Title: FE inventors being scammed

Why was S.Mark convicted of fraud? He took the money and never fulfilled his promises.
I know his story and what he said and wrote.
As far as I know, unfortunately, he is no longer alive.

Fraud indeed, but most likely not for the reasons you imagine.
You see, I know many real FE inventors who were scammed in the same way as SM probably was. The scam goes like this...

1)Supposed business person arrives claiming to know countless investors and everyone is going to get stinking rich.

2)Business person uses seed money to con inventor into signing NDA and rigged business agreements. The classic con to give a small amount of money to gain control with the expectation of disclosure and a massive return later on. The old "you owe me" con, give a little and then call fraud if the inventor does not comply with more demands ie. gaslighting.

3)Business person claims to have investors ready but never allows a meeting, history or disclosure of affiliations. They claim all the inventor has to do is demonstrate the technology and disclose how it works. If the inventor does not make full disclosure they are threatened with law suits and continually harassed/gaslighted.

4)Of course if the inventor was stupid enough to disclose anything before any real money/funds changed accounts then the imaginary investors disappear as well as the fake company and the dim wits conning the inventor. So I find it very naive when you claimed "He took the money and never fulfilled his promises". In my opinion there's a 99% chance SM was being conned just like most other FE inventors.

In fact I have read about and heard from countless inventors who were fooled by this kind of scam and it reminds me of the Oceans 11 movies. Of course, you don't know anything and were never in the loop like some people here were. Please tell me your not naive enough to believe any business person is just going to just give an inventor millions of dollars when they could steal it for pocket change.

Convicted of fraud ?? Please supply specifics as this seems to be another "attack the inventor/researcher"
Brian Collins had some people taking civil actions.
When somebody says or repeats convicted then its on record ..please quote or define yourself as a &*^&*^wit
@ac
Exactly !

Things this priceless completely overwhelms our capitalist business regime  which can serve us well in many other circumstances .

It wont be very long before we all have access to the learning required to un- bag the many cats on both sides of the bag .

Steap is the foundation and the very best information available .

An uncharged capacitor draws infinite current for a short time
Every conductor is a capacitor .
A capacitor can have many Plates
Any inductor is also capacitor in relation to any other conductors in its vicinity.
Obvious to some but most designs we make isolate these as separate entities.

I hope that this is helpful.
Feel free to correct me or clarify.

I do not agree that S.Mark is wronged here.
There is no point in debating whether he was a fraud or an honest person. Unfortunately, there is no evidence to confirm that his devices were real except for his colleague Jack Durban who did not know how the device worked. He worked with Mark for several years. The only thing he said was that he thought the device was real. So what.
Let me give you an example. 200 years ago and 2000 years ago there were reports of UFOs, but then there were no cameras to record them. Now there are billions of cameras but no one has photographed a UFO to say that it is a real UFO photo and not an F/X or weather anomaly.
They are all the same. Everyone here wants FE. Even on YT there are millions of views for FE videos and stupid comments on how to do it. I think we know that these are just entertainment channels, just like UFO!
but thousands of people believe it. Why ? because they have no knowledge other than their desire, what I want and how much it costs. People have become simple consumers. Therefore, they are easy to manipulate. You will see Deepfake! AI! Currently, you are no longer able to recognize whether the narrator in the film is real! The same with the image and in real time.
We want to believe that someone who cheated others had a real device and they just cheated him. Please don't be naive. To this day, no one has shown anything because there is none! Now if something happens in one place, the whole world knows. This is the internet. People cheat others to get their channel popular!!!!! it's terrible what's happening.

FE is an increasingly popular thread. Prices will be higher and higher for ebergia and there will be more and more wonderful devices that will only be scams! You'll see how much of it will be created. It's already happening.

I believed in the S.Mark device and analyzed it just like others. I did a lot of tests based on the descriptions he said in the letters, but it didn't help me. From what I see, no one else got anything either. What is the conclusion ?

Do you still think that S.Mark had a real FE device?
Then I'll tell you what he said himself.
... My device works on the principle of a wave receiver. If there is a radio station nearby, my device detects these waves and amplifies them.

I don't know how he did it correctly, but it is a simple power transfer. You could say he "stole electricity".

Rubbish that is NOT what he said and this is an example of the lack of attention to detail replaced with the Chinese whispers version .

There is no hope for some ,made even worse for others .
Perhaps silence is better than misrepresentation of what was described.
Although the information was not complete ,making up stuff serves what purpose?

@ Maxmalone, or is it Max Balone, sorry could not resist that.

Well I have worked on solving th SM TPU since 2013, 2021 in November to be pecise I found out how it works, and few wanted to LEARN how it works, but loads who wanted everything put on a plate, wel not with me Jose.

Those that know me know that I spend money on investigations and not gain anything. That being said, nothing is for free, you have to learn, and that for sure is time and more than likely money.

I have had 10 people on one side learning bit by bit how this works, and now two have the information though I still don't think they really know how it works but soon they will.

STEAP or the SM TPU is so simple, as Marks said, it is the inter-reaction of two frequencies causing a moving positive alternating wave. ANY moving magnetic wave induces CURRENT (not positive and negative as in AC). The wave is moving extreamly fast, a bit like an accelerator of electrons. The induction creates an equal and opposite current in a non ferro magnetic metal (side effect is heat, cause of effect like an induction heater ). The current is there and not used until a resistaance is place on the output, a dead short and you will have infinite CURRENT.

End of this here.

Mike

It doesn't bother me because I don't know what you're talking about.
Can I tell you a joke in my language  :D ? Are you sure you will understand?

I have the same data as you. You refer to my words and say that I don't care about words. It's funny . You know why. Because we are repeating what someone wrote. I don't have anything to confirm it 100%, but neither do you.
We kick ourselves in the ass thinking we know something. This is the situation.

Nobody repeated anything that SM said.

The movement of a wave is modulation. Show me the effect associated with this? Preferably in nature. Don't just say that a wave on the ocean does this, because it doesn't. It is not FE because there are various other dependencies such as wind, gravity, water tides, etc.
Even if someone knows how to do it, they won't share it with us.

