It might sound fringe and science fiction in regards to how UAPs/UFOs might actually work.
I took one of cases where claims are with supposed hard evidence and for people who are interested in topic here is attached PDF document I generated with help of Grok AI to explore ideas.

Thanks for bringing this up, I have never heard of the Buga Sphere.
It was just a matter of time before something like this happened wasn't it?.

So a metal sphere is documented on video is moving around erratically, hits a power line and falls to Earth. Then on inspection the device is found to be constructed using very advanced technology some beyond our capability.

This is interesting, https://uapwatchers.com/invisible-engravings-on-the-buga-sphere/

Also, https://funfact.topnewsource.com/scientists-stunned-alien-writing-on-mysterious-sphere-shaped-ufo-confirmed-authentic
-Since its recovery, the field where the sphere landed has inexplicably dried out, with all grass and soil dying and failing to regrow over three months
-He revealed that the sphere’s weight has mysteriously increased since its recovery, fluctuating from four pounds to 16, 20, and finally 22 pounds without any change in volume.

This is a big deal...

I think were seeing this happen for several reasons I predicted a long time ago.

1) In many countries any advanced technology is immediately seized by the government and/or military and classified top secret. So it's easy to predict that the technology would probably be disclosed by a neutral country not consumed with politics or a large military/industrial complex. A more neutral country with little to lose and a more open society like Columbia.

2) It would also require a more open scientific community not constrained by biased views or threats to their funding from the government or military/industrial complex. In other words open scientific knowledge, open science infrastructures, science communication and open engagement of all new science. Which obviously excludes any countries where most advanced science is pay per view or restricted.

In fact, even as we speak the media is calling this a hoax and a “man-made art project” which is of course absurd.
Apparently these aren't the first metallic spheres to be sighted and recently there have been thousands. The majority of them observed between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m when literally everyone is sleeping, go figure. https://www.the-express.com/news/us-news/181789/pentagon-baffled-8000-mysterious-ufo

One has to wonder if the thousands of metallic spheres sighted globally within the last few years are the same as the Buga sphere that crashed?. Wouldn't that be something.

Houston, we may have a problem...

1) Any advanced technology in the U.S., Russia and China is immediately seized by the government and/or military and classified top secret. So it's easy to predict that the technology would probably be disclosed by a neutral country not consumed with politics or a large military/industrial complex. A more neutral country with little to lose and a more open society like Columbia.

In Russia it is a bit different but still coming mainly from ordinary people.

Attached some pictures I got from one of Russian contacts living in east of the country in the mountains more than decade ago(in zip).
As always, take with a grain of salt.
