I received this from Tom Bearden regarding the website cited, he addresses his relationship with Tony Craddock and some of the misunderstandings regarding his work.
The name Tony Craddock sounded vaguely familiar and it didn't hit me til Tom wrote this, but when Walter Rosenthal died I posted an obituary about him and used a small low quality photo I found from a free energy DVD ad page, and I put in a description of the DVD and included the link in case people might want to buy it.
Within days I received what I thought was a rather snippy takedown notice from Tony Craddock saying he had the rights to that photo and I didn't have permission to use it. That SPOKE VOLUMES to me about what was going on...
So I immediately took it down and contacted Walter Rosenthal's daughter direct who sent me a very nice, MUCH BETTER photo of Walter which I could use as I saw fit and I did in the obituary...thanks to her for wanting to see her father recognized for his lifetime achievements.
For some people, its all about money and control...I won't say more but you can figure it out for yourself. I have seen this before...with patents its call trolls...
Anyway, Tom kindly sent the following to respond to the basic question of why there is an oil company connection to his website.
Here is what he sent;
Hi Jerry,
Let's see: The fellow SMITH whose skeptical work you refer to, cannot even spell "alternative" correctly, but he proposes to be decisively
knowledgeable on "alternitive" energy. Also, he apparently knows little or nothing about modern quantum physics, which has been born, tested and proven since the 1920s and early 1930s. So he really does not know what a charge IS or what a dipole IS, much less what it DOES.
Well, every charge and dipole in the entire universe is already a proven, known, and established "free EM energy source" that continually and freely pours out a steady stream of EM energy -- a steady stream of real, usable, observable photons -- that comprises what the electrical engineer in his sad old archaic 1892 model calls "static voltage". Note that the archaic old 1892 EE model still assumes that the "vacuum" is just empty space and has no energy at all in it.
The broken symmetry of any dipole is directly from modern physics, not Tom Bearden or Tony Craddock. The discovery and proof of broken symmetry by Lee and Yang was responsible for the award of the Nobel Prize to them in 1957.
So every dipole (and indeed every charge) in the universe already is a
legitimate and proven "free EM energy system" continually and freely pouring out free EM energy until the end of time, if one simply makes or produces the dipolarity and then LEAVES IT ALONE.
But Smith seems to think he "knows" that there are and can be no working overunity energy systems, such as Bedini and other inventors have built and demonstrated for more than 40 years, including at the recent Renaissance Conference in Coeur d'Alene Idaho last July, and such as will be demonstrated again this coming July by a second Renaissance Conference there. And such as is proven by every electric charge, magnetic pole, or electric or magnetic dipole in the entire universe. Again, according to modern physics and as rigorously proven, the universe is already alive -- and always has been -- with untold quadzillions of free EM energy emitters!
Thus the free-energy problem for the engineer is not in obtaining the
emission of the energy from the vacuum via the ASYMMETRY of the charge or dipole. That is cheap, quick, and the easiest thing in all the world to do. Just make a dipole, glue it down, and then leave it alone. Instead, the problem is in building the REST of the total usable electrical power system that will be used to power the loads -- that is, the receiving and collecting and using subsystem or what the EE calls the "external circuit system" -- so that this added "windmill" part of the system sits SEPARATELY in the downstream of steady EM energy (the free EM energy wind) from the primary source dipole, and never, never, never connects back (current-wise)
to the primary dipole. Instead, in a free energy power system, the
"windmill" (external circuit subsystem) of the overall system must just separately sit downwind in that steady and free EM energy wind from the source dipole, divert a little of the flowing EM energy wind aside and collect it SEPARATELY, and then use this FREELY DIVERTED AND COLLECTED EM ENERGY to power its loads and losses in the external circuit.
Specifically, the "windmill" system (the external circuit) must not use ANY of its collected free energy to destroy the source dipole by regarding it as an "external load" and pumping current back up through it (though its back EMF) and thus continually DESTROYING the source dipole and cutting off its own steady and free EM energy wind.
