Energy cannot be created or destroyed only transformed. As the author pointed out, energy only flows through stuff and is never "consumed". So all the energy we get from the Sun does work, is transformed and radiates back into space. All energy relates directly to the flow of energy. Energy cannot be created Energy cannot be destroyed or consumed Energy can only be transformed/converted as it continually flows from one place to another. Thus our goal was never to create energy, more so from nothing. Rather to redirect existing energy flows in a more efficient manner. AC
