Inertial Manipulation Vehicles

These can be developed in three stages.

1 - Inertial Reduction
2 - Inertial Propulsion
3 - Gravity Release

The basic heart of the system is a row of Aluminum Bismuth Bifilar Coils, feed with a low power set of pulsing channels, controlled by computer to Frequency Generators.

The first generation will be programable from the face of the unit, used to locate the correct frequencies for each function on each elements of the car.

Iron is too slow to manipulate but will come into a spin alignment with the driven elements of the Diamagnetic Coil Cores if routed correctly.

Inertial manipulation is a light velocity spin, with the center of the mass being each atom, developing a coherent spin field down the entire mass of the car. Commonly referred to as the "frisbee effect" [light velocity spin orientation of the nuclear mass].

An inertial brake can also be fabricated for a perfect 90 degree flip of the orientation on a single diamagnetic element firmly bolted to the car frame with scalar coil inside it to set the spin alignment and generate the 90 degree jump.

Hypotenuse calculation can be used off the NVR calculations to set up angles of spin for specific tasks, and experiment in a car moving at freeway velocities.

There are no moving parts in the device, we do the mathematics to shift the spin alignments of one or more elements, and chart the effects.
Up to four possible control frequency streams would be enough to chart the possible effects. Frequency will be adjustable in spurts of timed intervals, just enough to set up the self sustaining fields, and then shut off as they continue to operate. Very little electrical power is necessary for the input manipulations, which are all temporary adjustments.

Bismuth is the best choice for a control element, as every atom is identical on earth and only one set of NVR frequencies is then necessary.
Aluminum wire can then carry the spin to any point of choice from the 4 coils. Aluminum tube is used in the Joe Cell to engine path to propagate the field from the head to the crank of the engine, down the piston stroke length path.

This device is all about motion, and manipulation of resistance to motion as the first level of experiments.
Resistance to motion is termed inertia in current science, and appears to work with respect to the surface of the earth for cars in motion.

It will become obvious at some point as I have also discovered, inertial coupling to the earth can be released in phase 3 of the experiments.
The vibration path between your car and the center of the earth, can be nulled, and the center of the engine becomes your gravitational relativity point.

This thread is an introduction to the fact that this technology is not very complicated, and can be experimented with by the home experimenter who has decided to become sensitive to vibration energy systems.

I cannot guarantee any real results for ones who cannot feel what they are manipulating, that is unknown at this point as I have never worked with ones who are not sensitive to vibration energy, on systems that worked.

I will relate, if you are really into speed, playing with a car at 50 mph or more, and placing coherent fields of vibration on the car, is very much addictive, and just a tremendous lot of fun. I would have expected, as with Joe down under, racing people would be attracted to this.
However that said, it is the beginning of saucer technology from the root level of atoms upwards. The smaller we go into manipulation the more power we get.

We must first grasp the initial concept of how spin is effected by changes of velocity.

A mass that is spinning will have almost no resistance to motion along the plane of the spin system, but if we try to change the angle of the spin, or push the wheel at 90 degrees to spin we generate what is termed a torsion field, a stress against the inertial frame of the earth.

A wheel with hi mass at hi RPM does not want to turn.

All the atoms Isotopes in your car are aligned in a chaotic fashion, making inertia engage earth spin, if we try to move in any direction with acceleration.
If however we come up to a velocity on the earth and stop accelerating, all the torsion will stabilize and attempt to maintain that velocity and direction of motion with respect to the earths field we are inside of.

Inertial Propulsion
It should become self evident that if we can change the spin of the Isotopes directly we can then cause the car to accelerate to match the new torsion component. That is we can use the cars engine to accelerate, or we can couple to all the Isotopes inside the atoms of the car, and accelerate the car from that side of the field by manipulating the spin. This is then inertial propulsion. It is assumed from what we see in our skies, there is a mix of spin angles that can produce these effects, and as the atoms spin is powered from the Quantum Field Fabric, all we need learn to do is how to tilt it correctly.

These first two level are then aimed at manipulation of specific Isotopes, such as Bismuth, to obtain inertial effects of both braking and acceleration.
And in the last step we decouple completely from the earths inertial frame, and begin to generate our own center of gravity.

I have witnessed all these effects to date using methods of calculation, and feel felt application, and I believe many others can also if they have this interest. Development will then move forwards as it has in so many other civilizations, not able to stop from the few who would resist it, as comprehension will come with the early experiments. It works.

Reflecting on that moment when the cop comes up and pulls you over, would it not be so awesome to hit the levitation ring and just zoom off in a dimension that he cannot move through up and down. LOL! Might get me in a bit of trouble, but oh what a feeling! So would that make the headlines, or would it be suppressed ??? Imagine you are in the courtroom, and the cop is handing the public proof of gravity control of a car! It would be worth the ticket just to get the word out that it really works and anyone can play with it.

Yes sir I built this device in my garage and tested it on the public highways. Yes sir it broke the speed limits by 100 mph, and it was a lot of fun! LOL! I would do it again, because I am tired of setting in traffic and wasting my time when there is now a better way. It is time for everyone to know this.
I got the plans and the calculations on line in the public domain, and no one can now market or seal it away from us all.

Ok my vivid imagination going to a place that is possible to achieve "down the road" [pun intended].

Now if 100 people who played with Joe Cells reports to us it can make inertial effect, why do we need a person like me to quantify it for you, so you can measure it yourself? Does the word of the 100 carry enough weight to accept there is a real phenomena involved, and the science will always come after that is witnessed. Anti gravity will never come from existing physics formulas, because they are not based on witnessing it.
Science is the last step to tame the effects of new phenomena experienced.

When we attack free energy systems, it is impossible to avoid gravity effects along the path.
Both effects are coming from the same location of the atom, the nuclear Isotope energy system.