You know why I'm writing this. Because I also wasted several years on promises, thinking that these people had really discovered something, and I still hope so because I'm here.

Here is the wave, 800v the top pulse and 600v the bottom pulses. 200v differencial which is alternating positive only and creating a moving magnetic wave.

Absolutely  agree.  Yes everything around us is based on energy transfer and/or conversion from one form to another and nothing else.
Energy stolen form nature(Energy for free) or stolen from someone else..- punishable by law

Inventor/ experimenter:  typically wants monetary compensation for his work and/or some fame,
Patent issued by Patent office doesn't care  about any  form of  Open Source Forum criticism.
These who can't patent  the idea/ invention:
An improvement to someone's existing patent can't be used  without that  primary patent holder  authorization.
The intention of party interested in  work of the experimenter is often not(or not fully) transparent.
Open Source and YouTube are common ways to spread information around activating all sorts of  questionable "ambassadors"
Allowing  them  to come too close  creates  most if not  all of the  problems. Tariel did that mistake too.
That initially Friendly and Supportive - may turn  into  aggressive  if not given what "he" was  expecting to get.

No single device I know about  was ever mass replicated in area presented by S Mark, Kapanadze, Akula, SR, etc.

Question:
Let's say any of you is  the  Open Source activist who today replicated  someone else's patent:
What  will you do  with it  next?
Using it even for yourself is a theft isn't it?
So who will you become then?

Ah the old "theft" gambit which is weak at best.

All technology and patents rely on prior art from other people so the notion of theft is kind of absurd. So anyone who claims they came up with a new idea and nothing influenced them (prior art) is probably a liar and a hypocrite. All ideas are due to some external influence.

"What will you do with it next?", I would simply improve on the patent just like they did with other peoples patents tit for tat. Even better, use there prior art to show a different conclusion or novel use just like they did. I have yet to see any patent which I could not find multiple sources of prior art on so it's really easy to do.

From experience I found it's always the shills and authoritarian types who accuse FE inventors of stealing electricity. A form of gaslighting to cast doubt on the inventors and frame them as criminals. A form of brainwashing to plant the idea that everything is owned by there supreme leaders even the air they breath. It's kind of sick in my opinion because it reduces people to a subhuman level as if they were cattle. I think they have mental problems.

Theft . Punishable by by law  is: taking and using  property from others without their consent.-that includes an attempt to theft .
Use of  improvement to a patent  needs its owner consent.

Patents only have a half life something like 25 years and there is nothing to stop you fabricating a device your self as for ZP or FE it's the Yanky Gov mafia who are the bad boys here as no inventor has ever got any thing past the patent office.

The life of a patent is no longer than 20 years but  during that time  the patented property is protected from thieves and swindlers.

Its always fascinating when theft is defined in different ways depending on the context .

For example"Theft" has for most part been taking something from somebody with out their consent and depriving them of their possession.

The lines become blurred with things like computer software which is why the big players like rental payware agreements .

Making false representations for reward of the acquired item is where we all know the guy is a scumbag ...but they may be within the law in the country they claim to be of .

Hello Wesley. Long time no talk. From what I understand, there is nothing stopping someone from replicating some device from a patent for personal use.
My understanding is patents offer legal protection against others using the invention outlined in any given active patent for commercial use/gain.
As long as the replicator is not distributing those patented devices to others, I don't think there is any legal issue, at least from what I understand.
If someone just replicates a device in a patent and say posts videos explaining how others can also replicate a device in a patent, I don't think there is
any legal issue there, as well. No?

There is the other practice where a patent application is made that is just an idea and patent owner has no device  in production or in development, to catch a developer and then does your trick idea of suing the developer. Don't tell me that doesn't go on as some guy from the pentagon was boasting they have a patent on every idea you can think off...

Hello Wesley. Long time no talk. From what I understand, there is nothing stopping someone from replicating some device from a patent for personal use.
Thank you my friend void for your comment:
It does not matter whether you share the object or attempt to make money from it—simply making or using it is enough to qualify as infringement .It is also called theft.
Personal use of  someone's  property without consent  is punishable by law.
An exemption to that rule  appears to be  Germany :
QuoteDutch law and it specifically bans commercial use. Personal use appears to be exempt.
Edit: this is the same in German patent law (Patentgesetz §11) explicitly which states that a patent does not cover private, non-commercial use.
I advice to  consult it with  a lawyer.
but so far this is the only country I found to allow it in entire Western  world. I assume it applies  to patents filed in Germany only.
Quote from: void on 2024.01.20, 18:27:21
//videos explaining how others can also replicate a device in a patent, I don't think there is
any legal issue there, as well. No?
I'm not a lawyer, but according to my search results, it is not illegal to publish videos explaining how others can replicate a device in a patent
However,  the patent holder has the right to sue for infringement if they believe that the replication of their device violates their patent rights
Russia- RF (Russian Federation):
Russian businesses can use intellectual property, such as patented inventions or fashion designs, without having to pay or seek the consent of the rights holders.
Affected companies cannot enforce their patents and designs against Russian imitators.
based on  recent changes mentioned in here: https://theconversation.com/how-russia-is-using-intellectual-property-as-a-war-tactic-179260#:~:text=This%20means%20that%20Russian%20businesses%20can%20use%20intellectual,enforce%20their%20patents%20and%20designs%20against%20Russian%20imitators.
However the same replicator  at exactly the same time, may be seen as criminal (thieve/swindler.) wanted by Interpol, and arrested if in territory outside of RF. That also applies to accessory to a crime, - workers, advertisers etc.

Not surprised in Russa with puta Putin, look it up it is Spanish, my second language, also speak French and Catalan, Russian is the last I wish to speak.

Listening to all this about patents!! I have had patents, now expired, and I have patent applications, 2 were just to create the prior art, one which sunk that hydrogen scam that was based in florida in an office near NASA and exposed a frsud by two millionairs. Don't talk to me about patents, I have been around a lot longer than you.

My first patent cost me 23,000 pounds sterling in 1989, I really do not know how much it is niw, and couldn't care less.

