Title: What to do about INTIMIDATION?
Post by: PhysicsProf on 2013.11.27, 14:47:36
We have some very good people saying they will no longer post (at least on a particular subject) because of fear of TPTB. Duncan has repeatedly raised these fears here at OUR recently.
What can be done about this?  should we yield to intimidation?

Today we have e2matrix ending a very interesting series of posts at ou about his "rotoverter-like" experiments with a 3-phase motor, with this comment:

Having been reminded about certain 'issues' that sometimes come up when working with Rotoverter style setups I won't be doing anything more with this project and I won't be making any more posts on this subject.   Call me paranoid if you like and I'm sure I am a long ways from having anything of real interest but at my old age I don't want to even have to think about having any problems due to my tinkering.

And below we have Duncan reminding us of these "issues" recently - and not the first time Duncan has mentioned these intimidating actions by TPTB that should silence us --

I have been thinking about starting/sponsoring a BUILD_OFF for devices using "CAPS AND COILS", such as Luc's and recently e2matrix devices.  With prizes, and asking submitters to "show the numbers."

Luc said he will post no more on his caps and coils work, because he was contacted by someone with money-- parting words to that effect.  E2matrix says he doesn't want trouble... and will post no more on this.

Clearly TPTB want us to think they are very powerful and watching what we do, and they evidently would like us to shut up on these alt-energy schemes.  Should we bow to their wishes?  why keep working and sharing if TPTB are going to stomp on anything that sticks up  (as Duncan says IIRC)?

Meanwhile, we're paying through the nose for heating our homes and driving our vehicles with FOSSIL fuels, controlled by TPTB...

Wars are fought over ENERGY, particularly fossil fuels.  Isn't there a better way, for humanity?

Steve,

Are you saying Luc quit posting because of a threat? I very much doubt that is the case. It's more likely that he was actually made an offer to continue developing his idea off-line.

And now we have tinman in the same situation. He has actually deleted his account here, and abandoned his own forum.

So, I don't think it is intimidation at all; it's more like enticement.

So much for "open source" and "sharing" as these two used to espouse.

Not Luc (who went with a money offer), but e2matrix.  READ his parting words, Poynt.  I would call it a "PERCEIVED threat" that he is worried about.

I haven't seen anything that warrants the type of intimidation that is being claimed.

Most of the stories about intimidation appear to be unfounded paranoia, and a desire for attention.

The inventor of the rotoverter, Hector D Perez Torres, stated that it is very efficient but not "OU", yet many people insist that it is OU and perpetuate the myth.

I do believe that Steven Mark was/is suppressed, and that his device was all that he claimed, and that there are several features of the device that he didn't reveal.
Hendershot too, and Moray.

Well
In my opinion TinMan has had to refocus his efforts on his Family and things he holds dear,The obsesion with FE can drive wedges into our lives if we are not careful, and TinMan has no real Off switch............

I will miss Him Though ,since He could/can do the work of Ten experimenters ,and his skiils are constantly evolving Via his passion to learn.

One smart cookie....as well as a great guy.

@ Gutoluc has always been an inspiration ,ever since his "sentence" with Crankypants [couple years hard labor].

And I know he serves the less forunate and dedicates his life towards making this world a better place.

I suppose there is more to the story?

Just one mans opinion.......

Niether one of these men would be easily intimidated !

Thx
Chet

Agreed especially that Moray was harshly intimidated.

Let's recap, in the last several weeks --

Elecar claimed a self-looping SMOT, then said he accepted an offer and signed an NDA.

Luc (and gyula?) had an offer and accepted it, and said no more posting on this.  His exciting posts span 4 days, no more.

Tinman -- not sure all that happened there, but in any case, he not only shut up about free energy, but shut down his OWN forum.

e2matrix says he fears what could happen to him and so is posting no more on this (specifically, 3-phase motor experiments)

Intimidation is very real, take it from me. I admit I took a payment (75,000 pounds to be exact), for my work on splitting the water molecule with RF back in the 80's, then the American by accident in his cancer research found that it can be done, and even though he is now dead "due to his own cancer or so it is told", WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS? I think I know because I was told by a person who served in the Irak war on an aircraft carrier, that the huge excess nuclear power on board was being used to make fuel for the aircraft from sea water, the amount of power used was of no importance because of the huge excess. He knows this first hand as he was one of the people who looked after the nuclear plant (being a specialist in nuclear plants) and now is one of four who own all of Meyers things including patents etc etc (all very real, I have been there for a week).

Some people think I am talking through my hat, I AM NOT, it is an economic and military NO GO AREA for western governments, synthetic kerosene has made those aircraft carriers totally fuel autonomous. If anybody thinks they are going to be left alone to publish this type of tech: think again, they will not let it happen while there is still plenty of oil to be raised.

Sorry to hear about Tinman, that has come as a shock to me.

Regards

Mike

There is a pattern here.

Some folks, finally finding out their measurements were way off, decide to withdraw with some sort of excuse.

I have seen this so many times it is what I consider "normal behavior" for those "in the spotlight" when they finally find their errors.

Anyone recall "Team McGeorge Inventacom"?

Great claims were made in the beginning, but information was sketchy or extremely slow in disbursement. When team members started pressing him for more info, the fellow was supposedly critically hurt in a auto accident when he couldn't deliver further on his motor generator setup. Subsequent detective work uncovered it was all a ruse to get other folks to take over and finish the project, which never worked from the start.

This is one of hundreds of examples that usually get blamed on tptb when it is actually incompetence that pulls the plug.

There are so many snake oil peddlers out there that are not being shut down, yet have all kinds of free energy claims. They continue to bilk the unsuspecting out of thousands of dollars yearly and tptb don't give a hoot.

Then, there are also people that are a possible threat (ECAT and others) pushing possible cutting edge cold fusion work that seem to live on without a hint of interference.

Common sense not paranoia should prevail.

I do not think you are talking through your hat, Mike, but appreciate your experience.
I was shocked to hear Luc say this was his gift to mankind and open source yada yada, then within 4 days say he accepted an offer and would NO LONGER POST about it.

I think that anything which SHUTS UP one researcher tends to intimidate another researcher.  Anyway, that seems to be the effect.  Notice how after Luc said he would no longer post about it, that thread effectively went quiet and died.

When you say -

Are you referring to synthetic kerosene in particular, or to any "free/exotic energy" approach?

Without a "hint of interference"?  That's not what I understand.  Legal threats and challenges...

But consider "cold fusion" researcher Mitchell Swartz.  I talked to him at the ICCF18 conf in July.  He had tried to patent a small device, and the US PTO slapped a "national security" order on it -- he could not even talk about it.  He challenged this; it was a small test device, nothing too threatening to BigOyl!
Finally, the US PTO dropped the security order -- which is how he can talk about it now.  The example demonstrates that "national security" hush orders (alt-energy devices) do exist.

None of these guys presented anything that could not be explained with a basic course in electricity. TPTB would not be interested in their "work".

Maybe they would be interested in this guy who has published bold claims:

Not sure I agree there -- weren't they offered money for their developments?  That is, Luc (and presumably Gyula who was working with Luc) said he had received a monetary offer.  Not sure if Tinman was offered money or not.

Without knowing the details of the offer it could also be construed as true if an interested uncle kicked in fifty bucks to buy a few parts.

Too many unknowns here and, as I said it seems to fit a common pattern.

Steven
I was referring to kerosene in this aspect, but I would think it may apply to other FREE energy, those tax dollars, pounds or euros are also a problem for them as it is a problem for us to pay, but we are only the ESCLAVOS (slaves) so they don't care as long as we tow the line.

Ion, you are probably correct in some circumstances, but I don't think all. Brad (Tinman) is first to criticise these type of things, that is OK with me, so something has certainly ruffled his feathers for him to do that ???

My work can ALL be explained by chemical reaction, that is SMD and the not disclosed yet electron bombardment. You see Ion I am sure you roll your eyes at me, "I may be wrong so forgive me if I am", but all I have shown so far is a very basic SMD, BUT, I posted by accident a diagram with an extra mosfet "by accident", that is the next part to SMD "VLF modulation" of which I am still considering about posting as I do not want problems. SMD is for making hydrogen from water, not HHO or OU, but cheap hydrogen to be used to make synthetic fuels from water, low power use.

Anyway enough of my rant, I seem to get worse the older I get, probably frustration C.C 63 in 6 weeks time.

I am not certain what has caused Brad to take a reprieve from FE research ,However I can be certain that it is not an effect of suppression or nefarious circumstance.

Most likely his efforts need to be focused on his Family and their well being.
Few people have put in as much Public effort as Brad and mostly for the benefit of others .

With his skills and determination he could be a very successful man if his time were spent on more fruitfull endeavours.

Perhaps this is just a "time out" as well as a chance to gain a more stable financial foothold in these ever changing times ?

Thx

I am not skilled in electro-chemistry and cannot comment on the validity of your work, but find it very interesting.

Regarding suppression, I just don't see it happening in the big players of the FE community, the ones making all the money selling books, DVD's "Secrets of bla" conference tickets (######, Lindy, Beardy, Numan etc. etc. etc.

So where is the canary that has been snuffed out as an early warning sign?

Chet, a very very sudden time out, just when he was buying and setting up his new lab!!!, in his new house!!!  I do know he has had problems in the past, but I thought that was all behind him, oh well I hope all is well with him, he has a quick mind, certainly caught me on the hop.

OK ION, you help me out with the electronics and I will do my best with the electro chemistry/physics and lets see what we can do to help this world O0 and not rattle too many cages :)

Today I was asked about my work on the reverse-JT circuit and claims that the circuit produced "evidence for" COP >1.  As I've noted repeatedly, the claim was "evidence for", not "proof of".   We worked on this approach for several months, particularly nul-pts and myself.  (There were ooo  Keep in mind the effect was rather hard to reproduce, as I have admitted numerous times.

After some development, I suggested that we place the device in a sensitive calorimeter to measure total output heat/energy, converting all electrical energy into heat using resistors etc.  Input energy would be determined using a known capacitor charged initially to a known voltage and running the device to reach a lower voltage.   The test was arranged with a professor/friend of mine Dr Hansen, who had the necessary equipment.  However, on the day for the test as I visited him in his lab, he balked and declined to do the test in the calorimeter he had use of (he did not explain why really).  And then he was very busy.

This setback was a severe blow to the project.

