The Book - The Chinese Dream - by Helen Wang is worth reading.
It gave insight to how and why China is developing into the most influential Country in the World. It pointed to the ONENESS as the goal.
One of the reasons given is the cooperation between Government and the Private sector. Things get done.

Handling the problem of Paul Chan, the Hong Kong Housing Development Chief.
Newspaper reported that the wife and son of Mr. Paul Chan had owned Land in the proposed development area. His wife sold the land to her brother after Mr. Paul Chan took office. The land was bought 19 years ago at HK$340K. The proposed compensation is now at more than HK$10m.
Mr. Paul Chan is under pressure to step down. What can be done?
The deeper problem: Is the Hong Kong Government policy biased towards the Rich or the Speculator?
What should be the long term policy?
