Let's start with credibility...
P.N.Correa, MSc, PhD & A.N. Correa, HBA. This guy seems to be an expert in damn near everything including glass blowing his own discharge tubes. His friend, Arthur A. Axelrad MD, PhD, FRSC, Emeritus University Professor, University of Toronto witnessed the technology working and was very impressed.
As well the work is brilliant, impeccable showing detailed drawings including circuit diagrams and graphing all of the variables in detail. For those who can actually read they spell out the exact criteria needed to produce the effect and the mechanism for gain.
We could also note the mention of T.H.Morays work which is almost identical. https://www.rexresearch.com/moray2/morayrer.htm
Moray was not some quack and demonstrated a circuit in a small wooden box with an output of 20,000 watts. Not some minor anomaly, not a small measurement error. Only a fool would think 20 kW of power from a device demonstrated on a table in the middle of nowhere is a measurement error imo.
Pulsed abnormal glow discharge does not have to be produced in a vacuum. As some may know I have worked with DBD for years, first starting with manipulating gases within the discharge. "creating syn gas". Of course DBD is used every day in molecular manipulation, the wetting of products for greater adhesion etc. There is more that meets the eye when you delve into it and use extreamly fast switching across a special capacitance within a circuit. The glow discharge has some special properties when manipulated correctly. Regards Mike