Nul-pts suggested that we try to achieve a self-runner.  One of his variations to this end of self-looping is shown in the attached, which was called the 4everlight.  He ran a flashing LED as the load and IIRC placed the whole thing in a metal box as a Faraday shield -- and still the battery rose from 1.20V to over 1.3V over an 11-month period.  Unfortunately, Nul-pts indicated rather abruptly he would leave the freedom energy field and I have lost contact with him.

Be realistic Chet, Brad took off without a word because he went to the dark side  :P

I don't think so Poynt -- here's info from Tinman's site, posted by another there:

QuoteHello Gentlemen...

Exchanging several SMS messages, and emails with TinMan today. He has asked me to post this for him... I will be calling him on Thursday as well, so here is what he wrote...

Hi Guys

Im sorry for the abrupt exit from the forum, and the deletion of my account. But after recieving some bad news, anger took over, and i seen my account as being time that could have been spent with my family. Infact my youtube account was next on the hit list, but my wife stopped me from doing that-as it should remain so as it may help any of you in the future. A knee jerk reaction i know, but what is done is done.

Im hopeing to return in time to come-all going well, but for now i only have a need and want for my wife and kid's. Some times it takes a good smack in the head to see what your priorities should be, and as much as i enjoy this FE stuff, it is not my priority in life.

I will drop in from time to time, and say Gday-how often, i cant say right now.
Anyway, a big thanks to you all, for all your support in the past years !

Other reasons can be divorce, problematic children, financial problems, accidents, you name it, lots of things can get to us.

I use to get very discouraged after a device did not work as planed after spending many hours and money on it.  Now I just look at it as fun experimenting, nothing to prove or get worked up over.  Just having fun with electronics!

I would just like to SEE what e2matrix is seeing, similar results.  Having fun, delighting in something new, and go from there.  I guess I was very disappointed when he pulled out citing "paranoid" worries, although he did give quite a lot of detail before leaving.

I sure don't have a nice 3-phase motor like the one he used... sigh.  I do have a small 3 phase motor, packed somewhere (but i'll find it!)

There was a time when I would join the effort but.....

As I found out the usual scenario for this claim is this:

The cap allows the 3-phase motor to run but also lowers the power factor to the point where the majority of experimenters fail in the measurement part.
They don't know kvar from kw or use such high frequencies that their test equipment knows no better, either.

Unfortunately, I know this because the above mistakes were mine in the distant past.

Aside.....

Just in case it isn't known...

The Rotoverter name is bogus. The concept is said to have started in the early part of the last century.

As the story goes....

Farmers limited to single-phase utility feeds stuck with 3-phase equipment used the cap to make their equipment run.
Somewhere along the line they found that their utility bills were much less than expected because the utility company meters didn't account well at lower power factors.

Shortly after that the more accurate meters were being installed in rural areas (costs fell?) and the magic was gone.

The above info was learned from a farmer friend who passed away back in the 70's. He never indicated that they thought the extra energy came from nowhere but he did say it helped after the big stock market crash.

So what are you worried about, WW, in avoiding joining this study (based on the 3-phase motor and cap) -- are you concerned that you cannot find one of these "accurate meters"??

And I don't ask this facetiously.
Title: Re: What to do about INTIMIDATION?

Measuring electrical power at any power factor or frequency up to 500mHz isn't a problem here. I have a fully functional Bird 4421 power meter with a home-brew sensor for measuring three phases. Granted, the home-brew part would be questionable to some but it has proven to be accurate to 1% from -0.5 to +0.5 pf.

Now, when the signals are full of transients or harmonics, I'll start using analog equipment and the work takes a little more effort.

Be aware that measuring the 3-phase portion of the circuit will throw almost any common equipment off because the expected 120 deg difference in vectors is not there. Two phases will be 180 deg and the third will vary with speed and load changes.

In my experience, rotoverters always run at very low efficiencies compared to a properly supplied polyphase motor. Measuring their power demands correctly is difficult and usually results in incorrect results showing the RV more efficient than a common motor.

As far as worried (experiments)... not here. Real and apparent power, power factor as related to harmonics, non-sinusoidal , etc. are a must-do learning experience so folks can stop jumping for joy when they hear terms like 'reactive power' & zero 'power factor' - in the free energy field.

So many seem to think there is something free when the E/I waveforms are out of phase or their $39.00 Wally-World meter says there is more out than in.

I understand what you are saying WW and agree with you.

Now I have a question (for all).  Below is a photo of a power output station for my home lab.  I had an electrician wire it to be certain it was done properly.  The round/standard meter I bought as my main power/energy input meter.  This feeds an outlet, into which I've plugged two cheaper power/energy meters, so I can compare the three meters with each other.
I've been calibrating them against each other.

OK -- jumping to my main question to WW (or anyone) -- if I run the 3-phase motor experiment with cap such that V and i are 90deg out of phase say,  will the round/standard meter (with rotating wheel) give me a correct value for Pinput (and Einput)?
or not? (and why not?)

if I run the 3-phase motor experiment with cap such that V and i are 90deg out of phase say,  will the round/standard meter (with rotating wheel) give me a correct value for Pinput (and Einput)?

If that meter is single-phase and you only connect it to single phase Pin/out and the THD+N (total harmonic distortion plus noise) is within the meter's operating specs it should be fairly accurate.
Please note: The short time resolution may be difficult to read, depending upon the meter.

Big help, and note that I can easily see into the rotating meter-wheel to get finer resolution, rather than just reading the dials out front.

Dimitri Petronov:

First, inventor Aries DeGeus who patented his plasma battery at the IWPO was found dead in his car in an airport parking lot. Then MIT professor Eugene Mallove was found beaten to death. Now missing Russian inventor Dimitri Petronov may have been found in Russia's Volga River. I say "may" because the decomposed body was found without teeth or his hands making identification difficult - but not impossible. Here are the details...

Insightful links, Grumpy.  http://open.salon.com/blog/green_energy_reports/2012/04/15/censorship_-_the_only_reason_we_are_still_addicted_to_oil

If it is true that TPTB and the military ALREADY have novel energy systems, and this seems likely, then we are just playing around. They have billions and billions to develop these "new energy" systems as they wish.  (Let's include the thorium battery.)    They could share the technology with "ordinary" people if they wanted to.

They don't like people trying to get around oil-fossil-dependence, I think that's pretty clear.
And why do I feel un-motivated to do novel energy experiments anymore?

This all reaks of sheep and shephards, master and slave, stories that have us as "sinners" or unbelivers, rabbits that lay eggs , deers that fly with a guy in a red suit and toys , we are all involved in some way and we are all responsible for our actions .

There are those who would not like this balance upset , they are here and some of them are you but you dont know it . That is  how it has always been and is unlikely to change anytime soon .
I predict that we will disapear up our own backsides and all agree that it is a good place. It may well be the only truth.
Im already there perhaps?

Best to have fun and enjoy your life with the learning that is anything other than pissing of the gods of our own creation .

we have fire, we have cooked food, we have oil, we have mass agriculture, lots of gadgets  and entertainment  like never before ,and we have the other technology ..it is  just not time yet .

Prof - you miss read me ... I got the impression you considered these threats non existent .. beneath consideration and had converted the thread by assuming this subject was simply irrelevant. I see now you have also have had friends in the firing line . by someone looking after you I intended in a friendly way .. in order that you understand what these horrible bastards do and how they go about it. I was certainly not threatening you I was however very much warning you, It may have seemed like my warning was intimidation and there could well have been a reason for that. despite being warned myself I took a laissez-faire attitude to the possibility and I paid for it! I also saw a friend and fellow researcher Dean Warwick who had just told me " I think this lecture could be my swan song" murdered on stage not five feet away from me. No I'm not threatening you, you are being threatened but certainly not by me! I like the fun approach but its no fun when your life gets ripped apart around you and that's just what they do ... assuming all the usual knots and bows haven't worked that is. This isn't fun .. IMHO  Its a war and the free energy aspect is one field of conflict. I know there are deaths and casualties in war, Some like Dean balanced those odds and bravely charged anyway. We Prof are little more than an optimistic militia and you have already pointed out the weapons and wealth (all our real wealth)  controlled by tptb. whilst no one has done significant damage to tptb ... yet, they are weakening. It is not simply the Intimidation nor is it only multi billion dollar exotic systems  that are 'locked away'. In fact if you keep researching where you are Prof my crystal ball tells me you'll be all over a very viable system very soon.
No its rather how to prosecute this war effectively. Perhaps your friend or mine could have made the price the slave owners paid much dearer ? certainly trying to broadcast information directly onto the www is well guarded, as are forums, until you learn to read 'hint and sign' that is. I was alluding to this subject when I opened .. do we really need another ..
This topic is specifically about intimidation and what can be done about it ... I suggest attack is the best form of defence , If you must prostitute what you have ... sell it dear
had Stan Mayer instead of driving about in a bug with H2O emblazoned  on it . quietly produced the spark plug and converted 2000  cars .. it would be a different tale.
Mayer knew the score he had a good idea of the risks

He knew who was really running things ... he knew how they worked

he knew he was a 'dead man walking' .... Stans first moves were to patent well out of the USA why ? because of the legal implication of " the information is officially transmitted out of the area of jurisdiction"  There are things that can be done to combat Intimidation, other than ignore the issue,  .... As Stan did you can make it very costly for tptb to 'neutralize' you, Its possible to do such collateral damage tptb can't fully recover the situation ... In a hundred years time people will still know who Stan Mayer was and the part he played . a good solder, he did his duty.If he had made 2000 cars .. tptb would still have still silenced him, the cars, and all the people. The damage to tptb would have been huge.
Me threaten you ? no! to advise you and more importantly other readers,  that you are threatened, (we all are)that intimidation is very real assuming you have avoided the almost automatic 'military service only' , and so you really really do absolutely need to research how to organise your attack. its far to late after the event. You see above Mike Comments he was obliged to take an ex gratia payment of £75,000 probably the bitterest money he ever handled I would suggest .. and I might add there's a trail of damage behind that. The same might be said of Robert Adams and Aspen same trick ..Its pretty typical I'm afraid it gives these horrid bastards a very thin framework to try and hang legitimacy on, the full weight of the law and the state can then be applied to YOU .. cause your so special 'bless'
I call that intimidation too !( but just call me picky if you want) strange that doesn't work if you've taken a $10 provisional patent out in other countries ... after all how can you possibly be held responsible for something you no longer have control of?

the real reasons for suppression and intimidation:

from: http://gvinstitute.org/newenergy/

In the 2008 recording I created, posted to the top of this page, I stress that real reasons the Revolutionary Energy and Transportation Solutions have been suppressed include;
a) They do not permit the centralized control of markets and national economies and governments to anything like the degree the centrally-managed fossil fuel and nuclear fission technologies permit
b) nor do they offer key status quo parties anything like the huge ongoing profit-and-tax revenue streams they're addicted and feel entitled to, nor similar levels of key political and social influence.

