Yes, auto coils were used on the previous car engine conversions in Georgia. Minimum 24kv or higher. Yes one can be mounted on Briggs engine and has been done several times before. I ordered a couple parts as magnetic sensor and coil pre driver.

The other option is mounting ANOTHER coils assembly with the S1R coils inside the plastic tub together, on side of Briggs engine. The additional 1.75 mh inductor is wrapped with wire as Primary, so as making another autotransformer step up for about 21.6kv . Voltages in series add up to 40kv. Both electromagnet and step up transformer same time. Magnetron kv adds to other kv in series, INSIDE THE PLASTIC TUB.  Natrhren (father) had said there were other parts in the tub.

In addition, there is another use for the frayed wires stub on electromagnet in original photo blown up. The #2+#3 joint has the input power 12v 7 amps to travel out and fire the other coils primary same time. The alternators are maximum 8 amps DC output to use.

Because Dave and 5 fired HIS Magneton set up at regular kilovolts WITHOUT the 4th coil grounded, we now know the inductor was not connected to Magneto/Magnetron on primary or secondary side. A I doesn't think the very high volts came from the Magnetron with magnetic field impressed on cable. That leaves the other method of adding kilovolts to kilovolts to raise up to 40kv.

Inductors are on Ebay , Amazon, and from Parts Express . Large size is called  Dayton Audio.   The China ones are way smaller for same inductance ALSO on steel laminations cores with plastic bobbins.

Yes, after the upgrade to SMF v2.1.7.
I could repair it now on v2.0.18 but I do not want to do the work twice.

Not that it is a big deal, but will the email client hosting be working again with the new host? This is something that worked long ago, but was lost after an upgrade if I recall.

We have purchased and moved to a polish MyDevil host now, we transferred OUR forum over and is in the process of upgrading the database, ultimately to upgrade the forum to the newest version, there will be changes to how the forum looks and works, the current setup will no longer work once the upgrade is finished and therefore we will have a new layout.
I will try to keep members informed as we do things on this thread.

Currently we have switched but the forum layout is the same, your browser may take a while to pick up the new layout, you can tell if you are on the MyDevil server because the main logo up top has a red led towards the right side of the oscilloscope image, if you don't see that you can force by clearing/refreshing your browser cache.

The new theme will allow you to select the themes color system there are 6 light and 6 dark Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Purple, Pink,you can select for your own preference, we will need to create top OUR logos for each color system.

Also we will be adding a speech Chat system hosted by the forum.  This is a secure encrypted Mumble voice-chat server. There are MS-Windows, Linux, Android and IOS versions of the client, allowing people to login and speak to other logged in members.

If you have any issues especially speed / web site loading issues then post any problems on this thread please.

b) part #2 is the high frequency oscillator - "operates not directly from the primary power source, but from a charged capacitor".

From original 2008 documents, the S1r electromagnet field in tub, forces the ignition cable to slow and pulse forward, greatly increasing the CURRENT through water vapor. Another wire coil is added to Briggs Magnetron ignition for way higher voltage that ionizes the vapor ions at same polarity to repulse, and form useful pressure, running engine on water in carburetor ! Minimum 24kv. So now we know! New revelation never heard of before! Shop final report was never released.  S1R9A9M9 You tube videos and the now shut down web site. The shop all previous engine conversions in Georgia were of Hydrogen gas as from spark plug electrolysis. The Briggs mower engine conversion of 2008 is now known as of from different method.