In other words, you have to build a "system" consisting of an "internal" or SOURCE DIPOLE system which furnishes and pours out the EM energy wind from the vacuum freely, and a SEPARATE external RECEIVING or windmill system which freely and separately sits in that free EM energy wind and diverts and uses some of it, but absolutely without passing any current back through the primary source dipole (the source of the free EM energy wind) at all. It's that simple.
This rigorously is also an ASYMMETRICAL system, and since the EE is always conditioned to build only SYMMETRICAL systems, then his own SYMMETRICAL model and his lack of knowledge of asymmetrical electrodynamics mean that the EE -- following his own teaching and model -- can never build an overunity circuit or system.
The steady flow of real photons from the source dipole also continually creates and sustains what the EE mistakenly calls "static voltage". It isn't static at all, but each part of it (each photon) is moving at light speed.
In short, one has to actually drive one's "external circuit" system (the downwind "windmill" system) by coupling this pure "static voltage" (potentialization without current) only. That concept, of course, does not even exist in the standard EE model, since it was deliberately eliminated by Lorentz from the original Heaviside equations (at the elicitation of the evil J. P. Morgan) to yield the severely mutilated EE model from its very birth in 1892. Yet in 1931 or so, according to legitimate sources Tesla had actually powered an electric car apparently by "static voltage" (i.e., electrostatic scalar potential only), a car that had drawn no CURRENT from
its "battery". Thus the car was run for multiple weeks without "recharging the battery".
We will make the statement, without further elaboration or discussion, that if the average researcher knew what Tesla had actually done for his nation (the United States), which additional work is still highly classified and thus "does not officially exist", he would be stunned. Suffice it to say that we owe Tesla a great debt of honor, not only for the AC power, the rotating magnetic field that made electric motors and generators possible, radio, etc. that he gave us, but also for things we will not be openly informed of for the next 50 years or more.
Tony Craddock is indeed my website manager. Tony has a company that
specializes in furnishing technical workers and engineers to the big oil companies when they need them, which is a service he legitimately performs for a fee. And that's it. He is not "owned" by "big oil" in any fashion, and he has absolutely no desire or commitment to seeing the perpetuation of our overwhelming use of oil, coal, and gasoline.
Tony is actually a great humanitarian who intensely wishes to see free EM energy systems developed and being universally used for the benefit of all humankind. He has labored and is laboring very hard to preserve the present precious overunity inventor's hard-won knowledge and discoveries, such as the epochal discoveries of Howard Johnson, John Bedini, and others. Tony Craddock has done and he does most of this great humanitarian effort at his own personal expense, with his own money and labor and efforts and time, and by doing much actual filming and documentation of working bench models successfully invented by Bedini and others, and then making the results available to the public on DVDs, in books, etc. He personally has done more
than any other living person that I know of, to see that the significant discoveries of the best of our leading free energy researchers are not lost to humanity when the inventors die, but instead are documented for future generations to know and perhaps even to understand and reproduce and utilize.
Again, to anyone who knows a little modern physics, the simple dipole -- once it is made easily and for peanuts -- will thereafter just sit there and freely extract real EM energy from the seething virtual state vacuum, and pour this energy out continuously as a free and steady-state stream of real observable photons which the electrical engineer erroneously calls "static voltage". It is "static" only in the sense of a "static" waterfall, which is continually created and sustained by the steady flow of water molecules.