PS - don't know of any that exist at present.

Not my site.  I just found the "real reasons" to make sense after a basic economics class (finishing the semester this week).

"Limited use" devices do not appear to attract much attention.   Take the Methernitha device, for example. No one has silenced them or stolen their devices.  Of course they are not sharing the knowledge of how they work, but the point is that they claim to have working devices and no one is bothering them.  They tried t scale to device up to 20kw (as I recall) and it didn't work.   They then stated that that the devices could not be scaled up that far.  So, you might run some lights or appliances, but not a car or a city from these devices.  There is no anti-gravity or weight-loss properties reported to accompany these devices.  Same goes for the group in Mexico with the devices that Hendershot showed them how to make.

Compare these to Moray, Steven Mark, Stephan Marinov, Energia Celeste, and others with more potential.

As for the SMOT, I knew a man in Florida many years ago who made a working magnetic motor that ran continuously once started.  He used it to drive a generator and power his home.   It was large, a couple hundred pounds, with magnets and a wooden frame.  He wrote a letter to some defense organization, as the story goes.  They came for a look and he didn't hear from them again, but shortly after their visit, the motor was stolen right out of his home.  He still has a small working example, built from a CD drive, on his desk where he works that he claims has been running for several years lighting a small bulb.  He is afraid to rebuild his large motor, taking the theft as a warning.  Anyway, he told me how it worked and it is very simple.  He devised a clever way to shield the magnets and then unshield them with very little work.   Essentially a magnetic field pulsing system where you move the field vectors rather than heavy magnets by shutting the field on and off mechanically.

EDIT: I can share the "trick" if anyone wants to build one.

I have not talked to him in years and the last time I did he had zero interest in developing his motor further.  He had no doubts that it will work, but feared the suppression aspect.

The "trick" as he called it is very simple.   Basically, you need to shield (or cap) the magnetic flux and then unshield it at the right time, but use very little energy (work) to shield and unsheild.  So, after several failed attempts at sliding a high mu plate across the face of a magnet, he had the novel idea to reduce the friction.  He made a small cup in the plate with a drill (like when it just starts to cut) and put a ball in the cup, held between the face of the magnet and the plate.  The plate now slides across the face of the magnet without actually touching it, and the ball rolls on the magnet face, under the plate.  He used a small solenoid to actuate the plate, but just to move it, not hold it, so the solenoid is on-off very fast.

That's the basic principle.  The rest is like a pulse motor, but you turn the flux on and off electro-mechanically, with much less current than a conventional coil requires.  Al Franceour (spelling?) shared a design for a variable reluctance generator many years ago.  That type of generator might be adapted to this method.

A test of the principle is if you can move the shield with less energy than you get when the flux changes.

Hi Grumpy – first I apologise for the amount of media content , I really wanted to highlight points here,  you reference the causes of the intimidation as opposed to the question asked which is basically, what to do about it. I guess your right and a look at why and who and the economics is useful, You correctly identify some of the pressure points whilst omitting some I think are important . First be under no apprehension what so ever that free at point of assess energy machines exist .. by the thousand. Here is Dr Greer giving testimony to that fact . We have had the technology to take ET home for years and years.

The whys of the matter are rather more down to Greed and Empire, The perception swings as you move through the pages of history and anyway as Stalin said regarding his Mass murders "who cares Its the victors who write the history books" Normally that would be the case however for tptb the advent of the  computer proved an unexpected exception to that maxim. The web has  allowed the winners, the losers and the also rans to write the History and when they do It can make very uncomfortable reading, I have written on the subject of the causes of intimidation before and luckily that's retrievable (even if dated) I wrote this .. The downfall of America is not a very nice prospect particularly as it will bring everything crashing down behind it .
I happen to be British but obviously fall under the same empire like it or not. Here then regarding the impending doom which I start to consider is totally unavoidable because the system is founded on lies and deception so here then is my (perhaps wrong view of the causes) And the principle architects  I first suspect that like the British public before them Americans have got totally confused with the "American Empire" history records that at the height of empire the British public lived in dire conditions ergo the empire is nothing what so ever to do with the population .
The population are sorry to say for the most part unknowing dupes . Cannon fodder to keep the cap stones in place. It seems to me that any real wealth is being moved east at a huge rate of knots. It looks rather like all that will remain is promissory notes for liable debt. Which promise the bearer misery and starvation.
I guess Its an energy forum and I'd like to tie that to the dollar, the empire , and its inevitable and rapid destruction and planned replacement ... after all you may see a way out, which I cant.
First I think for all the Smarmy talk and diplomatic diatribe this is Tricky Dicky on behalf of the American people .. welshing on Its debts and internationally arranged obligations in a way that Greece for instance or Spain cannot do in the present day.

Tricky being one of a long list of odious lying smarmy criminals picked for the 'ring masters job' the lies are well written and rehearsed allow me to translate some of this short spiel.
The international speculator's in this case was the French government who needed to fund their social services ... and by far the biggest economy meant .. Biggest debt in the world and very complicated means up yours suckers And temporary means if you suckers buy this crap ... till hell freezes over . A pillar of international currency  ;D ;D I wont even bother translating that ... washed out with soap , comes to mind.
What then could possibly induce anyone to buy this useless currency of a bankrupt nation backed only by lies represented by a slime ball who could slither under a closed door with his top hat on ?
It was IMHO the slight of hand and trickery of Kissinger here explained in a short series of video's which I hope you can take the time to watch. these are nearly 10 years old .. and so I'm sorry If I'm preaching to the converted.

So Its blatant and obvious that the "American empire and the ruling class have arranged a skewed system founded on a dollar which is tied by trickery lies and sleight of hand to energy.
The problem is energy is freely available I have proved it many times to myself and so have many others on this forum ... Hence the brick wall that researchers encounter regarding "free energy" If free energy were introduced today the Dollar would be worthless tomorrow most of the worlds currencies would follow .. that became obvious watching the recent debt ceiling fiasco which only seems to have moved the USA further down the credibility rankings anyway.
China is buying huge parts of the USA and Europe and of course the currency.
I have no doubt in due course. When the elite have finished extracting all the real wealth and moving it east these "assets" will be dumped on the market. The result "a new empire same emperors. .. no doubt after a huge bloody conflict of some sort.
After all the total population of the puny USA doesn't even make up the census "error factor" of China.
assume I have the information that allows a simple 5kw power source should it be released ?
Its not even really a case of should it .. I'd be brown bread before it came to market! Many paid Nay sayers and sceptics patrol forums and the the web their job is obvious.
If a 200 year supply of oil, (even taking into  account population growth and expansion)  were discovered on American soil would there be great national celebrations and street parties ? Guess what .. It happened, Here's the result

At the moment the question seems rather like asking release your machine?  Do you want the world system to  collapse today or tomorrow? How badly do you want you or your family damaged ?
I must confess I didn't really grasp the significance of "The debt ceiling" anyway surly with this rotten skewed system America could just roll the presses any time it wants anyway and print some more paper. everyone else has to pay for by the barrel load ? Oops I forgot the federal bank isn't an organ of the state ... is it?
I'm afraid the whole health Industry is corrupted too. pretty much world wide . Starting with Hoxey .. Rife and on down the line.
So it seems to me America is going down the pan taking a lot of innocents with it.  It has a system you see built on lies and trickery. Its obvious that sooner or later the "truth will out" Especially a truth this size, IMHO  The sooner the better.
Strangely Its not really an American issue at all although the very recent chapters of the saga have played out on American soil . Alex Jones gives a pretty good overview in this documentary .. Its still all evil, lies, trickery , greed and enslavement I'm afraid

As you clearly see I hope Grumpy Its not really a "energy" issue if it wasn't energy then it would be air , or water ,food or any other of life's essentials, Its obviously a very radical change in the way we humans treat each other and the rewards due for helping fellow humans as we go about life.
These people who have tricked and manoeuvred the free evolution of humanity certainly need bringing to book and stripping of all the wealth they have stolen. Free energy however isn't the issue the issue is .. The right for free energy to be developed amongst a free humanity who are prepared to defend each others rights to do so.
Education ? Do you think that might help Grumpy ? They'll teach you what they want you to know

Consumption ..  as far as America is concerned .. spending other peoples wealth on things they haven't earned and don't deserve or really need, In regard of a totally bankrupted currency supported by oil and energy because of trickery and the Petro Dollar
This clock is kept rolling by old age pensioners in Spain and Greece eating pet food

Whilst African's in oil rich countries die of thirst and hunger. Tptb don't care less if you know or not , any more than an extortionist in Chicago cared less if the club owner knew he was an extortionist why should they? Its obvious anyway. They only cared that he 'paid up' and obeyed.
The bubble will bust its inevitable, tptb are moving their assets accordingly if you can't see where you must have blinkers on. The trouble is Tptb and their criminal friends the Bansters have discovered the wheeze works so well every countries been forced to have "a clock" . The extortionists heavies collect the dues.
That's the why pretty much .. at least as I see it, What to do about It is a much bigger and very different question and a lot more difficult to tackle. After all If every one, and every country is a debtor Grumpy, I wonder if you would be kind enough to ask your economics teacher .. where has all the real wealth gone?

Thanks for sharing this "trick" of moving the magnetic shield, Grumpy!

QuoteI have not talked to him in years and the last time I did he had zero interest in developing his motor further.  He had no doubts that it will work, but feared the suppression aspect.

Here then we have another example of suppression/ intimidation.

Let me say about my own efforts in the freedom energy arena.  Fact is, I have lost motivation to do actual experiments or tests almost entirely over the past months.  Elements of a light-water electrolysis system have been sitting on my bench for months - no experiments.  (No Davey-bell experiments for a long time.)  Likewise a MOT that Chet sent me is sitting - sorry Chet, I just can't find the "oomph" to wire it up.  I'll send it back to you if you'd like.