My last post on this thread.

Thank you Mike for your  comment. It is quite  helpful to an Open Source contributor / Forum  to know
how to present /act and not find  themselves  in trouble.
According to my search - My understanding is (example) :
If an entire device  has 10009 screws and just one  of these screws is entirely protected by a patent then the entire device  violates  patents law with all of the consequences of it.
If an entire device  has 10009  elements and none of the elements is entirely protected by patent  and/or is  only partially protected then the entire device  might  not be  violating  patents law.
QuoteIf the essential elements of the patented invention are present in the thing in issue, then that thing is infringing. In general, a defendant's intention is not relevant in establishing an infringement: the fact of infringement is sufficient. An exception arises in cases of infringement by possession.

Devices, machines and processes can be protected by patent law.
Here it is important to understand that  physical processes/phenomena ( products of nature.) can not be patented.
So my explanation about physical processes  e.g.: of energy transfer and/or extracting energy from the Schumann waveguide  including Energy that happened to be for Free is OK  with  patent law and existing patents.
Making a presentation without  sufficient explanation e.g. "Kapanadze style" gives more chances to the  experimenter to not conflict with the patent law unless the Patent holder agrees to it.
That applies to my possible future presentation too.( likely this summer) All depends.. Getting Even with some sort of "ambassador" is the driving point.
With all due respect to the guy, etc...."give a man a mask and he'll show his true face" But making him to feel like a  total loser is not my priority nor my intention.
QuoteThere are no specific provisions in  patent law that prohibit scientific investigation of a patented invention.( depends on the country)

I watched your video  there is nothing OT about it you just show a bulb switching on and off and your play acting waving your arms about.

I've seen more on some UT clips, and when I was at school with just coils and caps in a ladder network lighting a small bulb in science lesson about 50 years ago

Regarding restricted information and your questionable comments on secrets and patents a good many EB circuit diagrams show wave forms thus making Western restrictions a mockery and over on OU some one like your self with reference to 'patents' and deaths on the like some one like your self was recommending   guys build stuff and get it working and sell it through the under ground grape vine.

QuoteThere are no specific provisions in patent law that prohibit scientific investigation of a patented invention.

Correct, we can make and/or use anything we want and our intent matters in the eyes of the law. As such building, using and testing any patent or device to learn and improve upon it obviously does not qualify as infringement or theft as you incorrectly implied.

In fact, making and using existing patents as a benchmark for testing new ideas is an integral part of the scientific method. It's absurd to suggest making or using an existing patent or idea to understand it is illegal because this is exactly what the patentee did prior to patenting. They used existing patents and ideas (prior art) to produce a new patent or idea.

Logically, anyone who claims anything was all there idea is a liar.

It implies there experiences, education and others had no influence which is patently untrue. Logically, if there was no prior influence of any kind then they wouldn't know anything and couldn't have developed an idea in the first place. As Einstein said, "The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources". So it is kind of funny when someone gets up on there soapbox and claims "it was all my idea or doing" because we know that logically they must be lying.

Everyone has rights to protect value and that is what patent law is for.
No one wants to get in trouble and  put on risk his previous life achievement,
( these who are homeless, or in low income in rental apartment are not good for the lawyers)
Open Source is often seen by lawyers as a place for opportunists whose activity is oriented on gain.
Cat must eat meat to survive,
Lawyers must have a case to survive and the problems of people all around are their food.
Plaintiffs may look at Open Source as a group of potential thieves and  lawyers wants to survive or  gain on it.

Activity  that is based on teaching and learning allows me to get deep into the science behind a patent, opening
doors to creativity  for  many of the  Open Source activists  not fortunate enough  to have space , lab,  resources and/or sufficient education  in given field

despite  all of the temptation, potentially  driving some of them to theft.

Cost of science based activity and donations:
All cost of it  is covered by me and results  were likely/ but not fully donated  to  Open Source.
I was also donating  scientific  measurement equipment  that may be  needed  by  Open Source  experimenters in  large number of it.
Last Year I was in need   to free space and  known  Open Source activism ambassador,  who is still a good guy
was not able to pickup the last part ( value over 30k) that was addressed to  Open Source experimenters not chosen by me at all.
I gave it away to... all around.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Results  of my science based investigation :
The results of my activity  belong to me as my intellectual property. The same as the results of Tariel Kapanadze whom I met  personally in 2011.
I may share it  or not and in form chosen by me.

Lesson learned:
1. I tried to convince Tariel Kapanadze to give it  away and make some money on fame till his rejected patent application  will be  turned to a patent by
patent law explaining proof by means of independent replication. After that  he would be able to hunt unauthorized  replicators with lawyers for free.

By Patent Law his family  has still priority to patent rights  , if his device is replicated as his concept is protected
from patenting by others  forever.
if proven to match  claims in the application, ( unlikely  it will happen), although  there is still one guy I could approach
who knows everything about it making him and Tariel son  beneficiary  of Tariel Kapanadze work.- Big Time

Guys like me driven purely by emotions can be very much  unpredictable dear  Open source ambassador,

2. The Open Source activist, although a really very nice guy in a manner that is unpleasantly rough, exposed to me all the truth of it.
I do  thank him for showing me all of the dirt behind human nature  I was not aware of .
So I may perform a presentation to get even with him, shake  hands and likely say goodbye possibly for good.
It is like saying: you tried,- too uneducated to even understand, you were  so close , and you blew it..

Last thing:

QuoteI tried to convince Tariel Kapanadze to give it away and make some money on fame till his rejected patent application will be turned to a patent by patent law explaining proof by means of independent replication. After that he would be able to hunt unauthorized replicators with lawyers for free.

I thought you said , Quote: "There are no specific provisions in patent law that prohibit scientific investigation of a patented invention". Now your trying to intimidate and harass people by talking about hunting replicators and/or researchers with lawyers.

I I hate to argue with you greed idealists but there appears to be something called 'the
Akashic record where some inventers appear to be able to access. You might think this is just pie in the sky but it's fact and other intelligent species existed on the planet before us this is the forth know attempt proved by man made changes stored in the mineral layers in the ground.