If I simplify your theory so that the car can fly, then you need to create a strong enough vibration field around it. If spherical Joe cell is connected to the autotransformer through two diodes, then the vibration field would become stronger. The electro-proton fractal bubble field would be around the whole car. Autotransformer will be activated by 120 V/60 hz. It would not be necessary to ground the zero wire.

Power

The first experience, with an experiment one can feel and sense, is to tap into the power of the engines vibration system and set up a feedback system on it that will alter inertia effects. When the engine experiences less resistance to acceleration, one should feel this instantly when stepping on the gas.
We are not concerned with gas consumption at this point only manipulation of the vibration power and learning to control it.

As the engine will move through many different frequencies or RPM's, we have to locate a point of the physics that does not change with the engine RPM to tap into, and if it has a fixed dimension that will be sufficient to tap into the power train. This is the part where the Joe Cell people lost it, they were tapping into the RPM frequencies of the engine and not a linear distance.

As we learned in lesson one, distance is also frequency from the Quantum Field Fabric, and proved this to ourselves by pitting a scalar coil against a caliper measurement. The first lesson proves mm = khz will cross the bridge between distance and frequency for vibration system routing.

The one and only constant in the engine for all RPMs, is the piston stroke length.

This was impossible for the tinkerers to realize in the early Joe Cell work, and thus some had more success with intuitive coupling, as they actually did not realize what they were doing, but found things that did work intermittently, when the 4th density body did the coupling for them. It was erratic as holding the state of meditation was never a constant for most people. Some people could get a generator to run by stabilizing the RPMs to one value then working with the cell to couple to that one RPM frequency.

My first experiment was to divide the stroke length by 24, and then start to experiment with a caliper on that linear form distance. I found two major points where the engines forwards power was effected. These were very tight tuning, and very hard to adjust. Thinking linearly as a straight line was not the best solution, but did give some minor results. The engine would increase its RPMs at these two point and add power in the forwards direction of acceleration of the car. Just past 90 degrees and 180 degrees where the direction of motion of the piston reverses, are points that if fed back to the top position will manipulate the inertia of the engine. The problem was changing the length only a tiny amount could reverse the effect causing drag.

Then some years later I found the 89 / 50 ratio from the earths spin field, and applied that to the circle of power of the crank where the piston arms contact it.

The circumference of a circle is proportional to the diameter by the constant ratio Pi. If we set up a platonic form vibration on the circumference and break it up into 89 segments, the segment length will be identical to if we set up one with 50 platonic form vibration segments at a smaller diameter.

When creating vibration field bubbles around a sphere or a circular object, we can get fields in the air around the object to self sustain using ratios like Pi/2, or in the new discovery 89/50. We calculate the diameter of the 2 circles, and another field will come up around the cranks circle of power and self sustain.

Set your caliper to 89 mm, point it at the ground, move around and bit until it vibrates up deep into the earth. The same will happen with 50 mm a bit deeper.

With only these two fields on the cars circle of power we discover when we hit the gas pedal, instead of inertial drag, the energy jumps at 90 degrees pushing outwards around the circle. The RPMs take off with far less resistance to acceleration. The engine runs very smooth, as these higher frequencies come up on it, causing all the mass of all the atoms to begin vibrating coherently and coupling into the mass of the engine.

Inertial resistance is diverted to an inwards and outwards vector from center of the crank out in all directions, the basic gravity vector for the mass of the engine.

This is not hard to observe, and so it is hard to imagine all our advanced science people would miss it.
EM people are not used to observing inertia, they want to trace the power back to the electron shell, which is not a Source of energy.

Light Activation of a Car

In reality the magic point was found to be somewhat smaller then the listed stroke length calculation by as much as 8 degrees or so.
However once it is located by slowly shortening the caliper setting from the first calculation, then more fields can be added over it, to either reduce the earths coupling, or to increase the gravity inside the car towards the engine crank. It will then work constantly at any RPM of the engine!

If we increase the cars internal gravity attraction to the center of the crank, the wheels get harder to turn, steering gets harder the more layers we add moving inwards. As we decrease the coupling to the earth with each outer layer that is larger, we stop feeling our motion with respect to the earth. We look out to see the earth moving past us, but do not feel the motion at all, as if we are setting still.

These effects are real, and hand us the freedom from earths gravity field, and best of all with experiments we can conduct personally on any piston engine driven vehicle.

The year I did the 100 watt experiment and managed to get a self powering light bulb, they outlawed the 100 watt light bulb in the US.
Now here we are discovering how to manipulate inertia and gravity with a piston engine, and they are now pushing to change it all to electric engine vehicles. Electric power is a bit harder to cipher!

Why the big rush to convert to electric cars??? When this gets out and people start getting it to work on piston engines, there will be no stopping it.

So at this point we have calculations to zero in on the points of tuning, where Joe was finding by tweaking many years ago on the race cars.
We have calculations now to get you close enough to hit on it 100 percent of the time.
We have the tools identified to make it work, without using water cells at all.
And mankind thinks moving to electric motors is an improvement! LOL!

Turns out manipulating mass in motion is much easier and more powerful, then creating the same power using electricity.
Electrical energy is designed to be entropic, to stabilize the molecular bonds and make our world seem stationary to us.
Electrical energy can only be used efficiently in a very small number of elements on the earth, copper aluminum gold silver etc...

Mass in motion can be applied to any element after a diamagnetic field is brought up to manipulate it.
Vibration fields will self power!

It is now possible to prove all these effects to yourself, even though the majority of humans at this time are very much blocked and will not be able to see it or comprehend it. Most effective in a small group of people with positive thoughts and opened minds. Many spiritual people have witnessed these effects in water cells, but have no clue how to quantify or calculate them as a physics. It has been my major goal to bridge that gap in our present consciousness.