I have played with some small motors built by Slider -- very tiny power consumption which is fun, but certainly NOT ou.  I may also look more at the SMOToy if I can get off my duff.  That's just a toy, very small scale.  Haven't seen more than one "loop" yet!

I did enjoy the ICCF-18 conference last July -- listening to others' research.  The transmutation data looks very strong IMO (Iwamura et al).  But I'm not in a position to replicate that.

Perhaps my lack of motivation since about February 2013 (as I think back) has to do with factors being discussed here.  I'm giving more attention to family lately, grand-kids.  And I'm a praying man - and I just don't feel the drive to do significant energy tests anymore. Finances quite tight now...  Also my health has been faltering, weakness and muscle cramping... with trouble sleeping to boot.  My wife is worried... (IT's 2:18 am as I write, and my right thumb can't feel the space bar.)  Seeing doctors, not sure what the problem is...  No, I don't think "tptb" are doing this to me...  But I am very tired a lot.  Falling asleep sitting, with food in my mouth, sheesh!

Sorry.  That's the way it is...  I hope some will carry on.

Thanks, Duncan.   I slept pretty well for about 4.5 hours straight so I'm feeling a bit more chipper this morning.

Perkins - very interesting and informative from and insider who became a whistleblower.  Part 1 at 10 minute mark talks about the petrodollar- very important to understand.

Thanks for the videos Duncan.  I can't view them at work, but will view them later.

I think that even the explanations of power and greed do not explain all of the reasons for suppression, and we may never know the real ones.  Just like in the X-Files series, the real reasons were to protect the population from aggressive aliens.

Education helps even if they teach you what they want you to know.  When you know how to "learn", you can learn on your own, but you need a foundation to start with.

As for how to fight suppression, be it by TPTB or others:

You should stay anonymous, but most people have already ruined that route for themselves.  Many suppressed individuals also sought to get rich and/or famous.  Giza Korcsmaros remained relatively quiet, and the rest of his group remained anonymous.  Spherics also appears to have followed this route, as he mentioned "we" several times, but who makes up the "we" is never divulged.

For several years Steven Marks had no issues with any authorities, as he was relatively unknown to them.

Use tactics that enhance speed, like:
Guerrilla warfare is a form of irregular warfare in which a small group of combatants such as armed civilians or irregulars use military tactics including ambushes, sabotage, raids, petty warfare, hit-and-run tactics, and extraordinary mobility to fight a larger and less-mobile traditional army.

Notice that I underlined "mobility".  How fast could someone release information on the internet and to non-mainstream media?  They couldn't stop Edward Snowden.  Sure they scared him out of the country, but the damage was done.  Now, what if an anonymous group did something like that?  I suppose they will eventually find you, as so few people are truly anonymous, but it will take a long time, and by the time they do, the damage is done and the information is out there.

Spherics claimed to have and to have made several devices.  He had no problems with authorities until he posted a video of a working device, then they came for a scare-visit, and he stated later that showing proof is what gets their attention.  Keep in mind though that he probably worked on a team that developed the devices and was therefore already known to the authorities.

One problem is that the well of information is so poisoned that few will believe a device is real and take it at face value.

If you can document everything and outrun TPTB, you might stand a chance, but I also accept the possibility that you can't outrun them and significant risk is involved.

So the Model is Altruism,no benefit expected or implied.

A hard thing to stop ,and for the most part it has not been a problem for TPTB everybody usually is in it for money
and that infrastructure is completely theirs to run.

thx

Great Grumpy I can deal with that .. even though I disagree with a portion, to be a bit more specific this portion -
'anonymous'
you consider it an advantage ? I'm not at all convinced of that , people who are named  ' fuggle ball bag' (for instance) and then  simply disappear , who knows who they were, what they believe, never mind what they intended or what they did ?
If you Grumpy are an alternative energy researcher then its surly a very proud thing to be ? Why the hell should you think ... or even be inclined to think you have to hide it ?
Why ever should you not be able to say.. I am Michael J Nummerley (for Instance)I live here .. I do this. And I'm proud of it! And I think this that or the other ? .. and I do it because it's right ? Why is an AKA needed at all ?
As Jim Tucker said in end game "Evil is done in the dark Good things are in the sun light, So In regard of anonymity Grumpy I don't think ... I'm in agreement... perhaps if a free energy forum were kicked into operation where each member had to make a full CV available to the other members ... well a lot crap would be In "box 13' and most opposition tactics would be neutralised, It also often crosses my mind (and perhaps its a touch of paranoia)  that anything I have on a hard drive connected to the internet Isn't secure. I am fairly certain that if tptb actually want that information regardless of how safe and anonymous I think I may be its an illusion and they simply take it. I also strongly suspect they can quickly identify you , your address, and if they so wish probably know more about you than you do yourself in hours. I suggest what you think makes you safer actually makes you very Isolated and vulnerable.   I'm quite happy to openly ' be me' .. however  an agent and  tptb isn't .. In fact cant be , they must operate in "secret societies" and snuffle about behind closed doors. Just as you saw the 'real world rulers' doing in 'The end game' I hate to draw this to your attention but .. you don't have to hide, there is no reason you should even start to think you have to hide, Its the inclination that makes you think you have to hide that's the danger. We each start to convince ourself s we are guilty. The whole thing is subtly reversed ... we start being furtive.
Its cunning isn't it ? Safety if you surrender your identity ? I advise we think about that Grumpy ..  why not Shout very loudly who we are, what we stand for , we are doing nothing wrong .. in fact if you wish to believe the official steaming heap of propaganda ..  we are a great asset contesting global warming hunting alternative energy sources.
Grumpy .. I love your logic and consideration but in the POW camps of WW2 the cry of humanity was .. recognition. I was this person , I endured this, I wrote this poetry . It certainly was not to be anonymous, It was  .. we, us, this, happened..record this..
so now I guess we edge toward the subject .. what to do about intimidation ? hide? Well history records .. that hasn't worked :-[
Still Grumpy I can agree to disagree and your at school learning stuff and I haven't been there for .. oh an age .. such an age , and I'm still  happy to learn , O0  still I see no harm in saying .. I'm Bill/Fred / Bert .. I live here , this is what I do , and this is what I believe, and if you don't like that .. so be it
Indeed a free energy forum where full address and contact details with a full CV and verifiable references with full face photo ect was required in order for members to join, would IMHO really throw the cat amongst the pidgins. But now we get to the "what to do about it" Its a different question and a lot more complex.

Those home land guy's have their brains in their pumped up muscles, just look at them. Here in Spain last week they just passed some new laws about demonstrating and filming police etc etc, with fines of 600,000 euros yes you read me right on the fine. A few days later after a lot of aggro they reduced the fine to 60,000 euros and 2 years in prison

The filming of the police came about after 8 or 9 police beat up to death "murder in my book" an innocent man in Barcelona in November, and it looks like the whole thing will be covered up.

The world is sick I am sorry to say

Did you every watch the movie "The Shawshank Redemption"?  Did Andy tell the whole world that he was slowly chipping his way through the prison wall, or that he was going to take the wardens stolen money after he reported him to authorities?  No.  He never said a word about it, not even to his friends.  Then when the time came, he executed his plan perfectly.

Maybe "anonymous" was a bad choice of words.  I should have used "discreet".

OK -- do they control the BRICS nations?  I think less power/control there.  And thus, there is still hope that a device could come forth from one of the BRICS (or Islam) nations.

Possible example, although I'm certainly not endorsing this one:

Here's another QMoGen. This one is from Russia. They appear to be in production and for sale.

They list a 2 kW system for sale for 60,000 Rubles (~$1,806 USD); and a 5 kW system for sale for 100,000 Rubles (~$3,010 USD).

The demo video shows the system powering an angle grinder (~1 kW) and a grinder / sharpener (~200 W).

Deggory from Singapore brought this to my attention.

I can only speculate on the inner workings of our system of control and how it operates between countries.   There appears to be suppression on a world-wide scale.   Although energy companies benefit, I don't think they are responsible, often blamed perhaps, but not responsible.  No, I think there is a much larger problem than just oil companies can explain.

Maybe the leaders of the world got together and made few decisions not to openly divulge the technology, openly use it, and to not allow it to be used - for some unknown reasons.

I was told that the devices can run-away with catastrophic results.  Imagine that in the wrong hands.

EDIT:

Then there is the earthquake inducing effect, and the tornado inducing effect to deal with.   The AVEC and TPU do not have these effects, as I understand them, since they use a toroidal vortex motion rather than a planar vortex motion.

I was told an interesting story several years ago about a bunch people in the 1980's that made these ring-generators, planar vortex version.  One of them put the ring on his roof (no idea why), and a tornado developed in the sky above and destroyed the house.

You note very well the level of control .. Its also clear that that you agree they suppress any alternative energy machine. That they have billions to spend on anything is obvious now the system is exposed. So agreed they do not want free energy in the hands of the great unwashed just at the moment. They will quite soon when conditions are right.
So to monitor and control free energy progress obviously paid agents are going to watch and infiltrate all alternative energy forums. Most appearing as ' hale-fellow-well-met ' whilst undermining the work of honest members, of course introducing doubt and slightly twisting theories. Calling everything a scam , and towing the official line.
It takes a long  time to sort the excrement out, traps have to be set, after all an agent isn't much good if the guy's instantly detectable is he? So here's a quite important question .. what do you consider the infiltration and corruption level of this particular  forum ?  What % of paid agents are 'members' watching the few and leading them up the garden path? P.J Kelly was of the opinion that in the case of OU.com the Rot was possibly as high as 70%. This of course is also a form of intimidation.

I imagine "they" are hiding under your bed at this very moment, lol, however the reality I have seen is very different. First the illusion of competence in government and military agencies is as false as your little rant at the machine. My guess would be 90% are mostly under-educated underachievers at best because I have dealt with hundreds of people in this area. The fact is when you talk to these people there is a first impression of control and intelligence but this is simply due to their training much like talking to a parrot and there is not much of real substance in them. I see this all the time and it is kind of comical to be honest because when the shit hits the fan in a context outside their training they usually have no idea what to do... that's when they call me.

