Tempic Field Is UniversalEverything has frequency operating it. There is nothing we cannot tune into using fractals.
For the electronics person we can use a scope and a frequency generator to locate the resonance of a coil system, or a coil capacitor system, and we use our eyes to see the peak energy as we tune the F gen across the bands, watching our O-scope. As every coil also has a capacitance, this frequency can be measured as a series resonance using a resister in series with it, and if we proceed with this line of investigation, the complex calculations of inductive and capacitive reactance become pretty meaningless. We can find it faster in reality, then all the calculation that come up a little off usually.
If you are an experimenter who does this with EM systems, as I have been, you get the idea. Reality is not the same as engineering from formulas in many cases. Measuring is faster.
With vibration resonance the peak of energy is felt in the body, consciously, we are the detector of it's power level. This is a lot faster in practice.
I sat down with the laser system and found its exact frequency from a fractal that is a bit larger then its wavelength. This was very easy for me to verify. I set the caliper 90 degrees across the beam and it vibrates up and peaks at the correct wavelength times 8 as many times as I need to expand it for measurement.
The geometric expansion formula from Walter Russell and Wilbert Smith hands us the detection system. Hendershot, also a machinist and probably doing this too with the 150 mm length and his basket weave coil design.
Hendershots frequency 500 khz. His basket coil diameter weaving back and forth over the 150 mm diameter, Ra fractal.
Why do we suppose the WWV system took these even frequencies for themselves, and would not let anyone else use them?
Harmonics of 5 Mhz, 10 Mhz, 15 Mhz, and 2.5 Mhz down to .5 Mhz where Hendershot was resonating.
Not saying he had a WWV station down the block pumping out 100's of KW to get his 300 watts of energy, but who knows?
WWV chose frequencies that seem to propagate a pretty far distance.
There is an underlying fractal that provides a lot of energy as a T field carrier already present!
This fractal was known back in Egypt, and rediscovered in the very early days before WWV existed.
RA fractal has two vibration resonance systems that cross one another at 150 mm of length.
30 mm and 50 mm, and they both then overlap in a resonance gap distance of 150 mm.
A copper or aluminum pipe or tube cut to this length will charge up the physical body and pull it back into 3rd density awareness, to get back from a slide out of body.
This is the free energy that is all around us all the time, and because the frequency does not change we stop feeling it.

Both the human sensory system, and the copper induction systems, only really respond to a
change of intensity or frequency.
For copper to produce an electric field, it must experience a
change of magnetic field intensity.
So we set up a scalar coil, set it on a Ra tube and then tune back and forth over 150 khz while touching the copper and then we discover it is very easy to feel what mass resonance is all about. It is about location of the energy vibrations that are already all around us but we do not feel them because they do not change.
Your electronics measurements are thus a great advantage, because as the ones of ascension are doing using their imaginations constantly to cloud what is in front of them by seeking the highest and greatest emotions rather then the actual physics that is present now in real time.
Perception is ever important, and thus working with the physical body to understand how it will respond in real time is a great advantage.
Taking a measurement with a meter or scope, we do not want to be floating off into the pretend eithers!
Same with measuring a fractal resonance value.
Even emotions are found to be very technical when this door is opened.
All the ones who have worked the Quantum Field Fabric successfully, have stated the same. We have to become aware of how our device effects the human body and the distance out from it that it produces fields. They condition the space where they set.
Few however know how to remove the space conditioning and fully clear it if they move the device.
Few understand how to set one up so the field moves with the device, and does not anchor into the local earth fields space, or lock into the earth grid.
In the water experiment above, the field locks right into the earth grid and will not come down until we release it using the TDF. Move the water glass and the field does not go with it. These experiments were essential to comprehension of what we are doing when we access the Tempic field energy system.
I have offered the best tools, the ones that work in experiments the best, and the fastest way to get there.
Every design was crafted from the sciences for the strongest responses. The human body can then begin to feel and record these frequencies, and then with the math start to amplify and use them. Mass vibration is the access to gravity control and free energy. I could find no other source, that is never changing or depleted. Wind and solar do not even compare.
The Hydrogen cycle, is also a source as it is the prime atom of the universe, and the most dangerous to open up. Implosion, with a lagging explosion.
Seek the source of the power, and we all end up at the same place.
The nuclear strong force.
And if one has felt an H1 bubble implode at the top of a Joe Cell and felt it shake the building and hurt the ears, then they know this is true.
Fire crackers that explode are very weak compared to that experience.
EM is limited and can never be that powerful compared to the strong force of the atom.

The three field forces have different elasticity, or compressability.
We set up two magnet on a shaft to oppose and note as we press them together the result is very bouncy and cushioned.
We play with a voltage charge and discover it is far less cushiony and much faster to react.
We then play with the tempic field vibration system and discover it is so inflexible the resonance distances never change at all anywhere on earth.