Where two fractal go walking, we can generate one directional infinity, connecting into a finite dimension in the opposite direction.
89 / 50 = 1.78
50 / 89 = 0.56179775280898876404494382022472 ... [infinity small dimensions]

This is key to many of the operations of the fractal math and geometry.
The sensitive can feel these sweet spots by tuning across them.

As I have, so no longer view these things as theories.

When we throw the switch and the light comes on, there is no way to deny there is a powering field present, and we can argue over it all day long as armchair observers, until someone shows us Ohms Law, and states, this is the math that works. This math will allow you to set up circuits that power things, but do not burn up!

The fact I have handed you the math first is likely a mistake, but I want people to understand this math works in real application, it is not theory.

Extraction of real energy and power from the space all around us is a geometric calculation, and the most important formula, as with Ohms law in electronics, is the mm = khz formula! Because it works to couple resonance, and the vibration resonance always sends it's power to the smaller element.

The formulas you need to learn are all about line, area, volume, for the energy form you are working with.
But the starting point is [mm = khz], and when I see someone parroting that back to me I know we are making headway.

This is Ohms Law for Free Energy Systems!

It is the point where all types of energy cross.
Wilbert Smith hands us the stack of the creation of Space, and then of the Fields within all space.

So in retrospect, you will call these posts theories, until you actually do the experiments and begin to prove things to yourself.

While I can set down and scan a photo of a piece of an element, and identify what the element is with 100 percent accuracy every time, I do not call this element resonant chart NVR, a theory. While until you work with me and see it work, you will called it gossip or a tall tales.

The resistance to a change of our reality is great, and we are not even aware of the power of this resistance we have inside ourselves.

If all I had to offer were theories, I would not be posting here at all.

Isotope Motion

In martial arts, is an effect. Relaxed power, effortless motion, mental direction of the chi flow.

The master makes it look very natural and easy, and does not waste any energy. The newbie attacks with stiff stances, tension that wastes energy, and his motions are fighting themselves. The master moves very little to one side the attack misses, he steps in a little takes control of the center of balance of his attacker and spins him down to the floor. Very natural relaxed motions.

We are given the example of the baby that does not want to be picked up, feeling much heavier to move.

The chi follows the mind, the body follows the chi, the body finds the power already there in the space it moves into with no resistance to motion.

These effects are very real, and they can be tied to Isotope Alignment of the mass.
The martial artist only knows how it feels from doing motions thousands of times until they discover "relaxed power."
Maybe in their 50's or 60's it becomes a fine art.

The Isotope alignment of spin can be controlled using the mind and the will, and it can reduce the drag of inertial responses.
This effect is very real and we could call it a psi effect, but there is nothing extra sensory about it, it is natural.
It is found in one level deeper in meditation, and in repeated motions practiced hundreds of time.
Manipulation of weight, directed by the focus.

That said, we then have to dig to understand the science, which always comes after the phenomena is witnessed.
At the point of scientific comprehension, we can then begin to do this using a machine as well.

The person who can feel it, and manipulate it, can also slide a finger down a car and start to effect its inertial responses as an extension of his own body. This was mastery of the weapon, as the weapon in martial arts becomes an extension of the body, and that means as well ability to change the resistance to motion of the weapon as it is used.

After some time of Joe working with cells in the cars, he was able to do this also without the cell, as the body already has these abilities.
Once we feel it working with the Joe Cell, our body can remember how it feels and then it can re-create the same effects.
This is the awakening of the pineal sense. [Center of mass of the brain matter].

Now as to the science part, to duplicate these effects, we have a diagram of the dual cones motion of spin pattern. This comes also from Floyd Sweet and his work. In NMR it is called a gyromagnetic response pattern, but that only deals with a magnetic and RF field effect, it is not concerned with the mass of the atoms other then the RF frequency responses.

We use a background field base frequency to adjust the NMR charts, to provide a vibration output which can then force all the atoms into one coherent alignment at the level of mass spin, or we may refer to it as mass vibration. Mass vibration is a resonance effect of the motion of the Isotopes.

If we force all the atoms to spin in one large coherent field, we discover inertial response will decrease at 90 degrees to the NVR value which is the cones height. That is the diameter value of the cones ends, or base, is the frisbee alignment.

That is, we can find a fractal at larger octave [size] that will couple to the Isotopes and cause them all to come into the same alignment, creating a monster field bubble with inertial effect that are directional.

If you want to fall slower, align the cones height vertical, if you want to fall faster align the cones height horizontal.

Control can be done using either the cones height, or the cones diameter, and either value will create a coherent field on the element we are using.
The cones height is the value our calculations will hand us for the NVR frequency/length. [mm = khz] The Ohms law for free energy systems.

Fractals are used to find a dimension that we can manage at bench levels. 8x octaves can be assumed in most cases for elements of the periodic tables.
However remember that the height and diameter of a cone are linear form dimensions, so 2x octaves can be used to expand them offering a host of a great many values that will work. [We seek 5 digit accuracy if possible in the calculations.]

With the new F gens offering 6 or more digit accuracy, we can use the scalar bismuth coils to go much smaller or larger then can be managed using calipers or resonant cut wires, tubes, or pipes.

We discovered that as we move down into audio ranges, the fractals get very much smaller.
Consider that 300 Hz = .3 Khz = .3 mm
Using a scalar coil / F gen we set that up, where using a caliper we cannot get much accuracy at that small a distance.

It may be a bit hard to believe we can manipulate mass vibration and target atoms so perfectly at low audio frequencies, but that is how the math works out in reality. I have set up field on Aluminum tubes that are that small and the field is intense covering the entire surface of the tube.