In any case we all feel that we lack control in our lives and we all like to blame someone else for our troubles. Almost everyone has these feelings in this day and age because we are bombarded with advertising and media hype and we feel we are losing our freedom. Personally I'm still a farmer at heart and I do whatever the hell I want within reason, if I want to build a grid tie wind turbine I do it and I don't need to ask anyone for permission. If I want a new water well I drill one and again I don't need to ask anyone for permission and if they think I need to then they can kiss my ass. Basically I have opted out of the BS promoted by people who believe they should lose their freedom for the illusion of safety. No offence but I think the "modern" generation needs to grow a set of goddam balls and start acting like men again instead of whining about how persecuted they feel. Me, I'm going to continue my research as I see fit and share it with whomever I want whenever I want and if someone has a problem with that then I will deal with it.

the only problem for them is all the seperate autonomous TPTB teams with all different agendas and there own special interests ....

It's impossible to know, but I doubt 70% of OU forum members are agents.  I base this on my assumption that there is no need for that many.  Does it really matter how many there are?  Like the "agents" in the Matrix, they can be anyone.

I agree with the possible agent part. The percentage is probably that or higher. What I disagree with is which may be identified as agents. My opinion is the agents are the ones constantly repeating the same old stuff or just placing a twist on it so serious folks will be misdirected into wasting time, money and effort.

When enough information, not already explained by conventional science, is provided, the project may be intriguing enough to look into. There are a couple of ideas on this site which I consider having some possibilities. There are none on OU.com. That site turned into a garbage bin full of misinterpreted results and inaccurate or totally incorrect measurement methods by folks convinced by mysticism only identified so because they need the magic of the unknown.
If you tell them why something happens and explain it using conventional science the shock of the magic evaporating sets them off into all directions.

I'm looking for the magic only so I can demystify and apply it.

70% or higher seems unrealistic, to me anyways. I dont think there is that much action for that much redundancy for each site :D ;).

But I would say they are out there.  Lets say that so far 'nobody' has ever had nor seen an actual OU device, ever. I could see that 'they' would still be here and there, for that just in case moment.  :D  Paranoia. And they gots it bad.  8) ;D

Of all the subjects here and there, does anyone here have any experience with threads disappearing, possibly because they are onto a possible touchy subject?  Not me not yet. So I wonder if any of it so far has anything to do with OU, if it exists.
It could be possible that as long as 'we' dont lay it all out on the line, and not put working vids up with diagrams and schematics, everything is oky doky.  :-\

I loose a bit of interest in a subject of a newly presented idea almost right off the bat if spoon feeding is required, or an announcement of a later date to be shown. And what a way of getting possibly pinched before the complete idea is out there, supposedly as in intended. C.C   I believe a working device that is intended to be truly open sourced, should have all info packed and ready to deliver to MANY others and NOW.  lol   But it seems like most all claims require people to wait and linger and wonder, when will it ever end!!!! It always ends. Its just not good. ;) So far. ;)

Oh, I don't think the agents are paid or have any official backing. Their payment is just the pleasure of seeing how easy it is to misdirect and exercise some level of control over others.

Surely, there are a very few who check into claims appearing to have some validity but I doubt they would waste any time on nut-case web forums.

Be very aware:
QuoteOn 25 July 1928: "Since Alfred Hubbard worked with Tesla for a short period, it seems likely that his transformer is based on [information from] Tesla." [Especially since Hubbard failed to build his generator to match the load he put on it in his public boating demo and Tesla is still the only one known "for having revealed the physical laws underlying it."]

An eighteen foot boat, propelled by a thirty-five-horse power electric motor, which obtained its current from the Hubbard coil, was driven about Portage Bay on Lake Union. Among those who witnessed the demonstration was a well-known local capitalist, the inventor's father,William H. Hubbard, and a Post Intelligencer reporter.

Shortly after Hubbard's exoneration, the Detroit Free Press ran a story on 25 July 1928 with a banner headline "Engine Works, Needs No Gas Nor Any Other Fuel - Whirling of Globe May Be Utilized for Driving Planes, Automobiles and Other Machinery at High Speeds."

The new "fuelless motor" had been designed by one Lester Jennings Hendershot of West Elizabeth, Pennsylvania, and successfully tested at Selfridge Army Airfield outside Detroit in a demonstration witnessed by the world-famous aviator Charles Lindbergh, who testified that the motor worked.

****************************** ****************************** **************** ****************************** *****************************
In July 1973 a former resident of Seattle then living in Houston, Texas, wrote to the Post Intelligencer to inquire whether it had published any additional data on Hubbard since the appearance of the articles in the 1920s. In answer to this query, Don Carter, a staff reporter, wrote a follow-up story, dated 16 July 1973 and headlined

"Saga of a Boy Inventor and His Mystery Motor."

Carter hints that the Hubbard invention was remanded to oblivion by officialdom.

Alfred Hubbard Persecution "As the Texas reader remembers it," he wrote, "the marvelous invention was quickly squelched by the federal government, which wisely acted to prevent the manufacture and sale of this static electric generator to avert a national financial panic."

Carter also dug up the fact that, after making a trip to Washington, D.C., to press for a patent on his device, Hubbard was indicted for using his talents to produce and operate radio transmitters over which rumrunners out of Canadian territory were advised, during Prohibition, when and where it was safe to land their boats and offload contraband liquor. He was cleared of this charge by a federal jury in 1928.

While the device has been patented, the claims for it are so broad that Hubbard says he does not feel safe in making public his secret. In general, he says, it is made up of a group of eight electro-magnets, each with primary and secondary windings of copper wire, which are arranged around a large steel core. The core likewise has a single winding. A coil thus constructed, he says, is lifeless until given an initial impulse. This is done by connecting the ends of its windings for a fraction of a second to an ordinary [two words unreadable R.L.R.] -ing circuit, he says.

Right on time... May 12, 1932

The kidnapping of Charles Augustus Lindbergh, Jr., the son of famous aviator Charles Lindbergh and Anne Morrow Lindbergh, was one of the most highly publicized crimes of the 20th century. The 20-month-old toddler was abducted from his family home in East Amwell, New Jersey on the evening of March 1, 1932.[1] Over two months later, on May 12, 1932, his body was discovered a short distance from the Lindberghs' home in neighboring Hopewell Township.[2] A medical examination determined that the cause of death was a massive skull fracture.

After an investigation that lasted more than two years, Bruno Richard Hauptmann was arrested and charged with the crime. In a trial that was held from January 2 to February 13, 1935, Hauptmann was found guilty of murder in the first degree and sentenced to death. He was executed by electric chair at the New Jersey State Prison on April 3, 1936, at 8:44 in the evening. Hauptmann proclaimed his innocence to the end. ****************************** ****************************** **************** ****************************** *****************************
Coincidence? Lindbergh had lots of capital and would not be stopped. Unless something really life wrenching.

I may be wrong, but I have gotten the impression that they don't really bother you unless you become a problem.  Seems to be some protocol that they don't just harass everyone that makes a claim, or even says the right words.  show proof though and they have all they need to make a move on you.

That being said, 9/10ths of suppression claims are probably drama-queen bullshit, and other ploys by the accuser.

If you want to change the way things are, start by getting into the "game".  This requires planning, knowledge, discretion, and luck.

Hello, I just talked to the inventor on phone and he said please take the announcement that he is ready for sales off your peswiki for now, He already went to jail in october, now released. But He is not ready for sales outside his city, He says its very dangerous to mess with the amount of energy of earths electromagnetic field and wishes to test a bit more. Please do remove announcement for sales

Peswiki says it will not remove the announcement, but will include a caveat that sales outside the city are not going forward.

Quoting from above:
QuoteThe device requires a small amount of initial input power to start some kind of sensor rolling, which then produces over-unity power.  The device looks small, which means it could be used for vehicular power, as well as residential power.  They advertise it can be used in either roll, as well as an industrial power source.  The site claims the input power needed to run it is around 2% of its output power.

They have several sizes of the generator.  The smallest prototype they built is capable of generating 12.1 kw of power, with a load of 6000 watts, using only 21 watts input energy.  The prototype unit weighs 1.5 kg measuring 20x30x15 cm.  The average home needs around 15 kw of power.

The product looks legit.  If this is for real, it will replace Dark Wallet as the second most important creation in the history of man, behind Bitcoin of course.  The petro-dollar will surely topple in the face of this invention.

Asking for attention by tptb?  what a brash comment: "The petro-dollar will surely topple in the face of this invention."

It may have to do with how greed/corporations have prostituted science. In the past a real scientist would make a real discovery and publish or fully disclose the discovery in it entirety for all to judge for the betterment of mankind. however this is not what happens today is it?, they lock the discovery down with multiple patents and never disclose the real discovery. Then they seek psychotic investors who's only goal is to dominate the industry as this is the goal of all corporations... to generate maximum profits.

Should we let some self-indulgent egomaniac and his psychotic investors create more and more Mega-corporations which would put a strangle hold on whole sectors of technology?. To be honest I think most get exactly what they deserve because not one single person to date in this field of technology has had the integrity to fully disclose there discovery for the betterment of mankind.

We are our own worst enemy, we know this intuitively and we are simply waiting for one good man or woman to do the right thing. If I had to guess i would say a younger person will rediscover what is already known and take in viral. They will do it not for money, power or fame but simply because they can and it is the right thing to do ... integrity.

Unfortunately most people have zero understanding of the AC grid system however having worked in a 160 MW power plant I may have learned a thing or two.
First here in Alberta, Canada the electrical utility has been deregulated, this means the Power Generators and the Power Distributors (line services) must be separate. Now I buy my electrical energy through a Co-op or REA by contract and these are the people who own, operate and maintain the regional power lines/grid. They in turn buy power from Power Generators on my behalf and distribute that power to me. The REA also charges me line or distribution fee's because they are the ones who perform maintenance on the regional power grid.

Now in the article they are basically saying --  "They should be paying to distribute the surplus electricity.". Well no these people are delusional because the consumer is already paying for line services through their distribution fee's. It makes absolutely no difference whether we consume or produce power because the power lines have always been a two way street. Then they say we are freeriders on the system, are these people insane?, no we are not freeriders because we have always been paying distribution fee's in one form or another and it is we who have paid for all the maintenance performed on the distribution lines.

So the issue is very simple, if anyone is billed a distribution fee and everyone is in one form or another then they are entitled to consume or produce power. To imply it would cost more just because the Energy in a distribution line is moving in the opposite direction shows a complete lack of understanding in my opinion.

