I understood about the first three sentences, then......I was lost.

Very interesting design. I wonder if a upper set of magnets with a power saving pulse drive circuit, and the lower totally filled with coils (full circle, not just numbered to the magnet hoops) if that would result in OU.......

Interesting none the less.