As a matter of fact, Nikola Tesla already had such real working free energy systems as early as 1891. He would indeed have given the world FREE EM ENERGY had he not been mercilessly stopped and destroyed by the infamous J. P. Morgan. The rigorous mathematical proof that Tesla had such systems already working is given by T. W. Barrett in "Tesla's Nonlinear Oscillator-Shuttle-Circuit (OSC) Theory," Annales de la Fondation Louis de Broglie, 16(1), 1991, p. 23-41. Barrett shows that EM expressed in quaternions allows shuttling and storage of potentials in circuits, and also allows additional EM functioning of a circuit that a conventional electrical
engineering analysis cannot reveal. He shows that Tesla's patented circuits did exactly this asymmetric shuttling function. So Tesla's special circuits could dissipate power where he wished in his external circuit, powering different parts of the external circuit independently. The infamous J. P. Morgan elicited Lorentz to deliberately modify the
proposed Heaviside equations to specifically eliminate any of those
"confounded Tesla systems obtaining their energy freely from the active medium." This modification (symmetrization of the equations) yielded what would become the standard electrical engineering model thereafter, and which is still used today. The modification was done specifically to prevent all our future EEs from ever using their EE model to design and build an asymmetric (overunity) EM system because their mutilated model was deliberately curtailed (SYMMETRIZED) to only contain SYMMETRIC (i.e., COP<1.0) systems.
At the time, there was not a single electrical engineer on earth; there were only about three dozen physicists who had some knowledge of Maxwell's theory. And Maxwell's actual theory is 20 quaternion-like equations in 20 unknowns, so that it contains both symmetrical and asymmetrical systems.
Simply put, a "symmetrical" EM system passes all the external circuit
current (the "windmill system" current in the external circuit and thus in its loads and losses) back through the primary source dipole to destroy it and thus continually cut off the flow of free EM energy.
The sad old 1892 EE model contains a dozen falsities -- absolute lies still taught today to our electrical engineers as "truths". This has been pointed out by Nobel Prizewinning physicists. As a single example, EEs are taught that the vacuum itself HAS NO ENERGY, and is naught but "empty space". That has been known and proven to be false since the advent of quantum physics in the 1920s and early 1930s. As another example, the EE is taught that force fields exist in empty space, which is a lie. By the simple equation F = - d/dt(mv), all one has to do is put in m = 0 and see that force does not exist in the absence of mass.
What actually exists in space are the POTENTIALS and their variations. When a variation of a potential encounters and interacts with an electron in the wiring in the circuit, THAT ONGOING INTERACTION is a force. And a force field is a set of such ongoing interactions.
We continually stress that modern quantum physics and its proven knowledge of the energy of the vacuum and of the virtual state was not yet even born in 1892. The suspected particle we call the electron was not even "named" until 1894, and it was not fully discovered until 1897. There was no such known thing as a photon, and the vacuum was considered to be total emptiness containing no energy at all. Such totally erroneous assumptions (a dozen of them) are still included in the standard but archaic old 1892 electrical
engineering model today, without change since 1892.
Note that, to build free energy-from-the-vacuum systems, you first need to VIOLATE the sad and decrepit old 1892 EE model! That is the FIRST REQUIREMENT!
And finally, to completely clinch the matter:
We strongly point out that physicist Victor I. Klimov and his associates at Los Alamos National Laboratory have rigorously proven and demonstrated that real physical power systems can be built which do pour out more usable energy than the operator inputs to them, with the excess output energy being freely obtained from the virtual state vacuum. A microscopic solar cell, when struck by a proper photon, emits an electron which immediately dives into the virtual vacuum sea, takes on additional energy, and emerges as a highly excited entity which decays to produce from two to seven electrons. Thus the special nanocrystalline solar cell emits 200% to 700% more electron energy than the normal solar cell's photoelectric effect. This effect, rigorously validated at both Los Alamos National Laboratory and the National Recoverable Energy Laboratory, completely demonstrates -- and proves for all time -- that real physical systems can be built which directly extract and use excess EM energy from their surrounding active virtual state vacuum. This work is rigorously reproduced and validated by two great national laboratories, (1) the Los Alamos National Laboratory and (2) the National Renewable Energy Laboratory. has been published in the leading physics journals of the world now, and in the leading nanocrystalline journals of the world.

It is, however, included and directly proven beyond any question in modern physics.
For anyone seriously interested in free energy from the vacuum, he must read and understand modern PHYSICS, not the sad and mutilated old electrical engineering model. Let the truly interested and impartial reader simply read and study the physics references and then make his own decision.