The Gravity Disconnect and creating your own Inertial Frame

With the 89 / 50 envelope, as we accelerate the RPM's the inertial drag that comes back to resist that increase is diverted to 90 degrees and aligned with the center of the crank moving in platonic form around the spin plane of the cranks mass. This becomes it's new Gravity / Antigravity vector, and generates the local Inertial Frame.

Now consider that with a piston engine the pistons are constantly changing velocity, stopping at the top and bottom, and changing directions at the two sides at 90 and 270 deg. There is no time where the engine is not generating inertial responses from changing velocities of the pistons and piston arms.

The crank has weights to balance these velocity changes, countering the weight of the piston arms and the pistons, but the stresses never stop changing, even when it is running at one RPM. Pistons are always accelerating then decelerating, changing directions on the crank at 4 points on the stroke, piston motion to crank motion relativity, creates a quadrature type of field with mass momentum.

The 4 cylinder engine develops counter stresses, we can term scalar cancelling. Where two pistons are flying upwards, two are flying downwards, and at about the center of the engine, with two on each side, we have a major scalar cancelling nodal point of access. All the uneven pulsing stresses on the crank tend to cancel out at this point, and the smooth forwards power is present there. That is the pistons are moving in opposite direction simultaneously, while one is firing one is dragging, and two are filling or emptying.

With the caliper set to the calculated 89 function, we hold it over the center of the engine and move it up and down a little until we feel the vibration couple into it from the engines point of scalar cancelling [node.]

We then start to slowly turn the closing screw until we hit the "thousand points of light" on the cars surface everywhere.
We can feel this as an electrical sensation, and with eyes closed see it as a higher light [spiritual light].
It is now shown to be a technical process, and not a mysterious spiritual mysticism.

We then record the new resonance length, and plug it into the calculator to calculate perfectly all the rest of the field layers we would desire to add.

Each layer is a ratio off the one beneath it, or above it moving smaller inwards.

The more layers we add moving outwards, then less the earths inertial frame effects us.

The more layers we add inside the crank circle, the stronger the local inertial field from the engine becomes.
If this field is increased the tires on the car that spin in alignment with the engines spin become very hard to steer.
Thus the piston engine craft with strong internal gravity, will want to move in a straight line path.
This is the handy cap of using the piston engine as the Source of vibration in the system.

To advance further, we move into the Bismuth atom, and begin creating the wheel of spin itself as a coherent atomic field effect. Now that wheel can be turned so we can steer the craft, but it will still only want to move in one direction for any particular alignment.

Gravity is the equivalent magnetic field of mass in motion

Just as an electric field in motion generates the magnetic field.
A mass field in motion generates the gravity field.

Just as energy can move from the electric field to operate 90 degrees as a magnetic field, my experiments show inertial resistance can move to 90 degrees and become a gravity field to one center of spin.

Just as there is a specific ratio operating between electron and proton, we have this 89 / 50 pulsating ratio operating in the spin of a gravity field.
The earths spin is so perfect it must be considered a synchronous clock, accurate to 1/4 second a year. The appearance of this frequency ratio in the motion of our planets mass is revealing. Injecting it into the engine in a car, even more revealing.

Early gravity control always has some form of mass that is spinning, and later we see elements like bismuth with high mass being manipulated to spin internally as a coherent field bubble from the heavy nucleus of the atoms.

One of the elements used was mercury, a heavy element that can be spun up using EM technologies.

This is old news. On the board behind the speaker in the video, I saw the name Podkletnov.The experiments he claimed to have conducted on gravity masking were interesting, except that no one could replicate them. Podkletnov got kicked out of his university.

Yes, true science begins with the unbiased observation of real phenomena.

Joe would work with a group of people, and he would first scan them. He might pick out one who was totally negative and ask him to leave.
Joe said that one person with a negative energy could cause a Joe Cell to go dead.

The negative outlook is contagious, because people will always question and most will choose what they know, then closing their minds to what they have never witnessed. This is how the ego mind protects the body by dominating the belief system based on past experience. The ego mind always wants control of defining the reality.

How do we observe phenomena, where non belief in it can cause it to stop working? Mind over matter.

Is it possible to observe a sense that has no limit of distance, or velocity?

There is a law of the 4th density, no one can enter your space without your permission.
No one can observe something their own 4th density body is opposed to believing in. That is, the higher self must allow the advance, because the responsibility is great, and much of the illusion is lost in the true experience.

One day I am practicing my jump front snap kicks at face level. I am getting very good at this, and then during one of the kicks I notice for about 1/4 second I am not falling as I deliver the twisting motion of the power. At first this blows my mind, and yet I remember I did do it, this time I am truly observing myself and remembering something that seems impossible.

During the release of the power of a spin at the hips I stop falling for a long enough time that I start to notice this. Legs are moving in opposite directions very fast at about 90 degrees to the floor, hips twist.

Then in practice with another person they start to notice it also,, and suddenly there is a group huddled around me all intently watching and also noticing this. Dave how is it that you seem to remain stationary in the air during the strike of that kick, it seems impossible?

My own confidence then begins to realize it is possible, and it is alright to observe it. The ego mind then comes to a new level of accepting a reality that it previously could not accept. Channeling energy or flow in a spin inside the mass of your own body can effect gravity.
Can I then begin to do this with the energy and without the kick, can I learn to fall slower?
A martial artist wants to know the absolute truth, and will continue to try over and over until it happens.

The physical bodies nerves have a delay of about 1/4 second. That is, if you are only using your 5 normal physical senses, when someone attacks you, you need 1/4 second to perceive the attack and then respond. If they can close that time, there is no way to defend against it from the physical body limitations.

So what we must do is to place the mind in the distance between you and the opponent, then see what is being planed as the attack before it happens.
This is increased in the blindfold attack experiment. After about 13 to 15 months, no one can hit you with the blindfold on. You begin to feel what is coming at you as the attacker formulates it in their mind. The astral body sends the feel felt information to the physical bodies mind that is holding the spherical sense opened.

