The Patent omits notation of flyback coil high voltage connected to the Main electrode pipes water capacitance cell. He says the magnetic field circuit increases energy content of fuel gases emitted, by spinning the ions in different direction. You can do the same thing with permanent magnet type heater fan motor running backwards with fan attached to front grille of car with WIND generated current going back to trunk electrolysis cell at the standard low efficiency for the same 25% MPG increase. Already done many years back. Less complicated circuit. Hydrogen fuel on the go!
