I had set up grounding in the house by several ways. Hands held copper pipes, wrist strap in main room, also in bedroom at night, and also with small floor metal sheets wired for shoe heel. The other wrist strap is used on lower leg with "locking only" type automotive wire connector, that attaches one half side soldered to the strap metal directly. (no cable with resistor), and other 1/2 connector goes to end of L steel bracket with holes. The bracket other 90 degree  end is screwed onto heel of shoe. Outside on dirt/grass I get grounded in 4 seconds. Inside I have choices depending on mood. Slide out plate under couch or smaller plate next to computer chair. You purchase the blue anti static wrist strap with cable + snap , then throw away the cable with Megohm resistor snap. The floor grounding surface is thin COPPER foil cut from tube roll with scissors  and stapled on edges to rectangular plastic cover. #16 gauge reel of Stranded black wire is soldered on one corner. Black duct tape is placed around circumference of stapled area. Outside house near wall is 2 foot copper 1/2" pipe pounded in the ground with SS screw clamp holding end of wire. Wire feeds through an existing wall hole, or through window with window clamped down on it. Inside the wire is run around doorway with large staple gun, and in straight line along floor out of the way. Black duct tape holds wire down so as no tripping. These methods work,,,,,, the earlier methods not mentioned did not. The hand multimeter is set on AC 20 volts . Positive voltage is different on people. Neg to plate, then hold other electrode and read about 4 volts AC. Touch plate / wire with other hand to get null zero,. Bare feet on plate is ok, but too much trouble.  (2)  4 1/2 " long cut pipes  of 1 1/8" wide OD. Buy one pipe, saw in pieces, then bevel edges. Drill 2 holes for wire connections with screws + nuts. The shoe method allows us to hold newspaper without handles and we can come and go. Occasionally I check with meter for proper grounding . The constant pain on shoulders tops is gone, and have noticed better / easier breathing. The wrist arthritis has reduced. Positive voltage over long period interferes with immune system and sets up inflammation. All of our normal shoes are electrically insulated from the earth negative electrons flow.

Electrical Self Grounding Improved Health

Yes, I use grounding occasionally. Reduces arthritis pain, increases breathing, oxygen flow transfer, I run about 2.8volts. Any cords on, in room brings body 7-20 volts. I use copper pipe handles at couch, floor copper thin foil at computer, and blue wrist strap near bed. You have to remove coil cable and 1/2 wrist snap as it contains million ohms resistor. Solder end wire to other 1/2 snap. Other end 1/2" copper pipe in ground outside house. I also had right angle STEEL bracket on shoe heel connected to wrist strap on lower leg with locking wire connector, and touching floor plate. Walking kept breaking bracket. Don't buy expensive kits. Just put it together yourself with reel #16 gauge copper wire , black insulated, stranded type. Saw pipe in 2 2foot pieces and hammer into ground outside window. Cheap Multimeter on ac setting, 20volts. Check it out yourself on hands.
