William Hooper TENSOR COIL

snip
It is desirable to have an apparatus with which to experimentally study gravitational and antigravitational phenomena under steady continuous conditions
snip
This device will exhibit an attractive force on electrically neutral matter, better defined as a differential force; i.e., the difference between a pull and push, in which the pull is greater

@ Note
I was recently asked By a very Zealous experimenter at OU.Com if there were any info or experiments to be Found on William Cooper's Tensor coil work

or anomalous observations ?

thx

I think Hooper's theory is based on a misconception.  He believes that the Magnetic field around a moving electron, forming circular field lines around the electron, actually moves with the electron so that the vXB flux cutting rule applies where v is the electron and hence the field velocity.  That would be a radial electric field which would show up around a current carrying wire.  Where is the evidence for this?  AFAIK there is none.

Also if Hooper's premise were true there would be no such thing as the pinch effect in electron beams, where each electron is moving with Hooper's moving fields from all the other electrons, and where there can be no flux cutting or crossings of field lines.  The pinch effect demonstrates that each moving electron imbibes the space around it with some altered characteristic that we know as a stationary magnetic field.  Certainly a stationary observer will see that field rise and fall as the electron passes by, but that rise and fall is rather like waves on water, there is no actual lateral movement of the water.  The observing electron has to move through the field to sense a force which we can represent as an electric field as "seen" by the observer E=vXB but now that v belongs to the observing electron.

Ron mentioned this today[ronee

seems its being investigated elsewhere

Just bumped the thread too

This started with the Russian Flashlight post of Norman Wootan in another forum. Then progressed to the Hooper coil. Not being familiar with either I am just the messenger here.

A contact tells me that 12 studies proved the Russian Flashlight to be a hoax... yet a further post from the forum today...

It looks like it is the 30W lantern of Akula0083 aka Роман Карноухов (Roman Karnouhov).
I don't know if this is Akula or just some replication: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J6R4RbkeJ0A
Just look up "Akula0083 30W" which I just did: https://www.google.dk/#q=Akula0083+30W&tbm=vid&*

The YouTube channel of Роман Карноухов with several of his lanterns:https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC2aHNMDJzRW7YDd145_Pa2w/videos

Some of his transformers are like Andrey Melnichenko's transformer with three windings where two of them are switched to cancel out. Roman Karnouhov uses switched mode in his circuits. This makes the circuit simpler than using sine waves. But it's easier to study the resonance when using sine waves. Dr. Melnichenko discovered the extra energy from coherence when he accidentally melted a microwave guide by sending three microwave fields through it. The three fields added wouldn't have the power to melt the guide (rectangular copper tube). Source (Opinion 1.