That is the mind can hold the space in real time and sense everything that happens inside it with no delay, including the intention of an attack towards you.

There is no way to cheat this test. Mastery of it is then obvious to everyone observing it.

Now with a new confidence in this ability it will also begin to work even with non believers.
Your reality has changed.

There is no delay in space or time, in this ability to perceive using the mind.
Why should I then limit my science to be blind to this phenomena?

There is much truth in the phenomena of raising our vibrations. If you look at it from a radio perspective, and Mhz wave can hold far more information in 1 second then a Khz wave can, and it is the same with our conscious focus on the reality we are inside of.

Learning to change the frequency of our perception experience is called "sliding." Using a frequency generator and vibration coil system to detect and expand our limits is a scientific approach. In the end however it is all technical.

3 brains of the human form

Most are familiar with the two , left and right brain functions. The one side is logical and calculating the other is sensory feel felt responses of the body, artistic etc.

The third brain is the Lizard reactive brain setting at the top of the spinal cord, and if you are a computer programmer, it operates with binary bits streams, machine code, and not the higher slower languages of the upper brain that requires longer thought processes in real time.

We program the arm to block a blow to the head, 1000 times slowly, and then at higher speeds it begins to happen without delay.
A board falls from the roof and would hit my head, but as I realize what is happening my arm has already blocked and deflected the board.
The reactive brain, is a machine code velocity response to pre programmed motions.

I fall in the water and just start to swim, I do not think where is my arm where is my leg, I just react with the motions that are familiar and known to work to keep me alive in the water.

Our science has us move into our upper brain a lot and use the physical ego, and slow thought processes to cipher what we believe we know.
At the point where we stop using the Lizard brain, we loose ability to observe it.

In the sensory ability of vibration scanning, the information is "instant" in the feel felt realm. This is our most accurate meter for vibration sensing and measurement.

It works with platonic form vibration fields. Just as the earths spherical system has grids that all converge at the center of mass of the planet, they all vibrate in sync with one another.

There is a great difference in being truly present in the physical, and instead seeing the physical in your ego mind and staying there instead.

From the self generated Ego mental model we are not connecting with the surroundings directly in real time, at machine code speeds.

The sphere is universal to perception.

If we take say a pencil and move it away at distance, at one distance its size will look smaller then the wavelength of the light, or the resolution of the cones and rods in the eye and it will first appear as a single dot, and then it will vanish to our perception.

With an object the size of the moon the vanishing point is increased, at 250,000 miles we still see details in it.

The vanishing point however is a distance that has a radius that is constant, and so it always described as a sphere. No matter what direction we look out that distance is a constant. Our perception is then defined in terms of spherical fields of perception relative to the size of what is being perceived.

Our conscious field is the same, however in real time there is no delay, and there is no limit to where we can position it inside this universe.

I can state this and have this belief without question because in early Reiki level 2 attunements at distance I experienced the truth of this.

Why would I then go backwards and remove this knowledge from my science?

A true science will include all observed phenomena!

There are many who dabble in the healing arts, but there are a few who can do it accurately.

When we start to measure the frequency of what we find at distance, accuracy increases from about 80 percent to 100 percent.

There is a limit to all electronic measurements.
The value of 1 ev in theory, but far less in any real practice.

In electronics we can receive very tiny values of change in signals and amplify them to very large changes. We can use frequency sums and differences in Superheterodyne radio receivers, then filtering techniques to clean up the signals from the noise floor.

In vibration sensing we can use fractal octaves to see far smaller things then one electron volt.
To accomplish this we have to begin to include our data from science in our metaphysical sensory explorations and find what actually works, and then drop all the theories that abound for what is smaller then the electron which we have traditionally relied on for our data collections.

Anything that is smaller then the electron, is up for theoretical experimentation, and if we use valid methods for perception that work we can begin to determine which theories are correct and which are not real based on the data provided by them.

Where in we discover that all mathematics that appear to work with numbers do not always represent the actual reality of what is.
Where there is no ability to actually measure, then there is always room for other kinds of testing.

In order to use a reliable method it must be proven to work consistently, and that is the process of a good science.
Attempts to define the Quantum realm based on chaos and probabilities is not a sound foundation for a true science of the world we see which is real.
The concept of measurements based on electrical signals, cannot provide a sound foundation for the creation of the electron. If the measurement system is based on a probability, then everything we observe smaller then the electron will appear to be a probability.

The use of fractal vibration however hands us a consistent response of a vibration system that is smaller then the electron, and appears to be consistently everywhere inside the universe. It is not random, it is a consistent grid of vibration energy, which all the atomic parts are sustained from.

Opening to the sensory system of vibration takes a culture all the way down to the Quantum level for direct experimentation.
The key that is resisted in our science is the presence of awareness or consciousness at every point inside this universe.

Consciousness operates on the Quantum field to pull up larger coherent forms of self sustaining energy.
And since we cannot define the source of this consciousness, it is considered to be imagination.
However each one of us have it within us, so it is not hard to realize ignoring it is a huge mistake in our seeking of truth.

The huge question, do we continue to believe our consciousness is a result of the physical brain formation, or do we seek to understand if everything is already conscious and has it from the very quantum level of all creation of all form?

Again one who has recall of past lives, does not have to ask such a question anymore.
Sliding out of body and measuring the frequency of a metal at distance accurately, answers that question. Our consciousness is not limited to being inside this physical body, it actually slides into it and synchronizes with it in order to take control of it.
What ever consciousness is is not the creation of the physical brain, but the brain is a reflection of what it already is.

