Hydraulic Energy Unit based on Controlled Micro-Dieseling

I was thinking about the so-called micro-diesel effect. Besides the highly flammable fuel, an oxidizer is also needed. Isn't it?   At least, air.
The hydraulic oil must contain oxygen and fuel that is insoluble in the oil. The first thing that came to mind was diethyl ether, but it mixes with oil in all proportions.
How can this principle be implemented ?

    The system operates by converting a standard hydraulic circuit into a thermal power cycle. Instead of using hydraulic oil solely for power transmission, it serves as the medium for internal combustion.

Operating Cycle:

• Induction and Aeration: A hydraulic pump (operating at 1500 RPM) creates a vacuum at the inlet to draw in a mixture of hydrogen and air. This creates a gas-saturated emulsion of oil and micro-bubbles.
• Adiabatic Ignition: Inside the pump, the pressure is rapidly increased to 300 bar. This fast compression causes the gas bubbles to reach the auto-ignition temperature of the hydrogen-air mixture (the micro-dieseling effect).
• Expansion and Work: The energy released from these micro-explosions increases the pressure and volume of the fluid. This high-energy flow is directed into a hydraulic motor, where the expansion of the gases performs mechanical work.
• Power Smoothing: A spring-loaded damper is installed on the split shaft between the pump and the motor to absorb the high-frequency pressure pulsations and deliver smooth rotational torque.
• Recirculation: After exiting the motor, the fluid passes through a cooling and degassing reservoir to stabilize its temperature and chemical composition before returning to the pump.

Technical Goal:

    The primary objective is to achieve a positive energy balance, where the mechanical output of the hydraulic motor exceeds the energy required to drive the pump, by effectively harvesting the thermal energy released during the micro-dieseling process.

That's a brilliant idea similar to a gas turbine using a liquid as the working fluid instead of air. One gear pump pulling in oil with O2 in suspension, combustion at high temperature increasing the pressure-volume which could then drive a second gear pump. The parts are reduced to a minimum and all the parts are naturally lubricated producing a long life cycle. I think it could work.

Definitely going to do "something" I guess a question would be
Do the mini combustion events apply back pressure to the drive pump ?( stalling any gain)
A fluid "diode" would need to be implemented ( if such a thing could actually work in a high flow application??

Always thought the CLEM engine worked this way .. through a phase change...( trapped water/moisture)
However, straight to combustion with just air ??
All the physics are there to do this!

As Viktor Schauberger once said do the opposite of everyone else and you will be on your way.

Normally we add a little diesel fuel to a lot of air then get the mixture hot to combust it. The opposite would be to add a little air to a lot of diesel fuel then get the mixture hot to combust it. Nothing actually burns and the hydrocarbon molecules oxidize with O2 or HxCy + O2 = CO2 + H2O. It's a wild concept imo, pull a slight vacuum on the fuel to bring the air out of suspension within the fuel, combust it then let the gas mixture expand performing work.

This reminds me of a concept I was working on called "void technology". Imagine a spinning blender shaft with the blades all angled outward. The blades are all trying to push the fluid outward in every direction. This causes the fluid to cavitate producing a different atmosphere which is mostly gas with little fluid within the space. So we can create a void or space within a fluid where combustion could take place. This could be seen as a macro version of micro-dieseling.

It's a neat idea because unlike an ICE all the parts are immersed in a lubricant which is also the fuel. In effect the opposite of a diesel engine and we inject air into the diesel, we do the opposite of what everyone else does.

But not everything seems so optimistic. The oil will heat up and partially oxidize,  regular hydraulic pump can fail due to cavitation.
There is still a long way to go before a working model is created.

They say the oil heats up to 80 degrees Celsius during operation, but the oil reservoir could be made smaller by installing a radiator on it.
The heat from the oil could be used to heat the house.

Over the past few years, I've purchased several different hydraulic pumps and motors. Their ratio of power to shaft force, combined with their compact size and weight, is certainly impressive. It's likely that no other type of engine can surpass hydraulic motors in terms of power to weight ratio. Starting a hydraulic pump requires a motor with high torque, and among small motors, a starter motor is probably the only suitable option.

I tried running a gear-type hydraulic pump on water instead of oil, but the result was negative: the bearings seized. Supposedly, there are hydraulic pumps and motors with slightly different designs, with polyurethane gears or bearings that are resistant to aggressive environments.
Let's not forget a completely different type of high-pressure pump, originally designed for water: - plunger pumps for car washes. They are also capable of generating pressures up to 300 atmospheres, but their design is different and they probably can't be used as motors.

I'm interested in this concept's ability to quickly change pressure from a vacuum at the hydraulic pump inlet to a high pressure of 300 atmospheres at the outlet. This could transport RedOx reagents into nanocavities for their reduction with Zero Point Energy.

But that's not so optimistic; we need to rethink everything..

What was Tariel Kapanadze's motivation for creating a 20 kW hydraulic generator?
He could have built four 5 kW generators, like the GreenBox, and they would have been smaller, lighter, and more practical?

What's the matter? Why build a roaring, oil-spitting iron monster when there's a quiet generator with a coil that simply needs to be manufactured a few times?

This is food for thought.

1. Marketing. The most neutral and the most disappointing option.

    A powerful investor needs to demonstrate a large-scale project. They're not interested in small generators for private homes, whose production technology will quickly be copied and widely available. A model of a power plant needs to be created that would demonstrate to the investor the feasibility of scaling this technology to large capacities, like large thermal or nuclear power plants. A 20 kW conceptual model is needed to demonstrate to the investor the feasibility of creating megawatt-to-gigawatt-scale analogues.

2. Concealing full information about the device's operating principle.
   
    A small 5 kW generator like the GreenBox is impractical to operate; it wears out relatively quickly or, sadly, consumes some of its components. In other words, a "PerpetuumMobile" isn't so perpetual after all. Either a component wears out, or "cartridge replacement" is necessary, essentially adding fuel. With a larger generator, it's possible to employ maintenance personnel to replace consumable components, and this would appear less provocative.

If the working fluid is water instead of oil, with the addition of HHO bubbles, then we will not see any external changes.
There will be no exhaust gases as well.

I remember our county used oil pumps from truck engines to water our gardens with water from wells and boreholes.
To my surprise question, how could this work, there is sand and clay in the water, they were answering that they it worked for quite a long time.

Dear Sergh.

During the mid period of the Victorian era most major cities were using hydraulic power for many applications. Water was the working fluid with 3 cylinder HP piston pumps. In fact the famous Tower bridge in London has only, just recently been converted to electric power.
