Ok I tried very hard not to use the word secret in the subject line but think this is a break through.

Watch the video and download it along with the references. Save them all on your our system.

It is 20 minutes long but then it will become clear to you what is going on.

If you don't see the relevance forgive me but don't come back to this thread.

For those on the same wave length, I have been tossing this around in my head for a long time and will develop it

as my resources allow.

Feel free to dicuss.

The video is not mine!

AHA = yes here too

Over at Stefan's things are Dicey ATM ...perhaps Empirical testing here
to establish a benchmark ?[sounds like your suggestion/direction below]

MasterPlaster repost from Stefan forum
Quote
To date, no one has presented a convinsing replication of the WFC. I don't want to repeat any names as not to offend.
My current search is for a method to apply an SiO2 layer to the tube. Even if I knew, how thick would the layer be?
Meyer stated in his patent the gap in his test cells were 0.625 inch. That is 1.68 mm. I know of commercial 1 mm thick sintered glass filter tubes.
Alternatively,

There is a solution that is called "water glass" which is applied to surfaces for sealing but we want a porous finish
then, I though I can mix some TiO2 with "water glass" before applying it and guess what,
TiO2 under certain condition becomes luminous!
My work will be totally open source. I don't want any money or fame. The only reason I am here is to bounce my ideas around.
Thank you
Vid again

Sir
here the last few years..[actually at Stefan's forum] there has been mention of certain metal salts
and some chemicals that effect the bond strength of the the water molecule ,greatly reducing the energy required to separate the H and the O [in some cases by 50%  as in Li soap/salts]

here [and other forums too] there are members who work open source and share their work ,sometimes not so "showy"[maybe work in less noisy venues] but always with those of like mind [to share with the world ]

So for clarity here you are looking for a method to fuse glass and TiO2
with the stainless tube ?to form a porous membrane at the Water dielectric interface ?? or just build a matrix or ?? as part of voltage enhancement ?

Jimmy the Boot did share a method or Vid for porous manufacturing
of this ?
but you seemed put off by ??

additional clarity would be good ,here you have the choir...[paying attention....and ready to experiment and share...
respectfully
Chet

Thank you Chet. I posted on OU reluctantly because I find it a hostile forum!

I see more mature participants here.

Still I think Edward Mitchel has a lot of knowledge but he takes everyones comments as an insult.

Personaly I don't see these forums as a place for self aggrandizement .

In my naivaty I believe in cooperation because if we co-operated positively we could all benefit
from "free energy" in a short time.

Sadly, most people have a lot of faith in paper (money).

I am not sure if what I suggested about coating is the right way to go but it is one venue that
should not be ignored.

So, I reserve the right to be wrong!

Yeah that was unexpected but it's why I tend to stay away I guess. Anyway I made some titameringue. Learned from my errors. Didn't have any adherence issues though to scratched up gal plate. Weird the way the light plays with it under heat. That;s where I've seen the luminesence.

around the 8-9 minute mark
Fausto has a "machine" that makes energy forever ,coatings ..connections
towards charge manipulation ... energy harvesting and storage ?

an amazing fellow indeed

PS to Masterplaster
I will remove this if too off topic.

Hi MB,
Interesting that water in contact with a glass surface can produce a layer of free positive hydrogen ions that is a few nanometers thick, water molecules split at no cost.  Whereas the electro-osmotic pump uses large diameter capillaries to draw those hydrogen atoms along the tube with an electric field (and pull water along with them), presumably if we had glass capillaries that are just a few nanometers in diameter we would just pull those hydrogen atoms along.  If so that sound like a highly efficient electrolysis system worthy of investigation.  Of course it requires a large number of capillaries in parallel, so it is not what Meyers was doing.  Good luck with your experimenting.

This video about the fourth phase of water might be interesting at this point as they mention Free Energy from charge separation due to the "exclusion zone" or the fourth phase.  There is also interesting biological info given as well.

Ok the meringue is because of the si02 I bought has too much water content and they froth at high temps. So might be back to making my own

As per Smudge’s ..glass nano tube zero energy hydrogen harvesting from water ?

Gotta be on the right track

Now we know why all those electron beam microscopes (the old slow ones) were

water cars again - love it . Mentored by another member here I did quite a lot of research into this area quite a lot of years ago now , although the theory and  direction was different to this.
Believe it or not there there was almost a craze for building these engines driven on fractured water.
That a 'water car museum' in Kentucky held numerous examples of water driven cars might surprise you . (or perhaps not) still a guy called James Robey had the nuts to open one such.
As you also might expect it wasn't tolerated for very long anyway!
The curator however did have time to produce an in house publication on the subject whilst not in itself the simple answer you seek the almost endless list of names offers lots of research scope.
As you also (obviously?) might expect that publication quickly became unobtainable. Soooo
I took some time to convert that book to PDF format I attach my effort  for you interest.(Its some 150meg with its pictures and wot not so perhaps not for your mobile phone)

Thank you all for your participation on this post.

Nothing is like a bit of abstinence to get the cells moving.
Currently I am at a location where I have very poor and unreliable access to the internet
but on my hard drive I have a back up a lot of information going years back.
My only hardware is a screwdriver.

