 μVolts at A and allowed to grow at compound interest, say, 5%, until B, each cycle will be 1.05 times greater than the one before it. Suppose there are 150 cycles. Then the amplitude of the final one will be 10 × 1.05149, which is 10 × 1440. If the starting level had been, say, twice as great, the output would have been double, too. Output is exactly proportional to input.

You can see that there is exponential growth when the positive feedback is greater than 1, i.e. R>1.

This is what ChatGPT had to say:

QuoteA Regenerative receiver uses deliberate positive feedback, also known as "regeneration", to increase the gain of the RF amplifier. A useful side-effect is to sharpen the tuning. This regeneration is adjustable; the art of tuning a regenerative receiver for a weak station is to get the positive feedback as high as possible without allowing oscillation to start.

QuoteOn the other hand, a Super-regenerative receiver allows the oscillation to start, but "quenches" it at a frequency above the desired channel bandwidth (above the 5kHz or so audio bandwidth of an AM radio). Received RF energy helps the oscillation to start earlier, and build up faster to a high amplitude before the quenching happens, so the effect is to give a super-regenerative receiver enormously high gain and sensitivity. However, it cannot distinguish between tiny signals on the tuned frequency or larger ones slightly off station, so this sensitivity comes at some cost in interference rejection.

QuoteThe super-regenerative receiver is based on the simpler regenerative radio. It uses a second lower frequency oscillation within the regeneration loop that interrupts or quenches the main RF oscillation. The super-regenerative detector is no longer linear in its behaviour.

My idea is to build a form of super-regenerative receiver without quenching and instead of receiving radio waves, my device would simply be a tuned parallel tank circuit that is hooked up to an inverting power supply.

The coil would be simply a single turn of tin plated copper pipe, with many Sendust cores (good for high frequency) threaded onto it. The coil pipe would pass through each of the cores, and the cores would have a secondary coil wound on in order to extract energy from the system. Several sources have mentioned that having secondaries on the inductor doesn't affect resonance.

Since there is only a single turn on the primary coil, there is no inter-turn or inter-winding capacitance to deal with. There might be some capacitance between primary and secondary coils, but I guess that can be dealt with by inserting a grounded screen (aluminium foil?) inbetween.

Here's a rough circuit of what I want to implement: https://tinyurl.com/ypavyl8r. It doesn't have any form of positive feedback in it yet, and operates entirely on resonance.

This circuit is different to the one described by the ACCEL instruments page, which has both capacitors of equal capacitance. In my circuit the first series capacitor is of low capacitance (10% of total capacitance), and the parallel capacitor is higher capacitance (90% of total capacitance). This seems to amplify both voltage and current. If the inductance is larger than capacitance then this results in more amperage, whereas if capacitance is greater than inductance then this results in more voltage. This appears to be the inverse of the normal mode of operation, where capacitors 'convert' voltage to current and inductors 'convert' current to voltage.

High level summary of the main features of this design:

1. Efficient use of source battery - capacitor is charged from battery, and then capacitor is discharged through the load. Electrons can't complete the circuit from anode to cathode due to the non-conductive gap (dielectric) in the capacitor. I expect this to improve efficiency.
2. High switching frequency - more power per unit time.
3. Use of current amplifying circuit described here: https://accelinstruments.com/Applications/WaveformAmp/Magnetic-Field-Generator.html

If you look at this circuit (from the super-regen article linked above):

...take the antenna and resonant tank on the left hand side and rotate CCW 90 deg, you get:

which looks awfully similar to:

As you pointed out, Arie De Geus also had similar arrangements in his circuits.

Best regards,

Lee
