Some what tested but not measured.
The gray part is the disk.
The yellow part is Mr. Hand holding a pencil.
The red part is a 3 inch metal "C" clamp.
The black line is the vertical center line for reference only.
The steel blue part is the hub with a metal rod slanted 30 degrees from vertical.
Mr. Hand spun the disk using the pencil.
The other Mr. hand squeezed on the output shaft to stop it.
At some rate of rotation the disk would stay in the horizontal plane by itself. The input, via pencil from Mr. Hand, seemed to drop down to very little.
The other Mr. Hand had to squeeze on the shaft to slow things down but Mr. Pencil Hand did not feel that, it only had to keep the rate of rotation up.
The faster it spun the more squeeze but I did not feel more push, just a faster push.
I would of needed to build another large part to actually test this and so I put it on the back burner for later, well it is till on the back burner.