The point I'm getting at, is we are now at peek oil and burning the stuff is altering the upper atmosphere chemically and producing horrific weather conditions and incase you hadn't noticed our global forests are burning due to heating of the tropical waters and rising sea levels which will only get worse and then you have governments subsidizing global warming by throwing money into the energy production subsidy's to the problem which will only make things worse.

Flooding and rising sea levels (currently two feet per year), typhoons, hurricanes, de forestation ect,
And your arguing about greed over who owns the rights to free energy extracted from the environment...Lets get this straight ...no one owns the rights to it!..

I favour change not human extinction because that's where it's going!

PS you can't eat money!

This debate is sterile: there are no inventors of free energy.
If there were, we wouldn't be looking for FE, and the world wouldn't be lamenting about fossil fuels.

What a surprise! The same unfounded assertions about "FE inventors" of whom no one has ever been able to use their so-called free energy, lead to the same responses.
A real non-imaginary FE inventor is one who has a real non-imaginary invention. So none.

The problem with Akula and many others like Kapanadze is that no skeptical professional, like other engineers, can reproduce their devices to the point of reaching consensus that they are real.
Normally, in engineering, a detailed plan is enough, nothing else is needed. This is how science and technology advance.
If these people cannot produce reproducible engineering drawings, then they are not competent. If they are competent, then they don't want to provide them, but then why did they make lots of announcements and demos?
The answer to this question explains my position on them.

This is exactly  the  entire truth  about Energy For Free devices and their inventors. Thank you  F6FLT.
Kapanadze   didn't want to give it away and his device 100% used energy transfer from  point A to point B.
I was there I spoke to him  and he said  a lot,  when  he was  drunk.
Although he was always drunk  so we are talking about him being  more drunk than usual. And that happened  every day for  few hours.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The answer to the question  about origin of that energy  he said:
-Energy is all around us I'm taking it at any point if I have good ground.
-Wesley: What is the role of the ground?
-Tariel:The best is if I buried  car radiator made from copper adding few buckets of water with 2kg of salt on the top of it..
It could be  also be buried water pipe too with water in it .. is better. Around 2m deep but not  so deep.
-Mamuka  added :Yes..
-Timur started to show his AK47.. look  here...
-Kapanadze: underground water table in Island was high but we  placed   the device right next to the coast. so grounding was easy.
-Me: What happened to the light ( in the restaurant on the coast)
-Tariel: he was there ask him..
-Helper: Yes it was  scary.. I thought   it will burn..  The power grid was weak when we pull power from it.

-Me: Tariel  you said  you taking it at any point if you have good ground ,what it (energy) comes from?
-Tariel: I know and don't know . If I send it I know,....
if I don't send it ..I don't know ... it is more difficult but I'll get it, ...but tuning is more difficult.
-Helper  started to fill empty glasses with new bottle of vodka.
-Wesley I go to America with Shota..  you'll need to find investors  we  start air conditioners.. the hydroelectric device..
-Me: you have no patent, but if you listen to me ...give it away .. let them  make  copies.. that will prove that your device works..
I will  help you to reinstate   rejected patent application as you have rights to the patent by  grandfathering law..
-Tariel:  I know all of you..  they like Shevardnadze .. Saakashvili disconnected half of the town, when he was with his engineers  checking it..
-Shota go and bring another vodka.. (Shota and Helper left.. )
-Tariel:   Wesley  my brother, I want money...
-Me: I told you give it away, let them replicate it, Patent Office will have prove that your device works
and your rejected  paten application  gives you rights to priority and ownership.
After you get the patent  you can hunt  all of them  with lawyers  proposing licensing fee  if they agree.
-Tariel: Where is vodka... Wesley..... Turk  has on paper 50% he  is going to  get  my 50 %...
-Me: but he filed  application for you.. so he will  represent  you....
-Tariel: I do not trust him.. I trust  you ..  lets make air conditioners   ....

__________________________________
This is part of  one from many conversations
( my original recordings with  plenty of  these discussions are still  in my library   most of it  with video.)

Summary:
Tariel  had two ways to get energy  into his device acting as the receiver.
1.He could send  physically energy from point A  to point B ( that is what ground was for)
2 He could  receive energy  by applying different tuning  but he had no idea what this energy comes from... ( that is also what ground was for)
So  question would be if energy can be   extracted from  nature why Tariel was using  method allowing sending energy from point A to point B?
The answer to it is:
The point where energy from Schumann waveguide that lands in the waveguide called Interface is always our point A.
At the same timer frame there are plenty of points A around the earth/air interface  waveguide constantly delivering energy to the waveguide( probability factor is involved there) Once   energy is in the Interface in form of  electromagnetic wave, it can travel to any point B where we have our receiver connected.
So in method #2    we have man made  transmitter( Tx) and man made receiver( Rx)  that also sends energy from  point A( Tx) to point B ( Rx)
But now, there is only one point A and one point B, we know the frequency and probability factor doesn't apply  in this case.
Tariel during presentation was obligated to  have 100%  visible results to the public. and not fluctuating, unstable yet natural energy from Schumann waveguide.

In another discussion he said that   his device could work without  ground powering the car
but I understood that this coil arrangement must be big and  in vertical position.
And  it doesn't work on every ground...meaning It works when  car is on the "road" having no pavement  like black soil field..

I never went with this information  out before. There is much more for me to say.
I'm very disappointed with Chet deleting my comments and blocking my writing here.
I do not know why  he is doing that  and what his motivation comes from.

With respect to  all of you
Wesley

Complaining about having your messages destroyed is not a personal attack on the person doing it, but on their practices. That's very different and quite legitimate.
Even if you don't agree with what Wesley presents, as I did on ou.com about Zenneck waves, he presents more material related to science and technology, and therefore to energy, which is what we're looking for, than many others. Some of them even lead us into delirious and irrelevant theories about Egyptian pyamids, aliens or various conspiracy theories, about which there is of course no consensus from scientists or historians. And I see a partial complacency towards them.

