I will ask simple question - how many people tried to repeat experiment I linked several times to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qmirRN3O6Ko and similar? The effect shown there is the same effect working on Ruslan's/Akula/Kapanadze devices. Just amplified.
Without replicating effect on your bench it is just waste of time for everyone to discuss any of these devices...

It's not connected to anything except me. And this most certainly is NOT faked. No, it's not a waste of time to point out that Ruslan/Akula/Kapanadze are faking their demonstrations. In fact it will save a lot of time, when people start realizing that, first, the effects are not unusual, and second.... the "self running" part is far easier to _fake_ than many people (who haven't done the right experiments) would apparently believe... certainly far easier to fake than to actually make a "self runner" that doesn't need an outside source of power. If Ruslan or Akula or Kapanadze really want to convince people that their devices are real and perform as they say, all they have to do is to build one up and send it off, to any of dozens of qualified and interested investigators for a truly independent test. Oh... that's right.... they are "geographically tuned" and won't work anywhere else. And they are tuned to the particular body vibrations of the claimants, too, right?