I would agree with Ion in that Hubbard's supposed work is a Rabbit Hole, you will spend countless hours speculating and then end up right back where you started...maybe wearing a dress :D. I would suggest any serious free-energy researcher run in the opposite direction towards the work of T.H.Moray or Victor Schauberger. These men were giants because they laid out the foundation of their work and had a working premise. The premise is simple -- where is the Energy and how do we get it?, without this it amounts to little more than groping about in the dark in my opinion.

Hi Everybody,

I do agree with Prof. Jones. No need to to irritate the PTBs. (PTWs(?))

BTW(?), if you like English humour, you can 'You_Tube':
Monty Python's how to irritate people
---------------
I had the Nilson_Barbosa's patent "WO2013104042A1" translated in English by Google.
The translation sounds correct. I 'rewrote' (page setting) it. It is here:
http://freenrg.info/4OUR_F/WO2013104042A1-C3.html

More easy to read. Not still corrected. The Emphasis are mine.
I have not yet studied it.
Of course, it is just a bl' pending patent. Claiming 'OU' between the lines.
So, I do not expect that it is possible to reproduce this device from this patent even if it is genuine...
It should exist some undisclosed recipe(s)/secret(s).

I'm just wondering why these persons spend money to  register patents?

IMO, it is another version of the Kapanadze device.
---------------------
I'm not a Scientist.

According to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steam_engine
"In 1781 James Watt patented a steam engine that produced continuous rotative motion."

According to  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicolas_L%C3%A9onard_Sadi_Carnot
"When Carnot began working on his book, steam engines had achieved widely recognized economic
and industrial importance, but there had been no real scientific study of them".
------------
Carnot did not invent the machine but wrote a book:
"Reflections on the Motive Power of Fire"

So, in this case (and not only in this case) the theory came after the invention.
No?

Hi Prof. Jones,

'TK'?  Do you also mean "Nikola Tesla" backward spelled (ALSETALOKIN)?

Putting things/words "backward/inversed" is, IMO, a black magic trick...

I'm still wondering whether this ALSETALOKIN's "whipmag" was a fake or not?
Anybody have some clue?

If this is the same 'TK', I was not aware that he invented something clearly claimed 'OU'...
Of course, I respect his creativity and his knowledge...

I have noticed that grounding some JT-Like circuit can, indeed, slightly improve its efficiency (10-15% ?).

I used to be involved with the whipmag at fizzx.org.  Was .com then changed.

Nobody really knows for sure. Nobody ever got one working in replication as far as I know.

Tk was working at a lab at the time. He said he had shown his boss the whipmag working and said he was impressed. Some time after that, he was showing slow motion vids done with a special camera showing the relationships between rotor mags and rotating stators while running. He also said that of the many magnets he had for the build, only a few worked, and others of the same batch didnt. Then there was stator bearing issues also. Of all the bearings I used, not all worked the same. Whether it was the grease inside that was different, or even with all grease removed, not all dry bearings are the same, even of the same batch. Tk used a high quality bike chain oil in his. I removed all grease and worked them with graphite. here is a vid of graphite worked bearings.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iSTfFIetYPY

It was probably the most replicated device ever when it comes to magnet motors.

The Idea man behind it was OC.  I heard that he died some time back.  He had the idea, and TK built upon it but a bit different than the original thoughts, then made the vid.  It was taken down pretty quickly after posting.

Ive never seen TK pull any stunts. he is usually very straight forward with such things.  So there is a possibility that it worked and was shut down.  He disappeared for a while, then had shown a vid of a disassembling of the motor and dumping it all in the garbage. :o

From there, he only claimed it to be non ou, but never reveals it as a fake. Never. ;)  There were times where he would say in recent years, "I know of one OU device." But never says what device. ;)

There is a very good reason why most all interesting video's are removed shortly after posting on youtube. First you get an email or call saying certain parties are interested in what your doing. Then contact is made and the interested parties start talking money and NDA's. They tell you the technology is worthless unless it can be patented and controlled within a corporation to generate maximum profits. Which gets the inventor thinking... hmm maybe I shouldn't give it away and the video is removed by the inventor.

Talk to any one of them and ask them why they removed their video's. I think you will find 99% of them received an offer they could hardly refuse. You see it's easy to talk about integrity when it is never challenged however I have only met a few honest souls who have had the integrity to just say no, I won't be bought.

That 'could' be the case. But nothing is confirmed in any way. Tinsel/Tk at times says he doesnt have the money to do some projects, so not sure what the case may be. The original vid went very quick, like less than a day I believe. But copies were made in that time. Then there were the slowmo vids, copies again.  Im not sure whats left out there, havnt looked much lately.

I had only done a few vids on the subject back then.

If you watch the TK vid, the stator(diametric magnet on a bearing) that he is flicking, is being flicked in reverse of gear wise. it is what they called anti gear wise  AGW.  Its a strange thing to encounter.  But here is a vid I did on that subject.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mrnfwmk0ZA

The stators needed to be fairly close to the rotor to get AGW.  But here I had shown the ability to make a longer distance connection between rotor and stator, by using a stationary diametric mag between the 2.  ;)

Lots of fun the whip was..   I just may get back into that one day.

Hey Steve

Nice work.  ;)  You might want to replace the second rotor with a pickup coil and also have another pickup coil to keep track of the drive rotor also. Place the pickups so a scope sees them in phase.  Then as you introduce the mumetal, you can see how much reduction you get  with the sheet in the way. Also, with the other pickup, using a scope to watch the pickups, I wonder if there is any phase difference happening with the mu between. Just a thought.  ;)

The metal might be so thin that it only shields some field. Like sunglasses. 8)  I wonder how mumetal would act as a core material. ??? :o :D ;D

I havnt used shielding. Once I was able to 'see' in my mind how fields exit and surround a magnet, using shields seem to be more of a field limiter rather than a directional guide. Also like Perendev, he uses tube shielding around the sides of cylinder magnets. This will usually suck a lot of the fields that was normally flowering out of the mags pole, and draw it toward the shield tube and give the fields a path to the opposite pole facing inward on the rotor. So most of the field is being wasted there.

I had seen some shielding in the past that was kind of interesting, But I have not come up with a good solid use of any yet.

We cant look at the poles of a magnet as beaming from the poles. Its more like a layered bubble, with field spanning out in all direction from the poles.  Now 1 style of magnet seems to have somewhat of a beaning effect, The sphere magnet.   They seem to reach out further from the face of the poles than others. Not sure why.

Very interesting invention.  Check this out, from the page you linked:

The inventor's reaction to the question whether his motor is a perpetual motion machine is somewhat resentful: "That is rubbish", he says. "There is no such thing". Mr. Engel is convinced that his machine uses the enormous energy which is inherent in quanta, those inconceivably small components of atoms which were first described by the physicist Max Planck in the early part of the last century. He therefore calls his machine an "quantum deviation apparatus". Somethings are still unclear, also for the inventor himself. Somewhere in Germany, a businessman has a second such motor at his company, which runs with 1200 RPM. The man called some days ago he says, and recounted that, when the motor was covered with an acrylic hood, its rotational speed diminished. Engel does not know the reason for this.

Any ideas on why this happens?

EDIT:
The concept is similar to the one used by James that I mentioned earlier, except that he turns fixed magnets on-off with a shield rather than rotating them.

Hi Experimenters,

What about replicating this Nilson Barbosa's device?
I mean: first building a mere 'proof of concept' small ('OU' or very efficient) apparatus.

All we are supposed to need, according to WO2013104043A1 (the patent quoted in the vid), are an:

'Electrons from space' trap. This is described(?) in the the patent application WO2013104041A1.
"Electromagnetic device for capturing free space electrons to generate electricity".

or an

'Electrons from earth' trap. This is described(?) in the the patent application WO2013104042A1.
"Electromagnetic device for capturing electrons from the ground to generate electricity".

I must confess, that, for me, these 2 patents are clear as mud. :-X
I also must confess that I'm *not* the the king of "OU" but I still have some motivations...
------------------
However a (real?) "OU" guy wrote this, in the OU dot com Forum:
-------------------
For the 'Electrons from earth' trap, a first idea might be (picture also from Ou dot com):

For electrons from space' trap you can consult "The Free Electrons Pump ( FEP v1.0)"
By Stefan Hartmann and Jean-Louis Naudin. Created on October 28th, 1999. Not so new....

http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/fep01.htm (http://jnaudin.free.fr/html/fep01.htm)
No 'OU' claimed here....

Salutations distinguées,
Jean

PS#1: I once heard about a (famous) person that was ship a very efficient device for testing.
The device was OK and functioning at the departure but, curiously, was botched and dismantled at the
(very late) arrival. The sender was also OK.
Amazing. No?

PS#2: TK or not TK that is a question...

Well it is electro mechanical, needs a battery to start it and after disconnect the battery, weighs quite a bit @ 80kg "heavier than me", does the noise tell us anything apart from there is a motor? it is 50hz so is there an inverter from 12v to 230v 50hz? or is there a generator!!! but the revolution noise is too slow for a generator head to create 230v @50hz. The case is only 2/3rd full so at that weight of 80kg there must be a lot of metal inside the rest of the box.

Can anyone else add to this? seems very interesting and quite elaborate for a hoax!

my 2 cents worth

Who is "they", really?  Is it our governments or are we supposed to blame them as part of something much larger?   I find it hard to believe that large corporations, or our divided word governments could orchestrate such a complete global suppression.

Who is the puppet master?

Did our government cut some deal to sell us out and keep us primitive without our consent?  Or are they afraid of something and wanting us to appear primitive while our technology catches up?

What happened when we orbited the moon?  Were we really warned to stay away?

My opinion is this:

If the governments have something along these lines they would hold it close so as to be one-up on all other countries and to prevent a worldwide economic collapse. If so, THEY should be figuring out how to make money from it and make it useful to all. Until they do, any free energy device is a definite threat to national and worldwide security.

I don't buy into the thought that corporations are suppressing anything unless they are doing the same as governments except just long enough to figure out how to make a buck from it. One would think something fantastic would have hit the marketplace by now.

I doubt the governments have free energy devices. If they do, they don't know it. Sure, they have all kinds of wonders. At least they did back in the 70's & 80's but none were free energy, AFAIK. Maybe there is a Warehouse 13 somewhere  ^-^

Brazil was mentioned somewhere as avoiding the petrodollar. They can do that only because they are raping the land to grow cane in order to produce alcohol for fueling vehicles. At least it is renewable. The final result will probably be a lower oxygen content for all to breathe.