If there are messages to be deleted, it's their side that should be cracked down on, especially as those who complain about messages that have no basis are always the first to produce them, it's "do as I say, not as I do".
I think moderation can be useful, but moderation is a requirement on form (against insults, obvious off-topic behavior, flooding...), not on content and the ideas expressed. Moderation is not censorship. Censorship is an unacceptable method, based on subjectivity or personal interests, since it is motivated solely by content that displeases those in power.

The risk of going from moderation to censorship is great. So on general subjects, I'm in favor of not deleting anything at all except when the form is incorrect, and on benches, to let the person who originated it decide for himself what to do.

Everyone's role, as I understand it, is to present concrete ideas on energy and its experimentation, and to respond with logical, factual and related statements to the questions put to them on this subject, particularly in terms of proof. And a failure to do so is no more to be blamed on some who criticize real or pseudo-FE inventors than on others who harp on admittedly consensual rhetoric about FE or even UFOs,  but unfounded and without the slightest demonstration other than hearsay.

Best to make the case to administrator..
He wants no such ongoing battles from Overunity.com brought to this forum

Wesley was told this many times !
And his messages were not destroyed but moved to his ( now heavily moderated by him) Zeneck topic!
Unless you wish to engage Wesley.. once again in debate of Zeneck claims ??
This would actually be a good thing IMO.

Peter has no time for this ..and all of these fights distract from actual presentations of claims , and chase off serious
researchers.
Most would prefer nothing be written here except proper presentation of claims ( for scrutiny).
or new ideas towards this goal .

Redundant fights which accomplish no actual result..are a waste of everyone's time .
And absolutely not what our host has in mind for this forum.

yes this perpetual fighting needs to end !
There are other forums persons can visit to continue their passions ( esoteric etc etc)

The ultimate goal here is to not have another forum closed do to endless fighting!

Respectfully
Chet K
PS
For clarity
This viziv Zeneck was already investigated by extremely competent scientist
at Wesley wireless transmission thread at Stefan's
No success of any kind ( after months)

This is last time I write this as all previous similar comments mentioning prior ( open source ) lab replication were removed .( at Wesley request)
Persons involved with that Replication attempt are all still available to speak with!

Question was asked of Wesley " what is different now " ?
All same information was presented then as now .

Hopefully someone will agree to engage Wesley in vetting process..
PM him please and topic will be opened!

Those are conditions , I had spoken with Peter yesterday, and this was best option,
Or just take it to another venue.
EDIT to add
A summary of  Wesley/Stivep Zeneck claims will be sent out to persons skilled in the field to see if they will engage Wesley in scientific scrutiny of claims ( his wishes)
Then a topic will be opened where he can engage such persons .

From Wesley/Stivep perspective this is settled science ( irrefutable claim ) .

It's not uncommon, can you show me the source code to the microsoft or apple operating systems. How about the source code or plans to any devices associated with encryption, aerospace or national defense. It's considered intellectual property which you have no rights to and are designed to keep you ignorant as a matter of security.

QuoteIf these people cannot produce reproducible engineering drawings, then they are not competent. If they are competent, then they don't want to provide them, but then why did they make lots of announcements and demos?
The answer to this question explains my position on them.

Microsoft and apple have very competent software engineers, why don't they give you all there proprietary source code?. It's because your nobody and you don't need to know that's why. What you fail to understand is called intellectual property and no competent business-person ever discloses any information the competition could use against them.

Quotebut then why did they make lots of announcements and demos?

All business startups follow a similar pattern. First there is limited disclosure (announcements/demos) to make the product known so they can find investors. Once they have investment capital ie. money then they can start to gear up for production. The goal is then to increase production often taking the company public ie. public stocks to secure even more investment. However at no point do they have any obligation to fully disclose anything they don't want to. The goal is to maximize profits not give away trade secrets which could bankrupt the company. Here's a clue, almost every corporate mandate stipulates that no party shall take any action which harms the company or reduces profits ie. business 101.

You don't seem to understand the basics of how real business actually works...

This is why it's important that all FE inventors or researchers understand how the business world works if they choose that direction.

Here is an interesting video from Robert Murray, https://hackaday.com/2022/04/20/copper-rectifying-ac-a-century-ago/
It's a good example of how many people have forgotten the basics of how things work. In fact, many FE inventors spoke of metal oxide rectification integrating the process into there devices. For example, why iron wire?, was it in contact with oxidized copper?, it could be a rectifier.

Many inventors working with laminate Earth batteries also spoke of oxide layers between laminates of four or more different kinds of metals ie. lead, zinc, copper, aluminum, silver. In the patents they often called it "conditioning" but in the literature some explained it as heat treating or oxidizing. It could even constitute a form of multi-metal semi-conductor/transistor in the right context ie. active rectification. Thus many claims made in the early 1900's regarding multi-layer or laminate metal devices could now have a reasonable scientific explanation. It only took 100 years to figure it out however better late than never.

This is why critical observations and first principals are so important. These brilliant FE inventors didn't just randomly do things for no apparent reason. Look for working elements which stand out, are different that what we would expect, then work the problem backwards down to the most basic level.

Google does not say that it has a super efficient search engine while no one would have experienced it.
Google gave it to us, everyone knows it and uses it, and it works. We don't need its code to see that it works.
When Akula or Kapanadze do the same with what are now only their electronic gadgets for the naive, we won't need to ask them for their detailed plans.

Do you know what I always found curious?. Many well known inventors like Alfred Hubbard sold there supposedly working devices to corporations for very large sums of money. They sold the technology and the buyer never claimed it didn't work nor did they file a law suit claiming fraud, why do you suppose that is?. I mean if I was misled or cheated the first thing I would do is call the police, my lawyer and maybe a reporter but that never happened. The corporations who bought these FE technologies for huge sums of money said nothing and took no action of any kind against the inventor.

Of course, as an inventor I'm very grateful I need no certification nor a certifying body. All I need is working technology and investors who can make me stinking rich. You see in business real people who can do real things of value is what matters not opinions. Everyone has an opinion but only the best of the best have working advanced technology sitting on there bench.