However, I had this epiphany that I must get to the buttom of this technology myself.

Clearly there must be different approaches to achieve overunity with Hydrogen production.
To this end I have gone back to step 1!

i.e. Water between 2 plates with power applied to it?

My first discovery is H3O+. ( A note to self: learn to walk before you run! ).
Apparantly H3O+ is acidic. How long would a layer of SiO2 last on a cell.

Next, I found out about "Double Layer Effect". Read about it.

On the other hand, I want to know why Meyer used cylindrical cells.
Two concentric tubes at that. Why not 3?
Steven Meyer's patent US20050246059A1 shows he is using 3 tubes ( he is Stan's brother ).

In a video about Stan's state I noticed he had also plate cells in his lab but he must
have not had the result he expected from them.

Then, there is pattent US7041203 B2 , Sullivan. Is it possible that all the Meyers electronics
may be implemented by a simple H bridge?

By the way, many experimentors may had come close to replicating Meyer's WFC exept one little detail.
In the video, Meyer carefully fills up the container and then, meticulously tightens the inlet. He is
running his system under pressure. Just a little point that some may have missed.

As you see My head is close to overload!

@Chet, You are welcome to leave any comment.

@Smudge, In my in tray I also have intension to look at TiO2 nano tubes. I believe this can be done
by annodyzing Titanium. Easily achievable at home. Would this work as well as SiO2? I don't know.

@Partzman: Thank you. Count your blessings where ever you are. Watching youtube right now for me
is a distant memory.

@Jimbbot: I thought about fiber glass then I shifted towards quartz sand. You can get that on ebay.
P.S. I found out you can get powdered glass but when I look at the list of constituents I found
it has lots of other solids in it.

@Duncan: Thankyou for the booklet. I will read it soon. I had already read your suppressed.pdf.
It makes my blood boil.

Again I thank you all for being here. I emphasize this technology must be given freely to
the world without exception. If you want fame or fortune your efforts are waisted. Plan before hand
how you will do this.

Master blaster – yes unfortunately I was only to aware of the corruption at the heart of the forums many years ago I was tricked myself into wasting much time and money . Regardless I still consider myself lucky by comparison to what happened to others.
Do keep in mind this free energy thing is a binary condition – in other words some one is telling porkies!
I think you'll find most on this forum believe that free energy is very much available (depending how you define 'free' of course)
along with that book came a DVD BTW . The DVD in turn had three short clips . I converted the clips and uploaded them.  in the interests of  giving you the full picture here is the video content that came with the book.
The vidoe's are pretty poor quality but there could be information here for those skilled in the area's

Hi Chet – I'm quite partial to these so called 'banned books' particularly hundred year old stuff fighting the official projected dogma. Just now and again ones escaped the drag net .
although not on subject here's another I converted to pdf (for your consideration) Interesting author at one time joined the Afrikaners to fight agin  the British forces .went to Jail then parlament, very different times! a polymath - Ah well be your own judge but do remember there was a different writing style in the 20s and 30s . still if I post it here – folks will down load and may (or may not read)

Concentric has a nice Birkeland feel to it and does remind me of JCell.

To answer my own question, I found this patent: GB601579A.

I might be wrong. Meyer kept saying that he uses SS tubes 304 be cause they are not magnetic
but he did mention that there are no magnets involved.

One thing to experiment with is to have a rod magnet in the center as to create spin ( this is just a guess ).

A side issue, Meyer was murdered on 21st March 1998. That is Spring solstice and if you are in to gematria,
this could be death by numbers.

Indeed there is something about breaking up water into H O H then recombining it back into H2O that seems promising, from several approaches.

For the record, may I note the work of Woopy (Clement in Belgium) - and others - on plasma-electrolysis of water, the so-called star-in-a-jar approach.  For example:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EO1pq0h6e0g

(There are several other videos in this series.)
Woopy does the measurement of Output and Input energy, and derives an intriguing result.

Again, for the record, Woopy shows experimentally that the plasma forms around 150VDC, then he lowers the voltage to about 110VDC and 0.5A getting mostly steam out evidently.
Further dropping the voltage, the plasma quits around 85V but then the output is evidenlty mostly HOH (rather than steam).

A Snip from Duncans Water car book

For example, in 2004 a team of Australian scientists announced a  revolutionary new way to extract clean energy using special titanium oxide ceramics that harvest sunlight and split water to produce hydrogen fuel, a device with no moving parts and emiHing no greenhouse gases or pollutants. They claim that rooftop .panels placed on 1.6 million homes could supply Australia's entire energy needs.

UNSW. I have quoted that story many times. I can probably find the original. I thought it was 2006.

Nope 2004. It's when I was a AGW Worrier. https://www.renewableenergyworld.com/2004/09/03/australian-researchers-push-solar-hydrogen-11866/

and this is a duckduckgo search result for the same press release for other possible resources. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=%22A+team+of+Australian+scientists+predicts+that+a+revolutionary+new+way+to+harness+the+power+of+the+sun+to+extract+clean+and+almost+unlimited+energy+supplies+from+water+will+be+a+reality+within+seven+years.%E2%80%A8%22&t=h_&ia=web