This is a major hurdle to science embracing the ability to work with the resonant fractals to take our science to the Quantum level in a consistent repeatable way.

The acceptance of how the quantum reality actually works, involving awareness at each level of creation of form.

If I can do a fractal calculation of the Planck length, and have an energy form come up that I can feel and map, and then use this to alter the inertial responses of a car consistently, for me that is a scientific proof. A proof that consciousness is involved in this reality, an integral part of it.

Now the stories of Keely come to life with his levitating platform. I can see how it may have been real, but back then seen as magic rather then science.

Pondering the "Inertial Frame" phenomena today

Setting by my hot tub, smoking my pipe for a time, waiting for the birds to find the new bird feeder I just put up yesterday...I started to wonder about what is still, and what is motion, and how do we tell the difference.

As we have a lot of people today embracing the flat earth concept, and from how it feels, this concept does make some level of sense.
We set here on the earth and it feels we are still, but in reality we are only at rest with reference to the surface of the earth, matching its motion.

The inertial frame has a gradient, and as we move away from the surface suposedly it drops as a distance squared phenomena, and when we hit the level of the jet streams we discover the air up there is not turning at the same velocity as the surface.

We get these really high speed prevailing winds crossing the US from the South West and moving towards the North East. The earth feeds them with water vapor over the oceans, and that vapor then feeds the entire continent with moisture. A water cycle bringing the water over the large land masses.
If the earth were not turning, it might get pretty dry over in the center of the land masses.

Now as we venture down deep into the caves that go way down, they have measured gravity increases towards the center of the earth, just as we see it decrease at the top of mountains and then even less into orbital distances outwards.


The concept of being still, in a jet stream or in an ocean current then starts to become relative to the "mass" around us.

It is eventually a no brainer, the mass of the atom lies in it's Isotope bundle, and this is where it all happens for inertial frames to interact.

Lucky today we have nice charts that show us the spin of each atoms mass at this level with respect to the earths inertial frame.
We have listed both the negative spin elements, and the positive spin elements, and it should become clear that the two do not respond the same to inertial frames of reference, or to the presence of high voltages.

If we attempt to trace out the source of the power of all these motions that keep our world moving with respect to the sun, or between the levels of the planet as distance out from the center of mass, we must end up at a place of incredible power, that does not seems to use any external input.

Even if we examine the moons tidal lock action, we have to accept there is enough power involved to make the water in our oceans cycle up and down every 6 hours, and there is no clue in the outer world what is causing that to operate. Whatever the force it is invisible, just like electricity, but with far more power and far less heat created then electricity would be causing.

We are left with only one aspect of energy, we have not yet mastered, the spin of mass, and how all the elements combine their internal spin to create the monster field around the earth we call gravity.

Study of falling water is an interesting thing, as with this study we can begain to learn how to reverse the spin of the combined water molecule, and observe how it can store a different inertial charge. We can use this to create a field bubble that will have a different inertial frame that is not the same as the earths inertial frame.

The inertial spin frame of water can be observed when we change it's velocity quickly and watch what the bubble do.

If you have ever found a small waterfall in nature and taken a shower in it, you have experienced something very different then we are used to feeling.
This is absolutely a sensory effect most people will find very uplifting. The fish moving up river certainly do.

So we take a large plastic container fill it 1/2 way up with normal tap water, shake it up, then we accelerate it one direction and stop it abruptly and observe which way it twists [spins].

Now we fill our Joe Cell with the same water, and pulse it three times on each tube, with a negative charge to the center tube, and pulsing each tube with the positive, then feel what happens as a field comes up around the cell with a different inertial frame on it.

We then dump this water into the clear container and do the inertial test on it, and note, wow the spin reversed when we stop the container fast.
How is that even possible? We have converted a small voltage charge into a fluid inertial charge. All we used was a geometric container with concentric tubes and a small voltage, and now it reacts differently to inertia!

This will not work in just any kind of shape of container, a Joe Cell is geometrically different. It does not work in a flat plate water cell. The water from a flat plate unit does not create an inertial charge difference!

These are the beginning observations of understanding that inertial frames are all about spin direction with respect to the earths mass.

It is stated that gravity is a very weak force in blind physics, because no one is changing it or charging it to different inertial frames.

Eventually in our seeking the power of the solar system, we end up at the nuclear bundle of the atoms and attempting to fathom what nuclear spin is.
That an inertial frame is a composite result of many atoms of different elements equalizing their spin by mixing all the frequencies externally.

As these frequencies mix as sums moving outwards, it is inevitable they will hit a perfect Phi ratio, and this can be shown with a simple spread sheet.
Mix any two nuclear Isotope frequencies and in relatively few steps we approach a Phi ratio, this is called a Fibonacci sequence. Current science does not like to enter this area of math as application to anything real. However in vibration work we quickly discover the power of mixing two frequencies in non linear ways to create infinite function that may cause some serious reactions.

While playing with perfect Phi tuning of cut and ground off wires to resonate up specific fractals, I have seen trees blown over.
Others have seen much worse, copper pipes bent in the home plumbing and blown up.

When we begin to get accuracy of tuning with vibration work, we discover power is there, we must only begin to learn how to control it.

A Phi acceleration is what we call an infinite tap into power, and it can be very dangerous.
As Phi distances grow larger moving outwards [platonic Form mixing] they then reverse and generate inflow that becomes infinitely small moving inwards. It is self evident when experimented with, this is the best description of how gravity actually works.

As Wilbert Smith notes, some things are "self evident" and after we understand them, we look back and say "how could we have missed that it is so simple!"

With three dimensions of space is all we ever need to define any object that has volume in our reality.
With three field forces then is all we need to define any resulting motion.

Accept there is a Quantum Field Fabric that powers it all, and be done with it. From this we can calculate everything else.