EM is all about a resonance that happens between the 3D magnetic field and the 2D electric field. Energy will bounce back and forth between these two and then slowly dissipate. If there is no new energy coming in from somewhere, it will also be entropic.
If this were not the case our world would not be stable at all.
If the nuclear strong force was not there, everything would eventually wind down, spread out and then stop moving.
There has to be an underlying field force that keeps adding energy without end, in a very stable way that things do not expand and explode, and yet they never stop working, and moving. The orbital motion is the factor that stabilizes all matter, and it is based on the intersection of a pi/2 with a phi energy system. Experiments with these two ratios using vibration systems makes this self evident. The Fibanocci strings are everywhere in nature and phi is the perfection of that string of powering fractals. pi/2 is the only way to harness them, and temper them so they do not explode outwards.
This would not seem real until one crafts the vibration resonance systems to prove it to themselves.
The first experience with a pure phi, will go out of control very fast. The power must be routed into a spin to keep it from going out of control.
We can then in fact move into the math at this point to create the effect we desire to manifest, as we know how to produce force using fib and phi ratios, and then how to control them using spin with pi/2 ratios [spin deflection], and setting up two concentric but offset, we can generate stability or thrust in one direction. This is not rocket science, with the disconnect of local gravity it becomes much more simple.
It is easier to control gravity using mass vibration then to generate electrical power with it. It is more simple.
The EM field must be deflected by 90 degree points of spin crossing spin to produce EM fields. This take more calculation for sure as it is more complex.
A civilization that uses vibration energy would find gravity control before finding EM powering systems. They would also then find power generation stations a rather silly way to do it.
If we crate instability between the E and P layers of the atom and feed it from the mass vibration level, rather then from the outside, then we have our generators right there in the metals of the device, and at the SF level we can then turn it on and shut it off using smaller scalar coils to steer it at very low power, if not our own mental abilities projected to do this as the telepathic races would use.
A saucer craft that needs an operator to activate a mediator field frequency to turn it on, could never be stolen by a lower level civilization.
I have diagrammed how this is done.
It is right there in the experiment with the SS container, tapping it into the 333000 background field. This can be done mentally, as well as with the calipers. The use of a mediator, operated using telepathy, would be very hard to back engineer by a non telepathic race without scalar coils and F gens to do a scan. However using the scalar coils they can eventually cipher it. Then they will be faced with the difficulty of shutting it back off without comprehension of the TDF geometry! This is comical, and probably what they faced back in the 50's when they had some of these craft, but had no understanding of the Tempic field operation methods.
Anything that powers from the Quantum Field Fabric will work in the same way! You need a comprehension of how the Field creates matter and energy, in order to turn it on and off.
Using the Mediator FieldI have handed this to the public for those who can feel the energy of vibration, and they can easily now see how it works first hand.
This is how to activate a saucer craft, that is designed to fool civilizations that are not yet aware of the Tempic field or it's conscious aspect.
That was exactly where I got this from, scanning the saucers on 4th density.
I am most curious to discover if this field will come up for anyone who is not sensitive, although even a non sensitive should be able to feel it at the center of the can where the energy all converges, after it does come up.
And also using the equation mm = khz one can activate it using a scalar coil and F gen, without having to use the perception ability.
It is hard for me to do an experiment without using my sensing ability even if another person is in the room doing it. This is because if I connect with it consciously it will work either way. I would have to leave the area and not think about it, to see for sure. However that would be a really good one to use to experiment with that. To see if a non sensitive can raise up that field of energy, either with caliper or scalar coil F gen without me present energetically.
This energy system responds to 4th density manipulation, and so I do not even have to be there to make it work. I just have to pull my energy in and not know when or where it is being done.
This was Keely's problem also, as I have read.
Does the scalar coil hand us the solution to that problem?
In all their work I have never found reference to a mediator field set up to control a device, or using a scalar coil to target it / to turn something on or off. Yet this works!
That is probably the most important document I have ever written as it unlocks control, handing us an instant on/off ability.
In theory we wind a coil system with a E/P ratio to the frequency inside the SS can, slide it down in there, and then use the scalar coil to turn it on and off, then have it power an LED or something, and there would be your proof of vibration to EM.
The experiment on video would then be quickly debunked as others would fail to get it working, as they could probably never get the coils accurate enough physically to work, or understand the conscious part of how to activate the can. Best guess.
We use carbon coated wire in the coils to have no resistance.
A 90 degree coils system like that would have a center of gravity we can then manipulation to increase the tension on the E/P dance in the electrical system.
Having traced all this all the way back to the Source Field, at each step, even knowing all that, could one get it working without the sensory ability to measure it for accuracy and troubleshoot it if it did not work? I do not know.
For those with sensory ability and electronics knowledge it would be very simple to get working if the design is correct.
The major hurdle to all this, is sensory ability, vibration sense.
