Hmmmm.  What you've said sounds more like a commercial than a Scientific Evaluation.  Could it be that you have a pony
in this show?
...

If glyphosate is harmful, tell us about the scientific studies that show it, rather than your wishful thinking about what I said.

For a man of Science who practices the Scientific Method,
that seems a rather odd statement or demand.

Discovering the Honestly Done Truthful Studies is not as
easy as it is to find the Fraudulent Studies, but it can be
done.  Even you should be able to locate them.

The Juridical Method has also reached conclusions about Glyphosate
and its long term effects upon living organisms.

For one who is seriously seeking Truth there should be no
obstacle, real or imagined, which could halt progress.
Unless, of course, there is some externally applied incentive
to not study certain verboten paths of knowledge.

Are you afraid to search for Truth and afraid of its implications?

Why does the Institution of Science expend so much money and
effort in twisting Truth to satisfy its own ends, doctrine and dogma?
Does the so-called "peer review" accomplish its stated purpose of
exposing deception or does it in fact, rather, exorcise inconvenient
Truth?

Religions too often twist Truth to satisfy their own ends, doctrine and
dogma.   Any Institutional hierarchy which is ideologically Marxist,
either wittingly or unwittingly, is by its very nature deception.

Because the Institution of Science is ideologically Marxist,
The Theory of Evolution is essentially a Marxist invention.

We already have a thread dedicated to the discussion of religion and evolution.
No need to contaminate another thread with it.

Being brought up on a farm, and having worked as a green keeper for 5 years,i was using roundup every week, normally in shorts and a singlet during the summer months, and when the wind was blowing you always got covered in it. Odd that after 40 odd years,i have no cancer,or anything else for that matter.

Watching the video of the guy that won his case against Monsanto, i would say he has some sort of skin condition,as i ,nor anyone else i know that has used roundup has ever had that sort of reaction ,or any reaction at all .

I agree. My question to MuDped was only: "If glyphosate is harmful, tell us about the scientific studies that show it, rather than your wishful thinking about what I said."

His answer clearly shows the incompatibility of faith with reason. Always the wishful thinking, the requirement of proof is denied or bypassed by digressions. But it also shows the vice of this thought that accuses us of not seeking the truth ("Are you afraid to search for Truth and afraid of its implications?"), when we have just asked for proof! To ask for evidence would therefore not be to seek the truth. This unhealthy stupidity is a perfect reminder of the state of mind that brought Galileo to trial. It is a permanent threat to all free minds.

The point being made is that "Religion" as it exists now can
be just as corrupt as much of what is referred to as "Science."
In our minds, as we rationalize our overlapping beliefs, they are
all intertwined.  Our beliefs are not easily separated and for
most they are not disparate.  They are all connected.
It is Technology.

The only "proof" that anyone desires is the "proof" that they discover
or find by their own efforts.  Neither I, nor anyone else, has the power
to "prove" anything to anyone.  Proof for the individual wells up from
within as a consequence of internalization.  Only you can be held
responsible for what you have come to accept as "Truth" whether it,
in fact, be true or not.

The True Scientist should be fearless.  Not easily influenced by the
feelings of others; not unduly emotional; independent.

You may ask for Proof as a tactic of concession, but as you well know,
you are the ultimate "decider" for your own repertoire.  Finding any
Proofs that you seek are matters within your own hands.

I have found Proofs that satisfy me.  You must find, then decide, for yourself.
It is not an insurmountable task.  But, as always, there must be desire.
It is Technology.

Sharing Beliefs is not an evangelical effort.  Changing of mind or belief is not
required.  It is up to you.

That speaks well for your state of health and the state of your immune system.

Others, being different, may not be so fortunate.

I was exposed to Agent Orange in Viet Nam.  So far no serious health problems.
Sadly several of my friends from the same unit in Viet Nam have already died
from severely aggressive Prostate Cancer.  We were located at the Riverine
Warfare Base in Cat Lo, on the Saigon River near the mouth, across the river
from a vast defoliated area that resembled a moonscape.

We are all different.

In this year 2019 it is very difficult to comprehend
why this mound of trash in India is not being dealt
with in a Scientifically Safe Manner.

With all of our current Scientific Knowledge there
surely must be a solution.  Why is it not being done?

Aye, a very complex community of diverse caste/cultures
which seems to have deprived the common folk of sufficient
education.

But then, even in America the self-proclaimed Beacon on the
Hill, similar problems exist with trash and garbage.

For those at the top who Love Money, the costs of sensible
recycling are simply too great.  So they are telling us.

