Bistander has begun a thread in order to discuss controversial
matters without offending any other threads sense of "ownership."
The discussion so far looks quite promising.

I think this is a very positive move but wonder how long it will be
permitted to function.  That Forum truly is a Cult that is well known
for banning any who are too knowledegable or who have too much
real world experience in the arts.

As Iamnuts has stated, Turion has indeed "dug himself into a hole."
This post is troubling, however.  Small, insecure, incapable people
delight in projecting their own deficiencies upon those whom they
believe have caused them emotional pain.  This kind of behavior
is all too common there and certainly doesn't instill confidence in
the claims they make or the projects they promote.

Be careful with the material on energeticforum.com, it's a forum to make money.
Everything is manipulated to sell literature or conference tickets. Critical thinking is not allowed, you have to be loyal to the cult.
I was able to do less than 10 posts before I was fired because I objected to the supposed operation of a machine they were presenting.

Very true.  I too was banned long ago.
The forum is interesting to me only because of the strange
behaviors and alliances which develop there.  I've long been
interested in observing Cults and their drama where the
polarizations form and psychotic ramblings then manifest.
Some people really are "crazy."

As a side note.  It was discovered long ago that generators
can speed up under load.  When testing shipboard generators
in the Navy, an electrical load submerged in water is placed
on the pier near the ship.  Cables are then put into place to
connect the generators aboard ship to the loads.  The loads
are designed to heavily load the generators to stress them
while evaluating their ability to perform.  Speeding up of the
generators under heavy load is a common outcome which
must be controlled in order to prevent runaway.  This is not a
newly discovered phenomenon nor is it a desirable characteristic.

During the testing the ship itself is "cold iron" where all electrical
power for ship's normal operations is from shore power. The
onboard boilers and steam powered generators are activated
to supply power to the loads on the pier and nothing else.
During the testing under very heavy loading at some point the
frequency of the generated power begins to fluctuate beyond
normal limits.

I do not believe that the "speedup under load" happens with DC
Generators.  I believe that it is an AC Generator characteristic.

The !speedup under load! is produced when a core material producing eddy currents is encompassed within a magnetic field. The induced magnetic field of the loaded coil that surrounds the magnetic core material reduces the eddy current value,and so reduces core waste heat.

So in other words,eddy current drag is reduced when a load is placed across the coil,as the core material is now protected by a magnetic shield-!so to speak!.which is being produced by the current now flowing through the coil.

There is no magic in this !speedup under load! garbage.
It is just that most do not know what is going on.

Very true.  It also occurs with some Alternators when
given the "short circuit test."  One would expect that
a shorted alternator would become a very heavy
mechanical load, but certain kinds of AC generators
actually speed up when their output is shorted.

It may be some sort of resonance where the shorted
output is "transformed" into a high impedance.  But,
it is not "magic" and it isn't evidence of over-unity.

It is, however, a "selling point" used by some to enhance
their claims of "COP>1" with respect the the magical
abilities of their newly invented unorthodox generator
systems.

As is always the case, Time Will Tell.

He just said that "The scientific community does NOT embrace anything that challenges the established paradigm", then he quotes a paper from this scientific community, which he himself presents as challenging thermodynamics!

When they gain power, they become dangerous; in religion, it gives inquisitors like Torquemada, in politics, it gives bloodthirsty tyrants like Mao. Aaron is all mixed up.
He cant distinguish between devices that are quoted as being OU,and devices which draw in environmental energy. He makes claims of devices which are 200+% efficient,but then says the extra energy is coming from the environment--such as that LED. If you calculate and account for the environmental energy input,you will see that the LED is still only 100% efficient.

The first law of thermodynamics is a mis-direction,and accounts for almost no device or system,as the first law states a closed system,which is almost no system or device at all.

I have a system that pulls energy in from thin air,and the end stored energy is higher than that of the beginning stored energy-->and yes,the system can be looped to show what would appear as a self runner.
But as we know,energy cannot be created,and so that extra energy mush have come from an existing energy source--such as the surrounding air with my system configuration.

But Aarons claim that the faraday disc generator dose not create a back torque is laughable--thats the best one yet.
And to think--this guy runs a free energy forum
