Andrea Rossi E-Cat announcement December 31, 2024

[e2matrix]

Andrea Rossi has announced a partnership with a strong company that will be manufacturing the E-Cats in a 350,000 square meter facility and he expects them to be ready for delivery this year - 2025.  That sounds like great news as this is essentially a free energy cold fusion device.  I haven't listened to the entire video announcement but I got to the point where he said he expects them to be ready for delivery this year.  It is claimed to be "low initial costs, zero fuel expenses, and a long lifespan without harmful emissions".  Could this finally be the year for a great alternative energy source to made available to the public?

The same story over and over  The same promises every year.

What he showed then was a mockery. Even the calls are fake.

I've followed him for years with some skepticism but he has never claimed to have a big company starting a manufacturing site and has never promised to my knowledge that he expects them to be available this year (or a current year).  In the past he has made available a pre-order agreement with no money needed up front until the day it is ready to deliver.  They now seem to be available for pre-order in a number of output wattages and still with no obligation to pay any money until they are ready to deliver and the option to cancel at any time.  The agreement has a warranty so it looks fairly reasonable at this time.   Time will tell.  There has been a lot of news lately by other companies that are working on cold fusion with expectations it will be available in the near future although as far as I know those companies are only looking at very large scale units not intended for home use.   Rossi is offering units of 100 watt, 1kw, 2kw, 3kw, 5kw, 10kw and 1 Megawatt units.

   I'd be interested in a 10 W or even a 1 W demo unit.
I wonder how friend Francesco Celani is doing lately...

" There has been a lot of news lately by other companies that are working on cold fusion with expectations it will be available in the near future "

Any links for any of these "other companies"?  sounds interesting.

Just Google "companies working on Cold Fusion.

A quick google search produced these:

Here are some companies working on nuclear fusion:
Helion Energy
Aims to build a fusion generator that's 1,000 times smaller, 500 times cheaper, and 10 times faster than other projects. Microsoft is set to buy electricity from Helion's fusion plant starting in 2028.
General Fusion
Uses Magnetized Target Fusion (MTF) technology to work towards market implementation by the 2030s.
Tokamak Energy
Introduced a new cryogenic power electronics technology for its superconducting magnets.
First Light Fusion
An inertial fusion company that built a $107 million hyper-velocity gas gun.
Kyoto Fusioneering
Designs and develops fusion technologies to address commercialization challenges.
Focused Energy
Founded in 2021 after years of research, this company is supported by TU Darmstadt.
Marvel Fusion
Founded in 2019, this company has a slightly different approach to nuclear fusion.
Commonwealth Fusion Systems (CFS)
A leading nuclear fusion company that's exploring novel approaches to plasma confinement, heating, and control.
Zap Energy
A startup that's developing a next-generation modular nuclear reactor that uses a blast of electric current to compress plasma instead of expensive magnets. Chevron and Shell are investing in Zap Energy.
TAE Technologies
A billionaire-backed company that's also leveraging advances in accelerator beams to develop biologically targeted radiation therapy.

Most of the above appear to be working on thermo-nuclear (i.e. HOT) fusion, but OK.
This is interesting:
