Total eclipse of the sun today , So lets look at the ellipse

[Duncan]

Please allow me first to remind you of the machine F.M. Chalkalis's Built and was kind enough to demonstrate for us

https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=iHhZZ9DuzK4

Despite very meagre resources over a time frame of two years or so the machine evolved and transformed into this rather more refined model

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dPe1zB5JQmU

as you might imagine this progress was very hard won writing to Fotio reveals that a deal of help was freely given by Dr. F.M.Kanarev
In order for this machine to do what it does obviously some serious laws have to be overtaken Indeed it appears the good Dr has had to rework correct, and rewrite a goodly lump of Newtons laws of motion .... there's brass neck for you if you like!
The translation from Russian is courtesy of Google and so its a bit agricultural I'm afraid, still if you want to I'm sure you'll get the gist

with regard to this particular machine http://micro-world.su/files/4395.doc
should your interest be piqued The good Doctors web site from where that link is lifted is here

Its reminiscent of space craft sling shots for me, It also immediately fetched up an image of Prof P.T.Pappas's work (although of course not mechanically related ) which I take the liberty to include

Kind regards Duncan

Force and torque is not energy, nor power.

[Duncan]

I don't think either of the Doctors or the professor suggest otherwise at any stage do they?. all are very different entities with different units as taught at primary school, That apart it is the stated ENERGY multiplication I draw to your attention  .
kind regards Duncan
