Hi All,

Gravity hurts when we fall, it also can help to bend gravity to do work.

This is a simple demo of how My 20+ years in martial Arts Aikido are able to over come the force of gravity in the real world.

Pretty cool.  Now show them young bucks how you climb the goal post at the local high school football field, jump off, tuck and roll.  It was a lot easier when I was in my mid 20's, but I still know how if I need to make a quick get-away from the second floor landing.