Here in my opinion a big red flag ( too big to ignore)
GiantKiller pointed to one gentleman ( Tom Ogle )
A person who chose a path to wealth..as opposed to open source !

https://fuel-efficient-vehicles.org/energy-news/?page_id=787

Within the last year I happened upon this gent running 5 liter V8 in a fairly heavy Ford 4door
He is getting over 45 mph ( now) with good fuel air control and a few intake elbows .. a very basic setup ( by today's standards)
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=1xHQWu2ZzPc
A side note:
In FE folklore we were told Tom Ogles results would no longer be doable since changes were made to the fuel
Recipe ( to prevent or ?)

And now we have the fellow above who was tinkering to prove a point ( his point being the opposite...no value in real world to a tiny lawnmower carb on a 5 liter V8, he was shocked that it worked that well..

This example is an " in your face" insult ! (I think later Dynamometer testing showed 80 ?hp on tiny carb 5  liter ?)

This Ogle was definitely suppressed..
Perhaps it takes a big displacement Ogles was 7.5 liter ? In 4000 pound car at 100 mpg ?

These experiments are already bench tested..
Someone did us dirty ...
For a long time ..

Time for change..

It's best not to be too impatient and good things take time. In fact, most real engineers and scientists spend decades working on a problem. It's one thing to simply follow others but quite another to try to do something new they never thought of or could even imagine.

Case in point, https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technology/decades-old-physics-mystery-feynmans-sprinkler-problem-finally-solved/ar-BB1hPi57
It literally took 140 years to understand and prove how a sprinkler could operate in reverse... a sprinkler. It boggles the mind how something so simple could be so misunderstood and proves we have a lot to learn.

Censorship against doubt and critical thinking, and the flattery of those who claim to have the FE or of their worshippers, is above all what penalizes our research.
What a waste of time and human energy it is to analyze or talk about these wonky or amphigoric set-ups in which no credible experimenter has seen the slightest anomaly.
We've been talking about Kapanadze for 18 years and still nothing!
I think I'm going to become increasingly rare here, as I no longer see any innovative ideas or the desire to seek them out, but always the same banalities, the same clichés, looking back to the unsuccessful past, rehashing old incoherent stories, and the requirement to believe in them or else the pack will be on you. This will delight those who prefer to live in their utopias, repeat their leaps of faith and revel in their illusions, in denial of their failures.

Reasonable doubt is the foundation of science and knowledge.
Belief is the foundation of superstition and ignorance.
Apart from people like Verpies, Smudge, Gyula and a few others with whom I've always enjoyed exchanging or challenging ideas, I wonder who chose the first of the two camps. I even wonder who's capable of telling them apart. And anyway, unfortunately, power on FE forums is in the hands of the second.

A person who chose a path to wealth..as opposed to open source !

Perhaps both paths could lead to the same point.
All one would have to do is provide enough detail in a patent to reproduce the effect but still protect the inventor. Then find investors to produce the device but not enforce the patent. The inventor wins and the patent is in effect open source. An unenforced or unenforceable patent is in effect open source.

The fuel has changed...
https://team.valvolineglobal.com/legacy/why-was-there-lead-gasoline
QuoteEngines back then had problems with knocking: a randomly occurring uncontrolled combustion that negatively affected performance as much as it unnerved drivers. The cause? Low-quality gasoline. Back in the 1920s, gasoline had an octane rating of between 40 and 60 – a far cry from today's 87 – making it way more volatile in the confines of an internal combustion engine and far less consistent in performance.

Volatility is not bad it's good. When I was racing I ran a mixture of 80% methanol and 20% avgas. It burns super hot and fast which would melt down a normal engine so I invented my own water vapor system to moderate the burn. The water does not add energy it moderates the fuel burn so the engine can operate at a higher efficiency.

QuoteAnd now we have the fellow above who was tinkering to prove a point ( his point being the opposite...no value in real world to a tiny lawnmower carb on a 5 liter V8, he was shocked that it worked that well..

I once ran a V8 with no carb and simply poured the fuel into the intake using a 1/4 tube and ball valve. Carburetors/intake fuel injection is kind of a joke and most of the fuel atomization occurs on the hot intake walls, valves and cylinder surfaces. This is why most engines run so poorly when cold, the fuel wets the cylinder walls often blowing by the rings into the crankcase/oil or out the exhaust pipe. In theory all the fuel should be atomized but in practice it never is.

QuoteThis example is an " in your face" insult ! (I think later Dynamometer testing showed 80 ?hp on tiny carb 5  liter ?)

It's super easy and I drilled out carb main jets all the time. Fun fact, to convert a propane BBQ to nature gas add a gas regulator and drill out the orifice on each burner to twice the diameter. Here we need to think about the basics, forget what you think you see and an engine only needs fuel, air and a spark to operate.

QuoteThis Ogle was definitely suppressed..
Perhaps it takes a big displacement Ogles was 7.5 liter ? In 4000 pound car at 100 mpg ?
These experiments are already bench tested..
Someone did us dirty ...
For a long time ..
Time for change..

In fact, a large displacement engine is much better than a smaller one. The cylinder volume is larger and the RPM lower allowing for a much longer and more efficient burn time. Think about the old long stroke big bore Lister motors which ran for decades. In a perfect world we want a long slow complete burn because it's much more efficient. Anyone can produce more power just add more fuel and air. However for max efficiency were trying to convert all the heat energy of the fuel into a motive force. Ergo, blowing half the heat energy out the exhaust is not the way forward.

QuoteCensorship against doubt and critical thinking, and the flattery of those who claim to have the FE or of their worshippers, is above all what penalizes our research.
What a waste of time and human energy it is to analyze or talk about these wonky or amphigoric set-ups in which no credible experimenter has seen the slightest anomaly.
We've been talking about Kapanadze for 18 years and still nothing!

We should be clear that name calling and degrading others does not qualify as doubt nor critical thinking. This is true because you could just as easily make your point without it.

QuoteReasonable doubt is the foundation of science and knowledge.

Of course, I encourage you and everyone else to speak there mind while also following the forum rules. If myself and everyone else must follow the forum rules then why shouldn't you?.