I'm ranting again. Sorry.

The "change" that nearly all of us are wanting to
see is in the works - but it will not be brought
about by any of us.

The "Status Quo" is micro-managed by a small
group of people, perhaps not more than 500 total,
who have amassed great wealth and power over
nearly all of planet earth.  The few holdouts who
have resisted the AGENDA which leads to the New
Order of Control over the whole planet are presently
in the gunsights for elimination: namely Iran.

The People who've been massively deceived for
several decades have lost any power they may
have had in the past and are incapable of bringing
about any change in course.  The People are not
even capable of assuring that elections are honest
and fair as evidenced by the most recent presidential
elections in the U.S. since 2000.

We shall within the span of probably not more than a
decade future see who has been responsible for all
of the amazing technology we now enjoy and who are
also responsible for what we would call "overunity" or
"free energy."  It exists, to be sure, but none who pursue
it in the various forums have really a clue.  The very few
who've been permitted to see it manifest still have no
idea from whence it originates.

What is soon to come will boggle the mind...

Ben Rich Lockheed Skunk Works CEO had admitted in his Deathbed Confession that Extraterrestrial UFO visitors are real and the U.S. Military [can] travel among stars.

According to article published in May 2010 issue of the Mufon UFO Journal ...- Ben Rich, the "Father of the Stealth Fighter-Bomber" and former head of Lockheed Skunk Works, had once let out information about Extraterrestrial UFO Visitors Are Real And U.S. Military Travel To Stars

What he said might be new to many people today, but he revealed the information before his death in January 1995. His statements helped to give credence to reports that the U.S. military has been flying vehicles that mimic alien craft.

The article was written by Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

1 : "Inside the Skunk Works (Lockheed's secret research and development entity), we were a small, intensely cohesive group consisting of about fifty veteran engineers and designers and a hundred or so expert machinists and shop workers. Our forte was building technologically advanced airplanes of small number and of high class for highly secret missions."

2 : "We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do."

3 : "We now have the technology to take ET home. No, it won't take someone's lifetime to do it. There is an error in the equations. We know what it is. We now have the capability to travel to the stars. First, you have to understand that we will not get to the stars using chemical propulsion. Second, we have to devise a new propulsion technology. What we have to do is find out where Einstein went wrong."...

[John] Andrews was a close personal friend of "Skunk Works" CEO Ben Rich — the hand-picked successor of Skunk Works founder Kelly Johnson and the man famous for the F-117 Nighthawk "Stealth" fighter, its "half-pint" prototype the "HAVE BLUE", and the top-secret F-19 Stealth Interceptor. Before Rich died of cancer, Andrews took my questions to him.
Dr. Ben R. Rich former Lockheed Skunk Works CEO confirmed:

   1. There are 2 types of UFOs — the ones we build and ones 'they' build. We learned from both crash retrievals and actual "hand-me-downs." The Government knew and until 1969 took an active hand in the administration of that information. After a 1969 Nixon "purge", administration was handled by an international board of directors in the private sector...

   2. Nearly all "biomorphic" aerospace designs were inspired by the Roswell spacecraft — from Kelly's SR-71 Blackbird onward to today's drones, UCAVs, and aerospace craft...

   3. It was Ben Rich's opinion that the public should not be told [about UFOs and extraterrestrials] . He believed they could not handle the truth — ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the "international corporate board of directors" dealing with the "Subject" could represent a bigger problem to citizens' personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off-world visitors themselves."

" these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity"  which is what many of us seek.

This could be Off Topic but is there any precise topic in this thread?

Are you aware of this vid, pointed out in the OU dot Com Forum :

The claimed "effect" was diminishing his electricity bill by, apparently, cheating his (analog) meter.
It was  allegedly discovered out of serendipity.

By all appearances, it has been reproduced by MrAnguswangus (with a Smart Meter).

Hi Prof. Jones,

I do not remember where I found this information on the OU dot Com Forum.
It was not in a specifically dedicated thread.

Frankly,  I have difficulties 'buying' this "effect".
So, it also works with these (in)famous Smart Meters?

I'm planing to order an analog grid meter. You can find brand new ones on Ebay.
This can be usefull for comparisons with 'Kill a watt' meters.

A French guy uses this analog meters +  a micro- controller +  a display to build an
analog/digital watt meter.

According to him, the 'precision' (= the discrepancy) between his setup and one (good)
oscilloscope is less  than 1% (0.7%) for a resistive load and about 2% with a non sinusoidal load
(a diode bridge + a cap +  a resistor).

The Vid. is here (in French, sorry ( but interesting however, IMO) ):
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SL8DFqcFAOw
Compteur EDF [ démonté ] Fonctionnement / Utilisation en wattmètre.

Now, if you add:
This kind of device (analog meter + micro controller);
a good oscilloscope;
a Kill a watt;
You should be able to make precise measurements. Or Watt?

Meilleurs sentiments,
Jean

Title: Re: What to do about INTIMIDATION?

PhysicsProf,

What Luc has shown is that it is possible to get power from a system without loading the prime mover.
He did use a motor connected to a generator. When he tap power from the generator by changing
the relationship between voltage and current by 90 degrees, then there was no load on the motor
when a output load was connected. He verified that by measuring the RPM on the motor. His research
has nothing to do with "steeling power from the grid and tricking meters", but instead showing that
we can get power from a system without loading the prime mover.

One way to avoid using the mains grid is by using a 12 Volt battery connected to a audio car amplifier.
The audio input can be any sinus signal from approx. 20Hz to 20KHz.

Added: Datasheet to a audio amplifier that is inexpensive and well suited for this task.

GL,

Has Luc demonstrated that he can obtain any significant power from his motor/generator setup? I have not seen it myself.

Luc is also claiming something "extraordinary" is going on by charging a battery through a capacitor stepped-down grid voltage. In all cases, Luc has not yet shown convincing evidence of anything extraordinary, imo.

Luc has a decent scope, but he refuses to use it in the manners I have suggested. Instead he relies on power meters that have been shown to be untrustworthy.
Title: Re: What to do about INTIMIDATION?

.99,

Luc has demonstrated that the motor does not slow down when he connects a load(tuned) to
the generator. He did that by measuring the RPM of the system. He has never claimed any OU
or COP>1, as far as I know.

GL, I am aware of what Luc is doing. Yes, Luc connects a load and the generator only momentarily exhibits a decrease in rpm. You can clearly hear that.

But what is the average power he is drawing in that load? I have not seen him measure it (without his voltmeter), even though he has the capability with his scope.

If I have a 1Hp motor running with no load on it, and I lightly drag my finger on the shaft as it runs, am I drawing a load? Will there be a noticeable difference in the motor rpm?

.99,

I posted an idea in this thread here at OUR on the use of a audio amplifier to make the "mains".
With an audio amplifier (and two 12 volt batteries as input) it should be easy to measure the input
usage of the circuit. One can then connect a tuned (reactive) load to the output of the circuit and
then see if this loads the input. I wont speculate on the Luc setup because I haven't built it myself.
My main focus is to see if we can build a solid state circuit and do research on reactive power.

I'm currently researching my Figure-8 circuit. Has rebuilt that circuit from scratch. But I failed to
get the same "good" result as the old version. On the old version I was able to fully lit a 25 Watt
230 VAC light bulb, and use only 29 Watt on the input to do so. On the old version I also got
the circuit in "tune" so to speak, so that the circuit emitted a LOT of EMF disturbing every electronic
circuit around me. The new one does not do that. And the output is very poor. I ran out of the
old and good power transistor BUX80 and every other transistor I have tried in the new build does not
perform well.

What Luc needs to do is succinctly define a replicable experiment and state his conclusion about it, i.e. no "cryptics" as Steve says.

Preferably one without the use of exotic components and connections (i.e. the shorted sec MOT , or motor/gen setups for eg.) so that anyone can easily replicate and test it.

Either that, or he should be open to guidance so that his "exotic" setup can be properly tested. So far he has not been very open to guidance.

From GL:

QuoteLuc has demonstrated that the motor does not slow down when he connects a load(tuned) to
the generator.
QuoteHe verified that by measuring the RPM on the motor.

A synchronous motor will not show a reduction of RPM when lightly loaded, because it is in sync with the AC line, hence synchronous.

It will draw more power when lightly loaded. When heavily loaded it can break synchronicity and begin to "slip", and power use will go up by a large amount. In this case RPMs will decrease.

Luc is wrong to use RPM as an indication of "no power usage increase".

From Poynt:

Quotethe generator only momentarily exhibits a decrease in rpm. You can clearly hear that.

Yes, the motor breaks sync, then goes back into sync.

QuoteIf I have a 1Hp motor running with no load on it, and I lightly drag my finger on the shaft as it runs, am I drawing a load? Will there be a noticeable difference in the motor rpm?

As I stated, for a light load and while "in sync" there will be no decrease in RPM's. There will be a slight increase in power drawn.

In synchronous motors speed is independent of the load over the operating range of the motor.

Threats of huge fines in Spain for using solar power...

QuoteBy Tracy Rucinski and Jose Elías Rodríguez

MADRID, Aug 14 (Reuters) - Two weeks after Spain's government slapped a series of levies on green energy, Inaki Alonso hired two workmen to remove the solar panels he had put on his roof only six months earlier.

Alonso, an architect who specialises in ecological projects, calculated the cost of generating his own power under a new energy law and decided the numbers no longer added up.

Neither was it possible to leave the panels on his Madrid home without connecting them to the electricity grid; that would have risked an astronomical fine of between 6 million and 30 million euros ($8 million-$40 million).

"The new law makes it unviable to produce my own clean energy," Alonso said.

Spain's conservative government announced a reform of the energy system last month, including the "support levy" on solar power in a country blessed with abundant sunlight.

Imposed by decree, the reform aims to raise money for tackling a 26 billion euro debt to power producers which the state has built up over the years in regulating energy costs and prices. The solar levy was fixed at 6 euro cents per kilowatt-hour.

Under the constitution, the government can impose emergency measures by decree and has done so repeatedly since it came into office in late 2011. With Spain in economic crisis, power consumption is falling but the energy debt will continue growing by 4-5 billion euros a year unless the government takes action.

