So don't put it in a bulb. The mere presence of Neon in the exhaust gas in such proportions is anomalous. It constitutes only 0.00127% of air by mass. I find your response a little strange. Of all the technical aspects we could talk about to move the conversation forward you chose the one component which means little if nothing.
IMO it is the most interesting piece of evidence that cannot be explained by chemical reactions nor conventional phenomena. Just because you cannot explain it does not mean that it means little or nothing.