I'm not sure what your getting at, you seem to want everyone to stop talking about past inventors and FE devices ie. "What a waste of time and human energy it is to analyze or talk about these wonky or amphigoric set-ups". Obviously that's not for you to decide and may constitute a form of censorship on your part. This is true because it is you who are trying to limit what we talk about and research.

Personally, the work of T.H.Moray, Viktor Schauberger, Nikola Tesla and Richard Feynman had a profound effect on me. It opened up a new way of thinking about things in a universal context where everything is connected. It was not a waste of time, just the opposite, and it opened up area's of research I never thought possible.

Indeed, I'm not sure what is going on either.
I suspect admin may have instituted a new approval process with many different moderators covering different sections of the forum.

As per the forum rules a negative or critical comment is acceptable so long as it does not constitute harassment or gaslighting. However F6 made derogatory comments so I deleted his posts. There is no need to call people names or throw around false accusations to make a point.

Good to hear that he got it WORKING!!!
Very important, for the current naysayers.
We need more positive inputs on this thread.

So, Ruslan's device that he sold for $5.000, works...
Like I had mentioned, these devices run on ambient fuel, and need to be tuned to the local working ambient frequencies. At least for now.

Very clever, implying everyone else is "incompetents and scammers" and that I should change my position ie. thinking and opinions to agree with yours. Then implying your position produces "results". What results?, are you making a FE claim that you have positive results?. It would seem to me your accusing others of the thing your doing which is gaslighting.

To be clear
Regarding "FE for sale" claims ..
There are persons everywhere taking advantage of desperate people .

In this forum the sting of FE scammers has manifested ( plenty).
Buyer beware is an understatement.

I have recently learned just how bold scammers can be ,and how easy it seems to take money from both rich and poor .

IMO ...Over the years F6 ( previously Exnihiloest) has been incredibly valuable to the more active builders that "share their work"and seek his scrutiny .
That being said.
Those sending money to persons need to be willing to throw it away ( gamble)
And some actually do this ..

Be careful!

Respectfully
Chet K
EDIT PS
To Nick comment below
As I mentioned above.
Persons who share experiments for scrutiny , welcome scrutiny from persons such as F6 .
Unfortunately as of this moment in Kapanadze topic
No such example exists .

Even an idea or experiment? ( to share for scrutiny?
A possible gain mechanism for discussion?
That's what has always been the goal at this forum
That's what we should be doing here !
If no examples exist?
What is being accomplished?
Rebooting decade long fights from OU.com

Ends up being Just slapping ...and dust ups ..
——////——
I do see ideas being presented by a few recently.
Hopefully more clarity and less disruption when persons share ideas for experiment ( Delmorto and a few others these last weeks)

Huffing and puffing ain't gonna change anything !
Nor is ongoing looped battles.

Chases more people away, and there are other forums with more opportunities to learn and experiment.

You can see our opinions about his conventional electronics closed circuit thoughts, here. They are nothing new to us. In most every post he is contradicting some one, while contributing nothing towards free energy research.
And repeating that we are all suckers for our views on this subject. Over and over again...that we should all think like him. So, that is ok with you here??? And you moderate me instead. Thanks alot...

It's hard to focus on any progress like this. He is not here to help, at all, but to hinder.   My opinion...
As I had to close my moderated thread here, instead of having to deal with this type of negative disruption.
Yet, he is all over this site. Showing nothing about free energy.

You Chet seam to know little about my contributions. I have over 6000 posts about the subject of self runners, on this and other OU forums. And with over 60 videos posted which you obviously have never seen, showing my tests and replications, over the last several years.  It has been guys like me that continue keeping certain threads currently alive for years, while some forums are no longer around. That's right. That's why there's so much talk about them on FE forums: their messages are so simplistic and nonsensical, and their setup so flashy, that they're accepted by this category of ignoramuses who don't seek to know but to believe.

As these people also have a certain aggressiveness towards anything that goes beyond them, especially scientists, whom they accuse of not understanding anything and even of being the cause of their failures, they make incompetents and con artists their heroes. The idea that if they were competent and honest, everyone would already have FE doesn't even occur to them; they have conspiracy theories to explain it. The FE movement is currently bathed in the most profound stupidity, and the few that I see emerge are immediately squelched by others, and also by censorship, done out of respect for incompetents and swindlers under the pretext of ignorance.

In the 25 years since I saw the beginnings of FE research by Jean-Louis Naudin, absolutely no progress has been made. Believers are only interested in proclaiming miracles. Our minority of true experimenters and modest researchers who demand tangible proof, who express their doubts or point out the complexity of the subject and their difficulty in demonstrating any OU are ignored, stifled or muzzled. The majority don't give a damn, preferring to palaver around stories of miracles.

These are the worst. At least with those who want to make money, it's much clearer, you can see it right away in the way they do things.
But those who have ego problems and set themselves up as gurus for the followers of FE, or those who are so incompetent (Dunning-Kruger) that they believe they can talk about anything and everything with aplomb because they're sincere, as if sincerity were the guarantor of content, do terrible damage through the heaps of nonsense they accumulate in the FE forums and in the brains of those who read them uncritically.

It's not a question of poor or rich, it's a question of method.
The only method that has succeeded for mankind is pragmatism (if something works because we made it or found it by chance, we keep it), and reasonable doubt (eliminating all possible hypotheses of a phenomenon until we find the right one, and we can then use this knowledge to our advantage).
The second method is the scientific method. Without it, we wouldn't even be able to use a PC or a smartphone to communicate here.

If prayer cured cancer or if intellectual concentration enabled long-distance communication, we'd know about it. Belief has never worked any more than the placebo effect. But on the FE forums, we see a lot of psalmody. People here repeat that so-and-so has found FE, just as others used to tell us that Jupiter mastered lightning from Olympus. It's all superstition.

