However as more men such as  Wattsup, ETC start to get their replications running, I am Quite sure we will get some good measuring techniques for evaluation!
But to answer your question

It runs a 150 watt bulb to the brightness in the vid with 2 -3 Watts input?
I will gladly offer a comparison of this if someone will tell me how I can Do This??

EDIT:

I browsed the Wesley stuff.   The one gent takes a scientific approach and Wesley comes strong with the BS.  The OU forum is full is that.  Energia9 is right there with him.  Crap like this takes away from the work of TK and from everyone's work toward the OU goal.  This is why the TPU effort has become so stagnant, as well as every other device replication.  It appears the "working together" is absent in human nature.

I am building another device [Savic Boiler} I have been doing tests for Power in Heat Out ....over time !

This test has nothing to do with the boiler [so far???]
   I realized these Guys are having a hard time doing anything but Lighting Bulbs at this time  And Peeps are begging for good measurements ??
So I just did some  sidewalk Calorimetry I was curious to see if the Bulb would break etc.........
Works perfect   As a matter of fact it works Too good ??[performance].

No interference of ant kind with their rigs ... a really cool [hot] test that they can just plug in and run till they use One watt on the Killowatt meter
then just compare to the Baseline test.
Freaking simple and effective [at the OU rates they are claiming]

BTW
The bulb in my test.... The metal is JUST touching the water.......

I set this up in 5 minutes last night    a quiiky