Hauling Western Trash across oceans to third world destinations
where recycling is impossible is all about Money for those who
crave More.

The Technology of Institutional/Cultural/Societal "Change."

Slowly but surely it has been accomplished.

Even the Institution of Science has been infiltrated.

Google's Deep Mind Explained! - Self Learning A.I.

It totally debunks what they say in your video, in that computer programs can and are
adapting to change, and learning all by them self--evolving to become smarter over time.

It is a quite interesting video on the current state of A.I., but does it totally debunk
anything?  It well demonstrates that A.I. (human written programs) are capable of
"learning" how to manage data and how to make decisions based upon that data.
But is A.I. truly independent in its abilities?  Not by a long shot.  All A.I. is human
programmed and requires enormous real-estate (lots of devices) in order to in some
fashion emulate what the human brain is capable of.  The whole purpose of A.I. is
to develop devices which mimic human brain functions and capabilities.  Without
human control A.I. can not exist.

Galapagos Finch Evolution — HHMI BioInteractive Video

This one also debunks your interesting video, in that we can first hand observe mutations/changes
in a species that makes it better suited to it's environment, without the two headed sheep your
video shows.

We see that the Finch family is able to adapt to environmental conditions which speaks well for
the design of the Finch Genome.  That they develop changes in mating and their attractions to
mates is not surprising.  But when one listens carefully to the narration one hears that these
changes are "most likely" due to this or to that possibility.  So what has been debunked or
proven?  Has Darwin's Theory been proven?  It is still conjecture and speculation.  The
research is far from complete.  Far too early to draw any definitive conclusions as all of the
evidence points to something that is "most likely" in the minds of the observers.

Aye, Science has a long, long way to go.  It is rather exciting to be living in
this time.  We're discovering more and more which leads to the realization
that we have just barely scratched the surface of what is yet to be known.

The Secret Space Program and other Black Projects are deeply involved
in the quest for Overunity Devices or Free Energy Devices.  It is now
known, for example, that what we call Overunity is from outside our
physical dimension of reality.  Anomalous Energy is from outside of
what we have control over.

How do those programs acquire access to Overunity Technology?  By
compacts and agreements with those entitities who are able to dispense
it.  We call those entities Aliens.

The Scientific Method, when properly employed, can lead to amazing
knowledge.  Examining the complexity of the simplest of living cells.

It does seem like the more we learn the less we actually know.

But only temporarily.  One day we shall know the answers while we
gratefully acknowledge the miracle of what we and all life are.

The Scientific Method is yielding results.  A first of its
kind peer reviewed study linking vaccines with autism.

This is a fine example of how Science is supposed to
work.

Living things do not escape the physical laws. The DNA code is a consequence of the laws of physics and requires no one to evolve. Leave inert material ingredients together long enough, and the chemistry works.
Who wrote the laws of physics and consequently the DNA "code"?
Humans. It is just a model of what is being observed.
Why is the universe modelizable?
We do not know if all universes are modelizable, but to observe a universe, it must be compatible with the birth of observers, therefore present a certain regularity and stability. There is no surprise to see that the universe would be "designed" for us, it is an error of reasoning that reverses causes and effects. We can only be born from what a universe allows.

What people say about DNA while they worship texts affirming a child is born of a virgin 2000 years ago, has the same relevance: level zero, that of the insanity of blind faith ("without a doubt"  ;D).

I totally agree with Brad!  Each of us has our own personal beliefs and understandings and we we could spend a vast amount of time debating our various positions with one another.  The most likely result of this exercise would be to alienate ourselves from those who don't agree with us.  This does not help nor accomplish anything in our combined efforts in FE research but simply provides grounds for division.  I say we simply accept each other with our differences and move on to the task at hand.

But you missed that this whole argument thing can be done with a a certain amount humour. There is no need to unsheathe the sword or cock the pistol.

Comparing DNA to virgin births is hilarious! Lets all have a good laugh.

Yes, we are all builders here (I assume) and we should by now, know that a device starts with a PLAN. We know that we can't throw a couple of pieces of cold rolled steel and a bunch of nuts and bolts in a drawer and come back in a year? decade? century? and find a completed device. Is that not common sense?

Of course the question was not to compare DNA to virgin births, but to compare the blind belief in two absurdities, that evolutionism including DNA is not scientific evidence, and that a child can be born of a virgin.

It is not known whether the misinterpretation of this comparison is due to bad faith or total misunderstanding, but in both cases it is not to the benefit of this reader. Bad faith goes hand in hand with blind faith, since blind faith is bias and arbitrariness.