Imho, it is urgent and imperative to stop saying that FE exists until proof is provided, and it's not even for the person claiming to provide this proof to say so, but only for those who have verified and attested it.
The method is "as long as there is no consensus on the reality of a claimed fact, it is not a fact". So the method is:
1) verify the reality of the claimed facts (the measurements)
2) if the facts are real, eliminate artifacts and all alternative conventional explanations that could also explain the measurements.
Only then do we have the beginnings of something new. This requires a little more rigor and modesty than jumping up and down like a capri shouting "we've got the FE, we've got the FE!" every time some idiot or con artist presents his miracle machine.

I doubt that this will be  helpful but there is a disconnect with most of these communications that reminds me of my early years of gold prospecting ..or to simplify it "picking up many thousands of dollars in gold nuggets that were just lying on the ground ,un noticed for billions of years .

So here is me 22 years old with my metal detector walking about near where gold has been found over the last few hundred years occasionally finding piles of the stuff . I would study geology in the hope that I might do better with such knowledge but it never led to more gold ..What led to more gold was to keep walking and waving my metal detector ,finding targets that set me up for many more adventures.
In this process of camping where there was no body ,I chanced to meet up with a couple of geologists with whom I shared my knowledge and questions about how the heck there was so much gold around here ,which they already knew from reports going back to the 1890's when people walked there with wheel barrows and if they were luck a donkey or a horse to help them. We shared a camp ite for several days and became bush buddies .

The geologists were happy to admit that they knew little about this gold field but were there to learn ,write reports, organize drilling if the money kept coming from the investors . Their reports were only to provide information to that investment process and nothing thay could tell me helped me find any gold more than I could by just getting on with lots of walking and a bit of digging .  I sometimes found "leads" that I would dig out as far as i could with a pick and shovel . I would not proceed too far as it was hard work and my time was better spent looking for more of the shallow almost surface stuff.
In many cases I would clean out all the big ones and leave the smaller ones to not make the recent discovery obvious to any who might just drive by.

The geologists job was to report in good language so that other geologists and share holder/investors could be confident of the viability of further exploration /drilling and possibly develop a mine in the future.

They had just a passing interest in all the gold that was on the surface because what might set me up for life would not pay for one week of drilling . Mining companies do not have much interest in a few kilos of old nuggets but do want many tons of fine microscopic bits that I could not detect or even see without crushing panning cyanide treat etc.

My point is that discoveries are made by hands on people who might not have the best schooling or communication methods which would satisfy the investors and other geologists. These guys need help if it can be provided not an explanation of how incompetent they are perceived to be

Those guys who came in the 1880's had little geology knowledge bar a few books that were inapplicable to this gold field

I walked away with considerable wealth just by scraping the surface with no knowledge other than somebody spent a lot of time here back when a good donkey was way up there with a good 4x4 and supplies.

When people with the same aim argue rather than discuss and learn things from each other they both lose ,as does everybody else thinking that they might learn something from these experts who are just playing table tennis with their egos . It not a good show guys and I have never seen anything practical or useful come from the ridiculous sand pit type battles that 5 year old kids get their growing skills from.

This is not to say that Having a better education or understanding is ever a bad thing ,but using it in a battle of egos and self righteousness Is the opposite of any progress if there ever was any in the first place .

Can you guys Please, Please try and work with each others skill sets and be considerate that no body knows it all and we all know even less reading the one up man-ship that has no place in nutting out some undocumented things that ,if nurtured may just make this worlds a better place or the potential to be one .
There are some great things happening here don't wonder why these doors are closed to you at this time . Apply yourselves and more doors open , fight like children and be ignored and left to sort your stuff out that has no place in the hard work required.

Sometimes when there is nothing constructive to say than that is exactly what should be said ...and really this is probably in that category ..sorry to waste your times.

...

I'm not opposed to this way of thinking at all, it's part of the way to get discoveries.

To keep your comparison, let's assume that FE is the gold you're looking for.  If you find gold nuggets, boast that you've picked up 1 Kg of it, and it turns out not to be gold but copper oxide, because you didn't have the skills to distinguish the two but wanted to believe it and appear as a great discoverer on the forums, you'd be one of the so-called "FE inventors" whose discoveries nobody has yet been able to profit from.

Most great inventions have come from highly educated people, but not all. Of course, even if you're just a "tinkerer in his garage", you still have a chance of finding something. Whatever our level, we're all ignorant to one degree or another, even the "highly educated".
But highly educated or not very educated, if we do not have sufficient skills to conclude what we assert, or if we believe we have them when we do not have them, or if we believe ourselves to have a more open mind than more educated people because we would not be "formatted" by scientific knowledge, or if we are intellectually dishonest or without requirements in logic, we generate these piles of nonsense that we see everywhere, and my assertion that these are nonsense is proven by the fact that no one benefits from this FE claimed to be a reality.

The question is not a question of person, but as already said, a question of method. We cannot accept as reality the simple assertion of so-and-so that he has invented something revolutionary. His assertion must be refutable in the sense of Karl Popper (otherwise it is like a religious assertion, always true but only for the believer), and only a broad consensus on the reality of the functioning can make us speak of a real invention.

Seems to me the time spent here could be better utilized with some demonstrated hands-on work.

My goal was to share some of my real world experiences regarding the dangers to FE researchers and inventors.

For example, I talked with a few FE inventors who made a FE claim and were immediately approached by people claiming to want to "help". However the people claiming to want to help were actually con men who...
1)Befriended the inventor and gave them a few supplies and equipment.
2)Once financial help was given and accepted this was then used to blackmail or con the inventor into signing a contract and NDA.
3)Once the NDA was signed the inventor was threatened and coerced into giving the persons all there work for basically nothing or be destroyed in court.
4)Most I know of basically stopped doing research, stopped sharing there research and gave up.

This could be called a confidence scam. https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/crime-she-writes/201909/the-art-the-con-and-why-people-fall-it

I think it's kind of important that people here know many FE researchers, including some who were here in the past, are being gaslighted, blackmailed and threatened that if they ever talk about there research again they will be ruined. This is why every researcher should make it clear that any supposed help should come with no strings attached and get it in writing if possible.

I also know that many FE researchers are being hacked. https://www.wikihow.com/Know-if-You%27ve-Been-Hacked
If your computer starts slowing down, random cmd black boxes flash on screen and lot's of strange background processes running.