We cannot move through a frozen grid that is linear, but with spin and circles having resonant area, we can move through the grid and draw from any point in it. We then discover a new layer of the reality that is all mobile and interactive with one another.

That is how it works.

I have set up fields that could not be moved on the earths inertial frame and were locked to it. I have also set up fields that could be moved about and would stay where you put them, but could be easily repositioned anywhere.

As To Joe Cells

I have worked with some of these cells and have some also to this day.

The reports from the countries that use metric cells were always more fantastic, then the ones from cells based on inches.
This is no wonder as with the discovery mm = khz the metric system is the one that comes to life with resonance vibrations from the background field most easily.

Stainless steel however works most like the human nervous system and brain matter being able to hold various imprints, and have them resonate without having to cut them to specific lengths.
This is what may be confusing to many experimenters, and it is one reason one needs to work with the more pure diamagnetic metals and do the cutting to resonant lengths, to understand the complexity of using stainless steel elements. ABCH are the diamagnetic, nuclear vibration responding elements most easy to find. which can be cut to specific lengths to pull up fields.

SS is a mix, a very special mix and hard to understand, other then the fact that if using say water with it, it can be programmed to hold nearly any vibration resonance. The segments will center themselves down the tubes, and then like a recording stay put. Its like a tape recorder for vibration imprints. All metals do not respond like this, and why there is so much confusion around JC phenomena.

The platonic form vibration however is similar to the car engines circle of power, and can be calculated as segments around the circle of the tubes. Thus we can install various patterns in a JC of ratios that will also then self sustain between the tubes.

The main problem with JC work is getting the cell tuned to the engine of the car, such that there is no RPM where it cuts out.

There are a great many possible ways to do this, and over time one will learn more techniques as they are discovered personally. Each one is a new phenomena, and often they are hit on by accident and never really understood.
Basically however it all comes down to manipulation of the mass vibration of the various metals of the car and engine. As the metal alloys are most consistent and can come up with vibration field coherence, field bubbles, where inertial qualities are effected, or even nulled out.

Only techniques that are well quantified accurately can be shared.
 
What ever vibration frequencies you may end up using, can then be coupled to a source of energy, using a few various methods, like ratio, or sum, or even products as with radio mixers.
Geometry must be considered and dealt with to keep the coupling mobile so it does not "freeze" to the earths inertial field.

1- Work with the specific engine to locate its circle of power dimension.
2- Discover ways to alter it's inertial responses and increase its power.
3- Calculate a connection to draw power from the Field Fabric as a circle of energy, you can use the difference as a subtraction and set up a mediator around the engine, or the Joe Cell either one.

3- A basic math example was given to show how it can be done.

Why is the diameter of spin of the engine mass always slightly less then the actual piston stroke length?

In the proceedure we always end up doing a smalll tweak to slightly less then the piston stroke length calculation to observe the 1000 points of light come up on the cars body. This means we have to do a "tweak" and there is no way a person without the feel felt vibration sense can likely manage that tweak with one adjustment.

If we examine the crank of an engine we may notice there is a counter balance opposite the piston offset point. Since we are dealing with the mass in motion we have to consider these counterbalance weights are shorter and wider then the offest distance of the point where the piston arm joins the crank. The center of the spinning weight of the crank is the sum off all the points of it's mass.

I believe that is why, we have to calculate from the stroke length then slowly tune a little shorter to hit the first point of inertial disconnect.
Once we find that point it then becomes the base for all the other calculations which will then come out perfect.

We might then call the first point of tunning the "seeding" of the crank shaft. It will then be able to develope a 50 sided platonic form polygon vibration system on it, and the segment length of this 50 point system will then feed the 89 point system we set up around it, and start the inertial frame disconnect process from the earths inertial frame field.

This is the best expliination I have. Based on the CD and DVD experiments where the calculations come out perfect on 1/2 the diameter and we do not have this problem, as the mass of these are very uniform.
One can set up SSF's on CD's and DVD's that come out perfect to the calculations, the engine is a bit more complex.

An honest comparison of Magnetism and Gravity

The power of a magnetic field originates on the surface of the polar ends of the magnet. It is measured as the field density of an area. Flux lines per square inch.
The power of the force of the magnet drops off with distance as the cube of the distance, a volumemetric force outside the magnet.

Gravity increases with the volume or mass of the inside of the earth as a volumetric force.
Gravity however drops off as the distance squared outside the earths mass, as an area type field force.

One can now see clearly that from existing knowledge magnetism and gravity operate very much in opposite ways. They are not the same field force.

Further we can see that gravity is not reduced if we set a magnet under an object, the gravity moves right through the magnet pulling both the magnet and the object above it.

Magnets operate on other magnets, or magnetic elements, they do not operate on non magnetic elements for the most part.
Magnets however can be used to change the nuclear mass frequency inside atoms with nuclear spin that is not neutral, and the electrons will also chage with a ratio connected to each proton.
The Electron Proton ratio is a constant. A magnet will change them both simultaneously, but the ratio between them will never change.

Iron Nickle Cobalt are the main ones strong enough to use in electronics.
Magnetism is an electron shell phenomena.

Maybe we are all familiar with the field reach of a magnet, and can chart the donut shape of the flux path from one pole out around and down to come back into the opposite pole.
I have measured these out to maybe 2 feet with perminant neo magnets, and out to maybe 10 to 15 feet from large coils, using a compass. These are short range fields.
They do not produce enough force to lift a mass off the surface of the planet, because the magnetic field of the earth is very weak at any one point on it.

When we combine electro magnets and AC with Aluminum we do get a lot more force. The magnetic field hits the Aluminums nuclear mass directly generating an inertial thrust, far more powerful then two magnets in opposition.
ABCH are the diamagnetic elements of concern.