Utilities such as Iberdrola, Endesa and Gas Natural have attacked other revenue-raising measures in the reform. However, Spaniards who have generated power independently for their own homes under a system known as "autoconsumo" are among the hardest hit by policies which they say punish, rather than encourage, energy efficiency.

Industry Minister Jose Manuel Soria accepts the measures are painful but says they are needed to plug the energy deficit.

"I support 'autoconsumo' ... but the power system has infrastructure, grids that the rest of us Spaniards who are in the system have to pay for. And we pay for it through our electricity bill," said Soria.

As a decree law, the measures are unlikely to undergo much scrutiny in parliament where the ruling People's Party has an outright majority, meaning the opposition cannot force a debate.

GREEN SAVINGS CRACK-DOWN

Spain imports over 80 percent of its energy needs, spending more than 40 billion euros - or about 4.5 percent of gross domestic product - a year. Supporters of solar power says the government ought to be supporting the industry to cut this bill and achieve renewable energy targets set by the European Union.

Soria announced the measures just as home-produced solar power had become increasingly attractive compared with electricity supplied over the grid by traditional utilities.

In the past, the high cost of solar panels discouraged many consumers from taking the plunge, but prices have more than halved in the last three years. A 240-watt solar panel kit, enough to power household appliances, is now available on the Internet for as little as 500 euros.

Under the old regime, Spanish consumers could recover a typical 1,600-2,100 euro investment in solar panels through savings on their utility bills in about five years. According to FENIE, an association for solar panel installations, this will jump to 17 years when the levies are imposed under the new law.

Moreover, the law does not allow homeowners to sell electricity they do not need back to the grid, a common practice in other countries such as Germany.

Spain's climate offers huge potential for solar power. In Germany, a four-person household can cut its consumption of power from the grid by 30 percent by using panels. In Spain, which has among the highest electricity prices in Europe, the figure is three times that - offering big savings for consumers hit by the recession and 26 percent unemployment.

SOLAR REBELS

In the end, Alonso moved his solar panels to a friend's house deep in the Spanish countryside. This was far enough from the nearest mains supply to be exempt from the stipulation that panels must be hitched up to the grid.

Apart from people in isolated communities, Spaniards must connect their panels to the grid within two months. This allows their solar power production to be metered remotely - and taxed.

However, some panel owners plan to rebel by ignoring the government's deadline, confident the courts would hesitate to uphold the huge fines. These were laid down in an old 1997 energy law and, while possibly appropriate for a large corporation, no private individual could ever pay them.

"If I spend 600 euros to install solar panels and get fined 6 million euros, let the judge decide," said Sergio Pomar, chief executive of energy-efficient installation firm INEL.

Courts already expect a series of legal challenges to other elements of the reforms, which investors in renewable energy says renege on the terms of their investment.

Teresa Ribera, senior adviser to the Paris-based Institute for Sustainable Development and International Relations (IDDRI), said the law could provoke civil disobedience.

"This law is illogical in terms of energy efficiency and costs ... and is a serious invitation by the government for citizens to become anti-system," she said.

She dismissed the idea that independent solar power producers should pay for costs such as running the grid and subsidising other energy forms. "It's like asking cyclists to pay a levy to keep open the petrol stations they don't use," said Ribera, who served as secretary of state for the environment under the former Socialist administration.

BACKTRACKING ON RENEWABLES

Ribera said the law is a setback for Spain in the competitive renewable energy industry, where it was once a frontrunner.

It also threatens to prevent Spain from meeting an EU goal of producing 20 percent of its energy from renewable sources by 2020. "If we continue burning more coal and stop installing renewables capacity, the targets are at risk," said renewable energy advocate Mario Sanchez.

Javier Garcia Breva, chairman of Spain's renewable energy foundation, said the country had to cut its energy import bill. "Failing to support energy efficiency will only make these costs go up," he said.

What is taking place in Spain is a foreshadow of what
is planned for all of Planet Earth once the NWO is
fully consolidated.

Tyrants and psychopaths will have nothing less than
full and complete authority over every aspect of the
lives of their servants.

I have a strong feeling Dumped, that Spain is a test bed or the start of the big push of the NWO. Certain known members have just bought into the private services sector here, that will give quite a control on a lot of things in local and main government, I don't think they need to make more money, being the richest in the world, I'm sure they have orgasms with power :D, perhaps they should be castrated!!! >:-) now that's a good idea O0

The time is right now.

It's up to every individual to become as self sufficient as they can.  Solar and wind may help a few but are not viable in all areas due to laws or geography. The days of the hunter-gatherer are long over.  We now depend on stores to buy our products.

Having your energy makes it much easier to grow your own food, heat and cool your home, and make your life easier in many regards.

In the Western US, gas is around $3.50 - much better than $4, but still high.  Electricity is pretty high, food is high, all products are high, taxes are high.  Wages do not keep up with the cost of living. Wood is about $250 for mixed wood, and over $350 for hardwood, per cord.

Having my own power will easily save me about $300 to $400 per month, as I currently use wood, propane, and electricity for household purposes.  If the generator is portable, I can gradually convert my vehicles.  Not sure how this will work out with registrations and license plates.  I'll make it appear to run on batteries.  Cutting my gasoline bill out of the budget will net me at least $500 per month.  So, a savings of $1000 per month is not unreasonable for me.

When it comes out in the mainstream media (also controlled though for the most part).

Now this (from the Daily Caller):

QuoteShipping giants FedEx and UPS haven't said much since it was revealed Sunday that the National Security Agency intercepts electronics packages to install spyware, but what they have said implies they knew what the agency was up to.

Security researcher Jacob Appelbaum co-wrote a Der Spiegel article published Sunday detailing how the NSA intercepts newly purchased computer products mid-shipment to install surveillance malware before reaching the buyer without their knowledge.

"If a target person, agency or company orders a new computer or related accessories, for example, TAO [Office of Tailored Access Operations] can divert the shipping delivery to its own secret workshops," Appelbaum wrote. "The NSA calls this method interdiction. At these so-called "load stations," agents carefully open the package in order to load malware onto the electronics, or even install hardware components that can provide backdoor access for the intelligence agencies. All subsequent steps can then be conducted from the comfort of a remote computer."

In response to Daily Caller inquiries to shipping companies UPS and FedEx asking whether they had knowledge of such a program and if they cooperated with the NSA, FedEx media relations' Scott Fiedler responded with the following:

"The answer to your questions about 'permission/cooperation, etc...'  is –  'No.'"

Fiedler decline to comment on whether FedEx was aware of the program, or give a statement describing FedEx's official stance on the matter.

UPS declined to comment on repeated requests from TheDC.

During a weekend communication conference in Berlin, Appelbaum unveiled numerous previously unknown agency programs and capabilities that began as far back as 2007, including the NSA's ability to hack private WiFi networks from almost 10 miles away.

here is one way to deal with intimidation

run  a national Television Commercial spot!

for sale next month!

as a side note ,we have a very trusted member who is from Brazil,I am reaching out to him for a "purchase feasibility" study?
[group purchase]
Thx
Chet

They should, do some fact checking, at 1:50 in the video she says when talking of Tesla's wireless power scheme " when Westinghouse discovered that he could not connect meters" the project was destroyed. My understanding was that it was Morgan who was the money man and Westinghouse was Tesla's friend, I may be mistaken but I get the feeling Westinghouse was dead at the time as well, but I'm not sure on that.

Cheers

As far as the intimidation goes, I can show and have done previously, some PM's from an individual or entity which offered me any sum of money I desired for a self generating device. Now some people might have different responses or reactions or thoughts about such an event, I seen it as a bluff. And simply replied I have already shared all I know there is nothing else so, no thanks. The truth.  :)

The Truth is very powerful indeed, too many marketing men play with it and distort things for their own gain!
Personally I learned that something called "Brutal honesty" was the best path for myself.

not always easy however it is necessary for me.

I suppose our problem in these forums and OU research in general has its roots in Truth ....
what actually is the truth??

Thx for the contribution here ,

Chet
PS
I do have to get back in contact with our Brazilian friend ,seems there is also a Brazilian soybean processing gravity powered  plant in Gilman illinois We may be looking at also?
l
somethings  going on in Brazil
Not much apparent intimidation there....
Truth???

Yes it appears Westinghouse died in June, 1914. Although was "out of business" from 1911 onwards. So I doubt he had anything to do with it and so how can we trust to believe people who get this important thing wrong.

Our Trains used his Braking System when I was at the employ of Queensland Rail until 1993. Not my line of work but we knew what it was called, why and how it worked and why it was being used. It saved many many lives.

Cheers

P.s. I've located the offer but it is a PM from a different forum, I am not too concerned with posting the content of the PM as the person did not make any actual posts on said forum. however the text is contained in a jpeg for posterity in the forum message box. I can crop out the forums name, but still not sure if it would be "ok" to post as far as others are opinioned. So I will refrain unless requested to do so.
Here is the thing, I got the impression the "offer" was made to overwhelm me paranoia style and intimidate me that way, and perhaps get me to stop posting or something.

A way of trying to control my posting behaviour or to try to make me think that I was out of my depth, so to speak. Mind games. It was that incident that led me to believe that some forces were at play to hype the members into a frenzy of greed or quiet those who did know something they were not sharing.

There are a lot of psychological games played in the free energy arena. The psychology of people is well known and can be easily used against the unaware, or be used to make use of the unaware to do the bidding of others unwarily.

Those in their younger years, or whom have been shielded from psychopathic behaviour are more prone to the effects of manipulation in this way.

This just reminded me of a Private message I got some time ago on another energy forum.   It was from someone with Zero posts to the forum.   It simply was a message with a smile (sender sent a smile).   That forum members name was Gunpal5.   The fact that 'gun' is in his member name and nothing else was said seems to me to be a definite form of intimidation wouldn't you say?   He has never posted any messages there and so I would presume he signed up only to give me that 'message'.

I wouldn't worry about it anymore than I would worry about a dog or cat smiling at me, maybe they like me, lol. The thing to remember is that progress waits for nobody and it will happen with or without anyones blessing regardless of what they believe. The winds are changing and I think many people are afraid that they may get left behind and their fears are well founded because they are going to be left behind no matter what they do...such is life.

A PM like the one below might just hook a regular experimenter into obsessive searching or it could give them paranoia who knows.

Just sayin, it could be anyone just playing around, as well.