Magnets operate from a force at the two ends, they tend to make one motion that then stops. They are unaware of the center of mass, which is neutral and has no magnetic power.

Gravity pulls towards a center of mass, at the center of the object [Earth]. On a sphere all points are pulled to the same center of mass which is one point.
The planets orbit around the sun and are pulling the sun off center sligntly. The center of gravity is the center of all planets mass in the solar system that is connected to the suns mass.

If one tosses a wrench into the air spinning, it will spin around it's center of mass.
It should become self evident, magnetism and gravity operate entirely differently.

Gravity has tremendous power over the entire surface of the world.
Magnets have a small local power that cannot even compare.

The gravity field of the earth has far greater reach then it's magnetic field intensity, which can barely move a compass with very low resistance to it's pull.

The 89/50 ratio, sets up two vibration field bubbles, and between them the outflow frequencies cannot mix.
The gravity attraction, relies on a non linear mixing of the frequencies that all atoms radiate.
The 89/50 sets up a distance around the car which creates a linear channel. This disconnects the fibanocci sequence of mixing in that gap, which generates the phi ratio pull back inwards.

It also turns the inertial resistance 90 degrees outwards. During an acceleration the energy that would resist the acceleration rotates to point outwards from the center of spin. Basically it stops resisting forwards acceleration.

The particular frequencies you will be using on the normal car, will be based on a calculation off the piston stroke distance.

mm = khz  to use an F gen scalar coil, rather then a set of calipers to start the field, and then to take it back down.

Getting ready for a road test with the scalar coil system

All components and cables shown to power from 12vdc using the lighter plug, to 5 vdc to power the 60 MHz F gen.

Spreadhseet with frequencies for 11 layers of the field outwards from the car.
Starting at 140 kHz range and all the way up to 44.968 MHz.

Largest field reach should be about 22 yards out from the center of mass of the car, if I can get it that far.

This experiment also has TDF [take down frequencies] for each layer, and using the Scalar Coil system it should work for maximum control of the field.

2022-6-6  Road Trip

I set the scalar coil over the air vent under the front windshield, positioned at the center line of the engine. Set the F gen in the passenger seat, then coulld pull over and add one field at a time. Pics below.

I was able to work each layer of the field, then drive up to 45 mph, both with the F gen on and after it was shut off, in which case each time the new field added held.

Things went well up to the 7th layer outwards at 4.4795238 MHz.

As I ran with layer 8 at 7.9735523 MHz, my hands started to bother me on the steering wheel.
The intense vibrations were causing torsion shock effects.

I then took all the fields down one layer at a time using the TDF frequencies, and the x/9 function worked on all of them.

Each layer had made the car run smoother, take off faster, etc.

Need to put out more spread sheets with other vibration signatures for testing and keep records of what each one does.

It also hit me that possibly rather then working towards larger field bubbles on the car, we also want to investigate moving inwards to lower frequencies that will attach inside.
This might then deflect some of the energy from the cars body inwards and allow for more intensity without effecting the passengers so much.

This was definitly an experience, similar to Joe Cell work but far more exacting as a science.
Each layer calculated worked on the first try, and there was no tinkering or tweaking at all.

I did not get off the ground with this pattern, but it did show some good inertial effects.
I am certain that a full levitation effect will have another mathematical function present as well.

Some choices to try, the pi/2, the E/P ratio, and a host of conical form ideas to add thrust in specific directions.

This is where the science begins, and it is going to take many experiments to perfect it.

Experimental Conclusions 2022 - 6 - 8

Use of a scalar coil in the car is shown to be very effective for adding field bubbles of vibration around the vehicle which attach to the engine and alter it's inertial responses.

The field does not stop on the outer skin of the car, but can radiate both outside and inside, limiting the intensity to what the physical body can endure.
Also the 89/50 ratio moving outwards, as the only ratio did not reach a total gravity disconnect in this scenario at 8 layers out. The outer field bubbles tended to pull in energy rather then release it.

Joe Cell geometry

The engine can be linked into a joe cell now using calculations, based on the sum or difference of the diameters, a mediator field can be added.
Or a phantom joe cell can be created inside the Piston resonance diameter by using the cell geometry to set up the inner layers.
This may begin to reveal why a Joe Cell in a car can reach a state of levitation of the vehicle off the ground.

We also need to explore the pi/2 ratio, as that one was used in the first experiments with the caliper, keeping the field smaller around the engine and probably had a stronger effect on inertia.

Lastly the methods of measurement and calculation of the field bubble dimensions is again proven to be an accurate method to access this new energy form.

Must ponder the results more.

Calculate the volume, surface area, diameter, and radius of the sphere.

From this you can begin to attach fields to it for experiments.

The Moe Joe cell can be used for this as it has spherical layers.

Tapping into the source field choices you can then begin to raise up coherent fields around and inside the sphere and study what they do.

You can attach to any one of the spheres parameters with any sort of field that you can calculate.

Because there are so many possible methods that can be used experiment is in order.
As well one can take the experiment on the road to compare how it will effect inertia and gravity.
Also tap into the piston resonance of the car.

I have handed you the correct tools to do these experiments and to then also know what you are doing.
The first step however is to learn to feel the vibration fields, to detect and measure them yourself, because that is your best detector of these fields presence.

Went for a drive today in the RAV4.
No fields on the car.
Sluggish during a shift of the transmission.
Sluggish take offs when pedal is depressed.
Feel all the corners much more.

Since I had always left one layer of the field on the car for the past years, I had not realized how much power it added until it was removed!

Everything works slower, even the steering is harder. LOL!

Think I will do an electric zap across the engine to make sure everything is down, then put one layer of the field back on the car.

How do you generally create a vibration field that has such a high vibration that you can't use a steel caliper or a scalar coil ? Would a purely conscious setup without aids be possible?
